I was referred to All Florida Collision directly through State Farm's Select Service program, which is supposed to include trusted and verified repair partners. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. My 2024 Honda Accord has been repaired twice by this shop and it is still not fixed properly. The corner panel appears detached, the window rubber sealing is coming loose, and the trunk is still misaligned, which strongly suggests that the frame was never properly corrected. I have contacted the company several times, sending detailed emails asking for documentation about the repairs performed, including what equipment was used to realign the structure. They acknowledged my requests twice, both times saying they would get me the correct information, and even admitted that the documents I was originally given were "not the correct ones." Yet weeks have gone by with no follow-up, no documentation, and no accountability. Since State Farm referred me to this shop, I have serious concerns about why they are partnered with a company that fails to complete repairs properly or communicate with customers. I will be filing a Shop Quality Assurance case with State Farm and sending copies of all correspondence and documentation to both State Farm and the Better Business Bureau. Got rear ended and was sent here for a bumper replacement. After being repaired my trunk had a leak and was being filled with water from the rain. Took it back in and they said they "fixed it" and did not (they just randomly applied silicon and didn't test it afterwards). Turns out, when replacing the bumper they broke both of my tail light gaskets in half and tried gluing it back together. Common sense would tell you that you cannot just glue this back together because water will seep through the crack, which it did and flooded my trunk. Would it not have been easier to just order a replacement gasket after breaking it? Completely incompetent. read more

I took my car to this place for repairs following an accident, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I soon noticed other problems: parts of my car were not properly secured and were actually held on with double-sided tape instead of being properly latched. More recently, the cap on my driver's side door fell off, and when I took my car to a different shop for an inspection, I learned that certain parts were missing altogether. The most frustrating part is that this shop attempted a second round of repairs, but these also fell short, leaving me with more issues than when I started. Despite claims that they "tried contacting me," there's been little in the way of clear communication or accountability. I really wanted to have a positive experience, but after two rounds of inadequate repairs, I can't recommend this shop. Our car had very minor front damage after we got hit by a driver. We were referred to this place by a family friend of Fernando (one of the managers). Don't ever, ever take your car to this place. They lied at every step of the way. The car was supposed to be ready in 6 weeks which then turned into 2 months which then turned into 3 months. Lie after life and non stop dishonesty. Finally after 4 months on the day I was supposed to pick it up they said "the computer is not working and won't turn on". Mind you, we drove the car for weeks after the accident and dropped it off ourselves, so the computer was fine. The excuse they gave was "sometimes during repair things break". Total bullshit. So now they need to order a computer and they ordered a used computer which everyone knows doesn't work in FiATs. Long story short after 5 months we ended up getting it towed from this place to FIAT. The FIAT dealership said this place just ordered the computer to get insurance money. Typical miami fraud nonsense. Save yourself, don't go to this awful place. Google the shooting that happened here a couple years ago. read more

When I got into an accident, GEICO had this as one of their express repair places. They were able to get me the car back in perfect condition. Not only that, they would call and let you know the status updates, which was very helpful. If you're going to rent a car, they have an Enterprise representative on site who can set you up and get you going straight from there. All in all, the people are courteous, the work great, and the location very accessible. Be sure to check them out! Some tips: -If you're not sure, always call and get a status update. This is the most dishonest establishment I have ever been involved with. These people don't know anything about customer service and how to talk to people. Their work is sloppy and they don't have the skill set when it comes to the electronics of cars. In fact they botched my repair and then tried to conceal it and cover it up. When I discovered it, they tried to put the blame on me that it was already broken . They also claimed that the defect was due to a non factory installed part. I had to prove them wrong by proving the build sheet of the car and owners manual to the insurance company that was covering the repair that the keyless push button start came standard from the factory on my model van. The repair was finally completed 3 weeks later when the insurance company had the car taken to the dealer who resolved the issue. Read the negative reviews others have posted they are all true.
