Highly recommended!!! Sent an email through their website for an appointment but did not hear back in 48 hours, so I decided to call. When I spoke to the receptionist I told her I needed a quote for my side mirror and my tail light. She advised that I'd have to go in to get a quote and gave me their operating hours. When I got there, I was the only one there so I waited about 10 mins to be attended. Isaac came out and took a look at my car. He advised that both parts would need to be replaced and couldn't be repaired. We went back inside and he gave me a quote for the replacement part and their labor cost. It seemed like a fair price to me and definitely lower than what I had been quoted before, so I accepted. Other companies were charging the total of the part plus the labor just for the part itself not including anything else. In order for them to order the part, you have to leave a deposit. They ask for the full amount of the replacement part. You can pay with debit, credit, or zelle. If you pay with credit, there might me additional processing fee. You can also process a claim with your insurance carrier. I got a text from Karol, the receptionist, on the 21st saying the part had arrived. My brother dropped off the car on the 22nd and they texted me that same day around 2pm that the car was going to be ready at 4pm. That is the quickest turn around time I have ever seen! I was out of town and my brother was stuck at work so we couldn't pick it up that day and they agreed to open the next morning (Thanksgiving morning) for him to go pick it up! My brother inspected the replaced parts and gave it a green light. I have never had a better experience with a mechanic shop (even dealerships) than the one I had with Auto Sport! read more

Val and his team at Auto Sport International made a really frustrating situation into something truly great. A few weeks ago, someone hit my parked car and left the scene right outside my apartment. The damage to my bumper was pretty awful, and I was stressed out at how long and how much repairs would cost. Thankfully, I was referred to Auto Sport. Valentin sat with me and explained all the options, the pricing, and labor it would take to fix my car. I am always a skeptic when it comes to Auto Repairs, and get nervous people are trying to dupe you - but not here. Valentin was super up front, and honest about the costs as well as what could potentially go wrong as they started to fix my car. Thankfully, all went according to plan and in a week my car was back to me looking beautiful. The other thing that is really great is that they have a partnership with the Enterprise down the street and will have the folks pick you up so you can pick up a rental while your car is being repaired. Then, when it's time to drop off the rental, they can take you back to the shop to pick up your car. Great service, great results. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for auto repair. This body shop was recommended by Infiniti of Coral Gables. I went for a passenger door replacement/side panel repair, and as a first time customer I would not recommend or use Auto Sport International again. Regarding the lady at the front desk, she may be a nice person (can't tell), but her customer service, tone, and delivery needs a lot of work. I think there is an opportunity for training with her on how to communicate with customers in a way that is pleasant and amicable. Feedback matters as it paints a picture and gives you an opportunity to reflect and pivot. Also, my vehicle was in the shop for one month, and I received every excuse under the sun as to why. Even GEICO, my insurer, was perplexed and frequently calling the shop to learn more. I understand that there might be supply issues and other issues beyond the shop's control; however, it is imperative to have timely communication instead of leaving the customer in the dark. Additionally, I had a very transparent conversation with one of the managers there today, March 23, 2022, at 9:45am, named Juan, to discuss the other damage that was done to my vehicle (pictured) while in the shop's hands. I reviewed my concerns and gave the shop every opportunity in real-time to explain themselves privately before I shared my experience publicly. Again, excuses. Just went here because of a great reference from a friend. I walked in apparently 15 minutes to closing, and asked if I could get an estimate and instead of saying you need to make an appointment or something along those lines (since it was close to closing time) 2 girls at the front desk rudely said well it's almost closing and it's friday... That's it, nothing else. Guess I'll go elsewhere, looks like you guys don't need the money. Update: went to another shop around here who was also closing soon, they at least had the decency to take a look at the car, take photos, get my info, and tell me they will get back to me with an estimate. This shop did not fix my car correctly and they said if i take it back and claim the warranty that I need to pay for a rented car because they wont cover it even though it's their fault the car was not fixed properly in the first place. So now im stuck driving my unfixed car due to them! Terrible business!! I would never recommend this place! Very sweet owner. I brought my car in here dec 27th and got it back jan 5th. I had my front bummer and the partial front of the driver-side replaced which requires a decent amount of time to do. Auto Sport works extremely fast and considering that I brought my car in during a holiday, I am very pleased to get my car back as quickly as I did. My car looks great. I am really unhappy and not impressed with my overall experience since moving to Miami, Florida from Toronto Canada. It's difficult to find reliable and trustworthy people here. Anyhoo. I bought a new vehicle and only had it five days before someone rear ended and side swiped me on the US 1. I paid $20,000 cash for the vehicle from my saving account because I have no credit history in this country I wanted to bring my car into a repair shop that I was familiar with but my adjuster suggested that I bring the vehicle into one of their preferred shops. The accident happened on October 19th. The rear and front bumper were damaged and there was some interior damage too. Why is it November 14th and my car is still not repaired? They texted me yesterday and told me to pick up my car because the repairs they said were finished I drove 1 hour to the shop yesterday. One of the mechanics gave me the keys to my car and said I could go outside to inspect the vehicle. He did not follow me outside to inspect the car. The car was reversed parked and so I am glad I was not impatient to leave and not look properly at the back fo the vehicle. I walked to the back of the vehicle and saw that the vehicle bumper was not repaired at all. I brought this to their attention and the mechanic asked me if the damage was from the car accident. They had to call my insurance (Infinity) and I was told by the mechanic that infinity did not relay the information to them that my car bumper needed to be repaired. I had to go back to the car rental place - get the rental. Auto Sport is repairing the bumper but it might take another week. These issues have raised some red flags for me. Firstly, I don't trust that they will or have repaired my car properly. I will now have to bring my car to an independent mechanic to make sure the vehicle is repaired properly. And or I did not do my due diligence is shopping for car insurance companies. Either way I am saddened and disappointed by this whole experience because I've nothing but bad luck with people here in Miami. In all my years of dealing with mechanics and in situations where the damage was a lot worse, it never took them a whole month to do repairs and nor did they forget to do a repair. I am not happy and find this whole situation shady. read more

Stay away from this bodyshop. There work is terrible I had my car painted a few years ago with them and the paint started peeling immediately and rust spots developed where they did body work. Their customer service was horrible and they took 14 weeks to fix my car. When I finally got my car back my a/c was broken and I had a leak into my car. I had to pay another bodyshop to fix the leak because I brought it back to them a number of times and they could never find the issue. The issue was that they cut a lead line on the quarter panel that they repaired the lead line went from my sunroof to a vent on the quarter panel that allowed the water to drain. I am now getting the car painted again thanks to their crappy work oh and I also need to do rust repair work on the quarter panel that they fixed. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place if you need body work on your car. read more

Took my car in due to an accident. Came back a week later to pick it up and the car had a HOLE in the door jam which was not there before. The manager, Robert, claimed it was pre-existing, but not even the insurance estimator saw it during his estimate nor in the pictures he took. The shop took care of the repair after I had to get Nationwides manager involved. A week later I am back to pick it up and found that the paint polish was removed (was probably sanded to blend the new paint to the old). When I bring it to Robert's attention he said that was also pre existing damages, said "I'm not fixing this", turned his back to me and walked away. I had to threaten to call Nationwide's territory manager to get someone to simple polish the paint they had sanded which took 5 minutes. Nationwide Insurance recommended this shop to me as one of their preferred shops. This place is a joke and the management is extremely unprofessional. By far the worst experience I've ever had. read more
