El vehículo fue entregado en perfecto estado mecánico, con el aire acondicionado funcionando correctamente y sin problemas electrónicos. El día que me llamaron para recogerlo:     *    Me exigieron entregar primero el carro de renta     *    Esperé más de una hora en el taller     *    Observé a una persona programando mi vehículo con una computadora justo antes de entregarme las llaves Al salir del taller, de inmediato noté que:     *    El aire acondicionado no enfriaba     *    El vehículo presentaba fallas electrónicas graves Cuando regresé a reclamar el problema, el dueño del taller estaba presente, pasó por mi lado, bajó la cabeza y se retiró sin decir una sola palabra, sin disculpas ni intención de ayudar. Posteriormente, Progressive confirmó que el "programador" que trabajó en el vehículo NO era personal de la aseguradora, lo cual agrava la situación, ya que la manipulación electrónica ocurrió dentro del taller sin claridad ni responsabilidad. Desde ese momento:     *    Nadie del taller asumió responsabilidad     *    No ofrecieron solución     *    El vehículo fue entregado en peores condiciones de como fue recibido Mi experiencia fue de falta de ética profesional, mala gestión y cero respeto al cliente. My issue: I live in a brand new building nearby, and on one fine day I parked at the top level of our parking garage, which happens to be beneath the pool. Well some weird gunk leaked from the pool and onto my car, leaving a hard, white crust on the window molding and door paint. I couldn't get it off with strong rubbing alcohol or conventional cleaners, I needed professional help (that I reasoned to my building that they should pay for- and they agreed). Anyway, G&M was painstaking and delicate, minded the paint. It was not easy and I don't think just any shop could have done it. The car looks like it never suffered the abuse! And we didn't have to repaint or anything so drastic. Before and after photos!

I…read morewas helped by Victor who is a knowledgeable and patient guy, after a couple of weeks deciding the best way forward I chose to pay out of my pocket instead of using the insurance. Victor asked me to drop off the car on Monday 12/07 and the next morning I got the first updates, they sent me a link with a bunch of photos and notes of what they did to that point. Another part was needed so this may have delayed the process by a day, so yesterday 12/10 I got a call from Victor saying that the car was going to be ready before the end of the day, around 2pm I got a text and a phone call from Yani saying that the car was ready. I checked the link and it was a new photo showing the car completed. When I arrived to pick up and pay I got a total of $1475 (which was shown in the last update received) but I had an estimate of $1030, I understand when you are working with insurance you send them a "preliminary work" and then you can add a few or several "supplemental" and the insurance usually pays them, but this money was coming out of my pocket, so I was definitely expecting the $1,030 figure or a little less... all in all Victor explained to me the extra work done and reduced a bit the final number. Conclusion: I'm a hard person to please type of guy, I believe they did a really good job, the 3 days to finish the work is appropriate and the way they kept me informed with calls and photos is top notch! I highly recommend them, just be open to pay a bit more than originally expected...
