After the worker finished his conversation, he walked past our vehicle, to retrieve an open energy drink, completely ignoring us. After walking to the other side of the entrance, he looks back and shouts, " Do you need some help?" My husband responded, " No we were just sitting here for no reason" as we left. Please Don't waste your time going here. If you can't pay attention to the only car waiting in the parking lot, I can only imagine how horrible the attention to detail and work ethic is while working on the cars.

On 8-19-25 I took my car to Rainbow Paint & Body, under the instructions of State Farm Insurance. Two days later they sent the estimate cost of the repair: $10,126.27. On 8-22-25, or about it, I called Rainbow Paint & Body and asked them to give my car back, that I would take it to another body shop, they refused it and said that I have to pay $900+ for the work already done and "restocking charges" (Tesla takes about 2 weeks to deliver the parts and Rainbow was not even close to receive them, there is not restocking). I strongly advise anyone considering A Auto Tech in Miami to find another body shop…read more I had my Volvo XC90 repaired here when they were a Volvo-certified body shop. We chose them because Volvo told us that using a non-certified shop could compromise the vehicle's warranty, and we understood that the repair work came with a lifetime warranty. That assurance was a major reason we trusted them with our vehicle. The condition of the repairs today is appalling. The panels they repainted have deteriorated into a dull, noticeably different shade of gray from the original factory paint. The difference is obvious, and the repaired areas look terrible. The headlight they installed has also become severely cloudy, while the original headlight remains clear. Based on its condition, I do not believe the replacement was comparable in quality to the original. Having one cloudy headlight alongside a clear original is yet another glaring reminder of this repair. When I contacted A Auto Tech, I was told they had lost their Volvo certification and would not honor any lifetime warranty. Losing certification does not explain why a customer should be left without the protection they understood was part of the original repair. We relied on their certification and the warranty assurance. Now we are left facing substantial out-of-pocket costs to redo work we believed was covered. The quality of the repairs is deeply disappointing; their refusal to stand behind them is even worse. A warranty means very little if the shop refuses to honor it when the work deteriorates. Based on my experience, I would not trust A Auto Tech with another vehicle and strongly caution others to take their business elsewhere.
