This location was closest to our home. Safelite didn't call us for 3 days, so I called them. It turned out that our insurance company gave them the wrong phone number for us and that's why we didn't hear from them. You would think Safelite would've called my insurance company to get the correct number, but they didn't. They did come out the next morning and did the reinstallation. The tech was nice and polite. I did want to say that we have not had any problems with the replacement windshield. Enough time and rain have gone by, and there have been no problems since. We would call them back if it happened again.

Problem # 5: I call them, no response, call my insurance, they get their customer service, one countries to help. Another attempt on my part - nothing. Prob #6: my insurance intervened again. Nothing. Prob # 7:customer service tries and makes promises. Prob #8: they schedule a mobile service to bring the piece. Guy shows up today with a windshield. Absolutely horrible experience with Charlie's Auto Glass. I was told over the phone that replacing…read moremy driver's side window motor would take about an hour and that same-day service was guaranteed if I arrived before 3:30 PM. I got there at 1:30 PM and waited over THREE HOURS, only to then be told it was actually "first come, first serve" -- something never mentioned on the phone. When they finally worked on my car, the employee didn't even read the order correctly and started working on the wrong window, which resulted in my windshield being cracked. Then after installing the new motor, the window controls worked backwards -- pressing down makes it go up and pressing up makes it go down. Instead of taking accountability, they blamed the part instead of their installation. To make things worse, Mirka/Mirta was disrespectful and unprofessional when I was understandably upset. Wasted hours of my time, damaged my car, and handled the situation terribly. I would not trust this shop with your vehicle.
