I recently had my windshield replaced due to a crack. The repair itself was completed quickly, and…read moreinitially I was satisfied with the service. However, immediately after starting my car following the replacement, I received an "Auto Headlights Inoperative" warning -- the same issue another reviewer previously mentioned. I contacted Lazaro regarding the problem, and I was told it was likely just a coincidence, despite never having experienced this issue before the service. He said the the windshield had nothing to do with lights but on certain vehicles its in the rear view mirror called an LRSM(Light Rain Sensor Module) I believe that's something they should be aware of. A technician was sent back out, but the explanation I received was simply that "something must be wrong" and that it "should be a simple fix," without any real resolution or accountability. At that point, I decided to handle the issue myself and pay out of pocket, as I felt my concerns were no longer being taken seriously and the focus was more on closing the job than resolving the problem. I also sensed they couldn't fix it if they wanted to, they probably didn't know how so I wasn't going to waste my time with them anymore. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. If certain vehicles or sensor systems require specialized handling during windshield replacement, technicians should either be properly trained or transparent about any limitations beforehand.

This location was closest to our home. Safelite didn't call us for 3 days, so I called them. You would think Safelite would've called my insurance company to get the correct number, but they didn't. They did come out the next morning and did the reinstallation. The tech was nice and polite. I did want to say that we have not had any problems with the replacement windshield. Enough time and rain have gone by, and there have been no problems since. We would call them back if it happened again.

When they finally worked on my car, the employee didn't even read the order correctly and started working on the wrong window, which resulted in my windshield being cracked. Then after installing the new motor, the window controls worked backwards -- pressing down makes it go up and pressing up makes it go down. Instead of taking accountability, they blamed the part instead of their installation. To make things worse, Mirka/Mirta was disrespectful and unprofessional when I was understandably upset. Wasted hours of my time, damaged my car, and handled the situation terribly. I would not trust this shop with your vehicle.
