All and all, it was a 5-star experience. It's no wonder they've been in the business for over 50 years. Thanks again, Sebastian, Ivette & Nina

I had to return the car and after several days I called them and they told me that It was ready and they hadn't painted the piece, then, in the afternoon they told me they had not painted it because they wanted my insurance to pay them again for the work they does wrong. At the end of all this nightmare, I had to take my car to another Place to fix what they don't, and when I arrived at that other place, they found many things wrong, a horrible experience, I don't recommend this place at all, better to look for assistance from a serious and professional place! Sorry but is my opinion!

Hello everyone. I have been using The Vette Smith for several years now and I am happy to report…read morethat they have always done a great job for me on all touch ups or insurance related repairs on any of our vehicles. Will tell you upfront that this outfit is not going to be the cheapest place in town; however, they do excellent work and possibly one of the only body shops I would recommend in the South Miami-Dade area that I would recommend to anyone that really cares about their daily driver or collector car. They only know how to do things one way, which is the right way. They will provide you with options and you can take your pick depending on how much you want to spend. They work well with all insurance companies so no issues on that front either. The Vette Smith has been helping many collectors properly maintain their collector cars which is not limited to body work. They also have expert mechanics and technicians on site that can assist you with any issues you may be experiencing. If they can't take care of it for you, they will let you know which is one of things I like best about working with them. Outside of these items they also perform expert detailing and paint correction services as well. So if you are looking for a good body shop that can take care of your body work or mechanical issues on your daily driver or beloved collector, feel free to visit and have a chat with them. Dayton and Craig are awesome, so you can ask for either one of them and I am sure you will be treated well and with the utmost professionalism which in Miami is pretty hard to find these days!

Best car repair shop in Miami!!!!…read more My family has been going here for over a decade to service all manner of European cars On the contrary dealing with Mercedes service is a nightmare and the amount they charge for simple repairs, or in some cases service that should be covered, is absolutely outrageous. Specialty charges a fraction of what Mercedes charges and more importantly: they actually fix the issue! Not to mention your car is usually there a lot less time than at the dealership - usually a couple days at most for just about any issue you might have. Often times I've taken my car there to make sure that the constant Mercedes warnings that appear on the dashboard are in fact, not a product of any serious car issue, but usually something to do with the sensors being out of place or some technical car issue that isn't the catastrophe the warning indicators suggest... In these situations, we are not only normally in and out within the day, but often times they don't even charge if it is a simple fix for them as they have more integrity than any mechanic I have been to! ‍
