I needed to replace my car window because someone broke it (apparently it is happening a lot around my area) I called and they told me to come next day during the morning, that they will have my window ready to be placed on my car. As expected, they had it ready and it took exactly the amount of time they told me it was going to take for my car to be ready. During the whole time I felt welcomed. I recently was a victim of Auto Theft!! Someone smashed and broke into my right front passenger window on a Friday night in Wynwood near The Wynwood Yard. They stole my purse with my wallet inside. I had the best experience here. So Friday night in middle of a rain storm some jerk busted my car window. Passenger side back seat window. Which was super annoying because i had nothing but green bags for publix, art supplies, and my iPhone cord in the car. The thieves must have been disappointed because they ruffled threw my whole car and only took my phone cord. Which annoyed me even more they smashed a window for a cord. On Saturday when I discovered it I was in such a fowl mood. The cops said their has been a huge spree all over down town Miami (Wynwood Design district and by all the condos along the bay) He also said this crime takes a few minuets and is hard to catch. as In 3 months he has caught 2 people and it was just dumb luck. Doesn't really make me feel safe. My fiance and I were calling around getting prices and this was by fair the best price by at least 30$ and we called about 5 places. They have a mobile unit, which is nice however I ended up bring my car in to their location because it was faster. Places like Duque is really nice because they specialize in one thing, Auto Glass. they are well stocked and can get you in and out fast. Its nothing fancy but their work is great and that is what matters. I got their at noon and was out by 1. Carlos was really nice on the phone and in person he was just as helpful. Also my car was full of glass and they vacuumed the whole thing. That made my day. Had my truck's quarter panel glass broken this week and I called two other places besides Duque. Not only was Duque the only one to find the correct glass (turns out glass with FM/AM antenna in them is a bit harder to get) but they also offered me the best price. They were able to check their nationwide database for a factory Toyota glass and found it. Used, yes, but in great shape. They had the work done in under an hour. They were super nice too! Though I hope never to need their services (who wants a broken window?), I will definitely come back if I need them. My only complaint is I wish they had vacuumed the bit of old broken glass that fell inside during the replacement. read more

Luckily Duque Auto Glass helps alleviate your stress with awesome, professional service. I had originally called Safelite and they quoted me a price of about $290 to replace the rear passenger window to my Jeep plus $50 for coming to my house. I thought this was a little pricey but it was still cheap compared to the dealer. Safelite told me they would be at my house between 12 and 5. Nice exact window there, basically had to take half a day off. Once the mechanic arrived he definitely seemed a little amateur (although nice). He needed to call the office many times to inquire about the repair. After about 3 hours he informed me that he couldn't fix my window because the regulator was broken and they no longer did that repair. I thanked him for his time and told him to take the glass. He was nice enough to seal my window with plastic and not charge me. Luckily I found Duque Auto Glass. They charged me $300 for a new glass, a new regulator, and the best part was that house calls and labor was included! The mechanic showed up promptly before the scheduled appointment of 9AM on a Saturday and had my car up and running in less than 2 hours. Bottom line - these guys are professional, cost effective, and prompt. Definitely great working with them I highly recommend to anyone who needs a car window replaced. read more

This a good local place. I called and the glass is available the same day. We were in and out within the hour. They are one of the few shops that are open on weekends. I called 4 shops for quotes and they are the cheapest (less than $200 with tax)!! The staff are friendly. It's small shop next to a Car Wash. Funny enough, I found Duque Auto Glass through Yelp! After having my car broken into in Downtown Miami I began searching for where to go. I called about 3-4 different companies and got quotes, all of which were more than when I called Duque. The lower price isn't what made me try them though, the reviews were! I read several reviews about how their customer service was excellent, they did a good job, and even helped clean up the broken glass. There was a mix up with my window when we noticed that I had forgotten to mention my rear windows are tinted. Alex (I believe the owner, I also believe this is a family business and that there is an older gentleman believed to be his father? They were both so nice!) noticed when the new window was already installed... he offered to switch it out for me the following day as I had to get to work. I though that was very nice of him! All in all, this is an honest family business, with awesome customer service, prices, and excellent work.
