Goodness, WHERE do I even start with this review ?! My first one I think for 2020!!! I guess I'll start from the beginning. My car back driver window was smashed in at my job. I think I was just in shock that it happened and I had just bought my car in May. * I went on YELP & requested estimates to get my window fixed immediately! I couldn't go another hour of that window with a big black garbage bag duck taped over the window! It was late, around 10 pm and the OWNER reached out to me and asked me what year my car was and I responded and he gave me a very reasonable quote and told me that he can send someone out early morning and he they can travel anywhere in Dade or Broward! I was completely impressed by the level of customer service! * Today, the owner once again contacted me and told me when to expect his employees! He gave them my cell number and relayed my message to call me when they were close by. * They were prompt, efficient, and quick! I only missed about two hours of work and I am truly grateful for how they replaced my window. They even matched the tint! MIND BLOWN! I highly recommend them, their prices don't reflect the 20 Star customer service I experienced! Do NOT HESITATE! Just HIRE them! You won't be disappointed! read more

On the way to the emergency department at Baptist Hospital the regulator on my passenger side window died with a mighty BANG! Parked the car and escorted my wife to the Emergency Department, then went back to the parking lot to tape the window opening to keep out the rain. Next morning I got a quote from these guys. They actually came to the Hospital and fixed the regulator in the parking lot so I wouldn't have to leave my wife alone in the Emergency Room Alaejandro did a great job at a very fair price. I'll start by saying I was trying to go through my insurance to get my windshield replaced because there was a big crack that was only getting bigger. And all I'm going to say is that because the car was a little older (who I'm I kidding it's a lot older) they weren't going to do it. But called this place was actually just looking for a quote first. But they were able to come the same day and take care of everything. The guy that came to do the replacement called before he came. Got to my place and did his thing and in about an hour knocked it out. Especially with the whole pandemic going on now he stayed outside and kept it safe which I could appreciate. But yeah it was a smooth experience. And the job was done right and well. read more

Countywide replaced my front windshield... zero contact, less than 24 hours (called on the weekend), and they needed me on the phone for maybe 3 minutes to deal with the insurance? It was EASY... no issues... they did a PHENOMENAL job. read more

Yep, I woke up one day with a broken window last week. They took my gym bag and some dirty clothes... but for the love of everything holy, I don't want to even think about how much its going to cost me to replace the window, clean the glass, and take off work to do this!!! "Oh, no problem" said Frank (I think his name was Frank, but it couldve been Joe) " the price is as reasonable as it gets.... we clean up all the glass and make sure it's put in correctly. We're a mobile company, so wherever you are going to be in Dade or Broward works with us." They followed through too, 3 hours later. I can't complain one bit, 20 minutes after that my car window looked like new. Alright... now I'm off to buy some gym clothes. read more

My car was broken into on Saturday and on Monday I spoke to them around 9:15am and they gave me the estimated arrival time between 10am-1pm. The person I spoke to on the phone was very nice too bad I forgot his name; he gave me all the necessary info I needed. The service guy Ivan came with another gentleman which I didn't get his name to my house around 11am and the job was done by 12pm. They vacuumed very well my car to pick up every loose glass. They were professional but not too stuffy....nice and when they left they told me to stay safe. It was so convenient that this company has the mobile option of them coming to the comfort of your home. They charged me $145 for the driver's seat window and guarantee their job until the time I have my car. read more

I made an appointment for Saturday morning on 8/5. They informed me their driver will arrive between 9am-12pm. I cancelled any plans to make sure I was available. Around 10:00am I contacted the office to see if they had any updates on their driver. They told me no and hung up the phone. I continued to wait for someone to arrive. Around 1:00pm I still hadn't received any phone call or message from the person who was suppose to replace my severely cracked windshield and install my new windshield. At 1:45pm he finally reached out saying he was on the way. At 1:56pm he arrived. Itwas cloudy with light drops of rain claiming he couldn't install because of the weather. I told him it was a cloud passing if we could wait it out. After Waiting all morning he him arrived at the last minute he told me to reschedule for Monday which was impossible for me due to my work hours. I told him today was all I had and my windshield was severely getting worse. I didnt want to continue driving like that. Showing no empathy to the customer he stated he was not going to do it got in his car and left. I contacted the office several and they refused to take my call. 5 minutes later the "rain"" stopped and the sun came out. THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH, WITH ANY COMPANY. THERE ARE NO REGARDS FOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. THEY NEED TO FIRE THAT DRIVER FOR HIS WAY OF HANDLING THE SITUATION. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY AND I ADVISE ALL NOT TO DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED AND LIVID. read more

I give Countywide Auto Glass 10 stars if I could. My car was broken into on 9/27/23. They cracked my front passenger door glass and shattered my rear door glass. Thankfully nothing was taken as I don't keep valuables in my car. I made my report and contacted my insurance company. I was able to get a rental for 30 days until Safelite was able to get my glass replaced. I went to Safelite direct as I was being given the run around from my insurance company and someone finally told me they didn't have my glass anywhere in the United States. I literally googled other shops and vendors and came across CountyWide and let me tell you. I got a call back 5 mins later. Damien asked for my car details and probably 15-20 mins he told me they can replace my glass the next day. Damien even got my insurance company on the line with us in a 3 way in order to expedite my order. I was then given a time slot for next morning and Juan the tech arrived on time, was very friendly and answered all my questions and finished my replacement in about an hour. Let me tell you that the experience I got from Countywide was first class and they won me as a customer for life. Damien literally doing the extra leg work in finding my glass was able to locate it in 15 mins compared to Safelite in 30 something days. Like I said in the beginning if I could I would give Countywide Auto Glass 10 stars. Highly highly recommended. read more
