The job was done very quickly and my car was washed and shining clean when I picked it up. Their advisors were extremely friendly and I received a nice hand-written note afterward. The facility seems clean enough to eat off the floor. I'll keep them at 5 stars despite the pricing because I know that they don't really specialize in basic oil changes. They're not trying to compete with the dealers or gas station down the street. Asking for an oil change here is like asking a heart surgeon to put a band-aid on your cut. I took it Touch of Class and couldn't even get them to give me an estimate. I found Y&H through the magic of Yelp and got a quote from them based off of pictures. When I dropped the car off for the work, Angel suggested some additional work that I agreed to because the pricing was great. I received photos from Angel while the car was being worked on, putting my mind at ease that I would get my car back on time. It took one week to hammer out the dents, completely paint the car, change out the brake pads, clean the engine and detail the interior! That's it, just one week! When I went to get the car, it looked brand new! I was so nervous driving it home, LOL! Bonus - the Uber driver that dropped me off there needed body work, so Angel was able to give her an estimate right then and there! The body work and paint job cost $2,000, and the brake pads, engine cleaning and interior detailing was an additional $360. I thought this was a bargain for very high quality, FAST work! Last month, I was involved in a minor fender bender. While driving through an intersection, the car…read moretraveling parallel to mine (literally right next to me) changed lanes into the right side of my car. Turns out the driver-at-fault only had a learner's permit. Minor damage was visible on the right side of my car and there was noticeable separation where the front bumper meets the side fender. It turned out that the side fender shifted just a bit toward the passenger door and it was discovered that the door and the fender started to rub against each other. Whenever I opened the passenger door, it made a loud rubbing/bending type of sound which was none too pleasant. I brought my car into Jonathan's Body Shop to get it checked out for a price quote and met with a gentleman named Janeiro. I knew beforehand of Jonathan's being a GEICO-authorized body shop which, to me, lends some credibility regarding their work. That being said, Jonathan's likely won't be the lowest price quote you'll find in the area. But, I wanted the job done right since the driver-at-fault was paying for the damages. Janeiro advised me of his recommendations to 1) fix the scratches by using the same factory paint that he was able to acquire 2) replace a couple of the plastic pieces on the fender around the wheel 3) adjust the side fender away from the passenger door to prevent the rubbing. I took a couple of days to decide, but ultimately went along with Janeiro's quote and I must say that the process went pretty smoothly. I turned my car in on a Thursday and picked it up the very next day which was nice because they're normally pretty busy. In the end, I was very pleased with the work that Jonathan's Body Shop performed on my car. Honestly, it now looks like nothing ever happened to it in the first place. And the passenger door opens perfectly fine without a sound. I ended up having to come back to Jonathan's that same Friday after I picked it up because they forgot to reconnect my front turning signal lights which I guess had been disconnected when they performed the work. They told me to bring it back in and they reconnected the lights while I waited a few minutes. Overall, I recommend this place if you want quality body work done on your vehicle. Again, they won't be the cheapest, but it's rather reasonable.
