From the very beginning, I received excellent service. Juan, who works at the front desk, was always patient and professional. He explained every step of the process, listened to my questions, and kept me informed about the work being performed. I never felt that they were simply trying to sell me a product or rush through an installation. I always received clear answers and respectful treatment. Hernán, the installer, did an excellent job. The installation was clean, organized, and professional, with great attention to detail and respect for my vehicle. Throughout the process, they performed multiple tests, adjustments, and calibrations until the sensors and the entire system were working correctly. They took the necessary time to improve details of the installation and personally verify every function. I also want to give special recognition to Santiago, the owner of the company. During the installation process, a technical compatibility issue appeared with an anti-theft feature that was originally expected to work with my vehicle. Instead of making excuses, ignoring the problem, or telling me that nothing else could be done, Santiago took responsibility. What impressed me the most was that he did not tell me, "I am going to order the part." When we spoke, he told me, "I already ordered the part." He had taken the initiative to find a solution before even discussing additional costs with me. They ultimately installed the specific hardware required, performed new programming, and got the system working correctly. That kind of attitude says a great deal about the honesty and values of a company. I had to return three times throughout this process. However, I never left with excuses, indifference, or unresolved concerns. Every single time, I left with answers, solutions, and excellent customer service. To me, a great company is not one where technical problems never happen. A great company is one that responds when a problem appears, investigates it, finds a solution, and stands behind the customer until the issue is resolved. That is exactly what Juan, Hernán, Santiago, and the entire High Grade Sound Pro team did. Today, my Durango has a security system that has been carefully tested, adjusted, and configured, and I have the peace of mind of knowing that there is a team behind the installation that truly stands behind its work. I called on a Saturday and was able to get a same-day appointment for tint on my two front windows and front strip to match my back windows. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Gigi. The lobby has been rearranged since my last visit and feels much more spacious, with drinks and snacks available for customers. After chatting briefly with Gigi and another customer, my car was ready. The tint is laser cut for precision. One window had to be redone due to a hair getting into the tint, but it was promptly addressed and fixed without issue. Excellent service all around. I had gone to a reputable stereo shop, I won't name it, with the intention to completely redo the sound system of my truck. Instead I was left with a subwoofer, no changes to the door speakers, missing tweeters, and an overpriced amp that cannot supply enough power. I called High Grade after looking them up online. I reached Juan who knew the right questions to ask, convinced me to bring my truck to the shop, and provided excellent service throughout the process. I was given the details of everything that was already installed on my truck, options to address the issues, and routes to reach the goal I had in mind at different price points. Juan explained everything and knew when to call in Santiago, the owner and mastermind, to help explain complicated things with ease. When I arrived to pick it up, we tested out the sound system and Juan pointed out issues with the display (which was installed by the prior shop and not touched by high grade). I had some high hopes for High Grade but I'm feeling disappointed with their work. I requested 2 items: a dashcam install and a left foot pedal install (I cannot drive with my right foot). Dashcam - no problem, they can do that. Left pedal: They need to see if they can do it. I bring my car in and they say they can do it, bring it Monday. I bring it in Monday and they do the dashcam but say they are not comfortable installing the pedal. I understand 100% if they don't want the liability for an improper installation. For me, the pedal is more important than the cam. If they were not comfortable installing the pedal, they should have said that from the beginning. To be clear, they didn't say they COULD NOT install it (there is no technical reason they cannot install). They did not want the liability. I understand that. But instead of being upfront about that, they took the money for the dashcam install but changed their mind about the pedal. So I still need to find someone for the pedal install. I would have preferred to have a single installer. For the dashcam, the install is ok. They were supposed to hide the wires but they already popped out (about 10 minutes after driving away). I don't feel the price matches the quality, but it's not terrible. I'm sure they would fix it if I brought it back, but it just doesn't seem worth it to me. Hence, 3 stars. Would I recommend them? Not really, but your experience might be better. read more

I am a returning customer. I am writing this review because a good business deserves to have a good review. I am not getting paid for this, I want to share with others that they can get high quality jobs, with high quality materials, and attention to detail here and for a fair price. The first time I went to this business I wanted to get high quality window tints installed by a business that not only had high quality materials but also had a plotter to cut the window tints and avoid damage when doing it manually on the car. The ceramic window tints that I installed on all the windows was great. They use 3M. Awesome product. Then I came.back a couple months later to install a Full front PPF because I liked the quality of work of the shop and installing PPF is a very delicate process that I wouldn't trust any shop to do, especially when it costs thousands of dollars. They use Legend Prime PPF which is arguably the best PPF product. Great quality of materials and processes. I did extensive research on PPF and this shop kept the bar high on materials, quality and a price that is fair. What you get is high value for the price you pay. Others which high value as well charge high prices, this is not the case. I got an 8y installers warranty and 12y manufacturers warranty on the PPF. Full front includes: everything painted in the car color in the front bumper, hood, side fenders, plus the headlights, and also the side view mirrors even if these are not painted in the car color and it's just shiny plastic like most are. I paid extra to include the grill as my mazda3 hatchback turbo 2023 has a front grille that is made of shiny plastic and would look ugly after rocks and things hit it while driving. This happened to the front grille of my Mazda Miata MX-5 Club 2016 and the front air dam as well. read more

I highly recommend High Grade without reservation as the place to go for your car audio needs. A bit more than a year ago they installed an amp, DSP, and sub in my car at a great price point and they did an excellent job to boot. Fast forward for today, one of front door speakers gave out. The guys at High Grade replaced the factory 1.5 Din radio that came in my truck with a double Din touchscreen radio. Santiago explained the details of the installation before I made the purchase and suggested I buy a dash frame since the original dash frame would not accommodate a double Din radio. It is an old truck and the parts just aren't made anymore. When the part arrived, I took it to High Grade and Andres wrote up the order. He answered a few more questions and I left him the keys. I did not have to pay anything up front since Andres told me I could wait until the installation was complete. Hernan did the installation and it was flawless. The new radio looks and sounds amazing. I have a backup camera and handsfree telephone connection. I can hook up my phone and use Google Maps, Spotify, and other apps. I am an old fart and did not know how to use all the features on the radio but the answers were only a phone call away. One of my stupid questions was where they put the USB port. I looked in the ashtray and cupholder drawer but couldn't find it. Andres told me to look in the glove compartment and, voila! There it was. I love my new radio. The public is safer too as I now can see what I am about to run over when I back up. They probably saved a few lives. The guys at High Grade did a fantastic job on my truck and made the entire process a breeze. I highly recommend them for all your automotive audio needs. They are smart, fast, and extremely knowledgeable. I hope they see this feedback because I may be back soon for them to upgrade the radio on my old Lincoln Town Car. Only pertains to their ability to follow up since they did not get back to me with pertinent info to carry out the service. Went in to get some work done, the owner isn't there and the employee took down my info so the owner can get back to me (so whats the point of being open if you can't do anything without the owner being there?) The employee was courteous and provided good suggestions, however, ultimately couldn't do anything for me at the moment. He gets back to me a few hours later after talking to the owner, quotes me a price for an install. Okay cool, sure, I tell him please send me an email with the written estimate (why is the price what it is; price breakdown what components, head unit, model of speakers are being used to get to that price, etc...) Its not the same to use 30 dollar speakers vs 90 dollar speakers, 100 dollar h/u vs 300..basically what am I getting for that price I was just given. Give them my e-mail, to please send me the price out so we can get this underway...this was 5 business days ago. Oh well I suppose. read more

I drove there and when I arrived, with an attitude, she tells me no not today.
