The guy I took it into when I went in seemed good and knowledgeable but I will never know if they are any good at fixing glass because the administrator wont contact the insurance company to get what is needed. most places would want the business enough to do it but not here I suppose. The insurance company says they have everything they need and this place says they don't... not sure why I should be expected to keep calling insurance or wait forever but that seems to be the only option. No choice but to use the insurance companies preferred option I suppose. To whoever owns this business you are losing business with progressive customers and you have no idea. your admin has bad manners. I have to write a review today regarding this episode that happen yesterday at Superior Auto Glass, I ask to replace the rear glass on my Mercedes, the job was done very well, I pay and I start driving my car speed 35-40, guess what after 10 minutes of driving my spoiler flight off from my car. I called the Superior Auto Glass and I let them know what happene, of course they apologized for the inconvenience but I have to pay the part and installation would be for free. One of the easiest repairs I've ever had done! I had a 5 inch crack on my front windshield grow to over a foot long in one night. I hate driving around in a beater car and it didn't look safe, so I knew what my Saturday errand had to be. I only made two calls. Superior Auto is only a mile away from my house and open at 8. My phone call was answered 10 minutes before they even opened and I was told to come in earlier rather than later. He quoted me $190 for a Mazda 3Sport without the rain sensor. Wasn't worth the extra money for a feature I barely use. I was in by 8:30 and out before 10. Everyone was very friendly and they obviously do a decent business. Makes it all the better that I could get in and out fast. They even recommended a tint shop! Hopefully it won't need to be repaired ever again, but I would highly recommend this place. read more

After an unfortunate late-night break-in robbery, Superior Auto Glass was able to see me right away the next morning and replace my broken driver's window in an hour at a great price and with friendly service. They are constantly on the phone trying to get the best prices from their suppliers (which I overheard whiIe I was in their waiting room) which means those savings can be passed on to their customers. While visiting friends in Miami My car was broken into and a window was broken. My insurance company referred me to the window company I would have to use. I called them and the next appointment was 2 days later because they had to order the window. This is Wednesday and tomorrow is Thanksgiving so I'm parked on the street and it's going to rain for the next two days! I called Superior and they found the window and picked it up.
