Owner stated to me that he had 25 years of experience. Look at this! Horrible!!

Horrible customer service! Brought in my car on Thursday the 26th of June 2025 to place tints on my driver/passenger window. Upon the owner finishing the 2 tints, I noticed that the driver window was cut incorrectly, and the upper right corner was left with a small space. I came back the next day (Fri) and he advised me to come back tomorrow (Sat). This was around 4 pm, they don't close until 6. He was sitting down when I arrived on Friday. I do not understand why he made me come back on Saturday, when he could've just done it Friday. Very bad customer service!Upon my arrival, made contact with the owner and its wife I'm assuming. The wife was very rude and stated to me: You came for this? And started giving me an attitude. So the husband jumps in and also starts being rude. Customer service is horrible! And it's a shame when it comes from the "owners." Do not come to this place if you don't want to deal with horrible owners and bad customer service.

Review in english and spanish: About two weeks ago, I got an estimate from Acosta Electronics in Homestead for window tinting. I agreed to the price and was told to come back the following Saturday. When I returned, Mr. Acosta said he didn't have the correct tint but told me not to worry because he would purchase it on Monday and asked me to come back today. When I showed up today, I was given yet another excuse this time involving the tint paper. He then claimed he was "trying to help" by calling his son, who quoted me 100% more than the original agreed price. This experience felt dishonest and very unprofessional. I wasted multiple trips and time based on commitments that were not honored. It honestly seemed like he no longer wanted to deal with my car because the job would take too long, instead of just being upfront about it. I would not recommend this business based on my experience. Hace aproximadamente dos semanas obtuve una cotización en Acosta Electronics en Homestead para el polarizado de vidrios. Acepté el precio y me indicaron que regresara el Sábado siguiente. Cuando volví, el Sr. Acosta me dijo que no tenía el polarizado correcto, pero que no me preocupara porque lo compraría el Lunes y que regresara hoy. Al presentarme hoy, me dio otra excusa, esta vez relacionada con el material del polarizado. Luego dijo que estaba "tratando de ayudarme" llamando a su hijo, quien me quiso cobrar 100% más del precio originalmente acordado. La experiencia fue deshonesta y poco profesional. Perdí tiempo y tuve que ir varias veces basándome en compromisos que no se cumplieron. Sinceramente, dio la impresión de que ya no quería trabajar en mi vehículo porque el trabajo le tomaría más tiempo, en lugar de ser claro desde el principio.
