I had to advocate for myself on the backend the entire time with insurance and make multiple calls to get an update on the status from Specialty, my car was never a priority while my vehicle sat there. Take your vehicle elsewhere. Every car serviced should be test driven and evaluated for drivability. Also, each client should be presented with service paperwork to sign off on They supposedly gave me an oil change and didn't even add windshield wiper fluid. Tell tale sign of lack of inspection or service protocols. Awful customer service and followup. And if my car was needing to be on the chopping block why would you complete a $1000 repair on it without evaluating the entire vehicle's needs first.

Specialty charges a fraction of what Mercedes charges and more importantly: they actually fix the issue! Not to mention your car is usually there a lot less time than at the dealership - usually a couple days at most for just about any issue you might have. Often times I've taken my car there to make sure that the constant Mercedes warnings that appear on the dashboard are in fact, not a product of any serious car issue, but usually something to do with the sensors being out of place or some technical car issue that isn't the catastrophe the warning indicators suggest... In these situations, we are not only normally in and out within the day, but often times they don't even charge if it is a simple fix for them as they have more integrity than any mechanic I have been to! ‍

Their online reviews were promising, and their informative website instilled confidence. I sent my repair estimate through their website and went to the body shop the next day. The location was by The Falls mall and easy to find. It was hard to find parking though but I was able to park on the side of the street. I spoke to Marlon, the manager. He knew what to do right away and contacted the adjuster to make sure the claim was good to go. He told me to drop off my car on a Monday and they have rental cars if I needed one, which I did, for $30/day. When I went to drop off my car, Marlon wasn't there but an employee told me that the secretary will help me when she gets in. When she came in, she did the paperwork and told me about the rental cars cost breakdown and estimated the repair to take 3-4 days. The rental car, a Nissan Versa Note, didn't have gas in it, so I brought it to their attention. They were able to put some gas in the car before I left. I received a message and call on day 3 that my car was ready to be picked up. I went to the body shop before they closed. The manager was there and told me that they fixed my car and were excited to show me. When I saw my car, the damages from the car accident were repaired and door shells were replaced. They really went above and beyond, and even vacuumed the carpets, which they didn't have to do. I noticed that they accidentally broke a window rain guard, but they glued the pieces back together and buffed the surfaces, and it was hard to tell. The process to return the car rental was they checked the car, recorded the mileage driven, and assessed the condition. I'm glad that I picked Le Garage Collision out of the list of body shops. The service was great considering it can be intimidating to find a body shop in Miami that won't screw people over. The repairs have warranty, the manager is very responsive, and the turnaround repair time was fast. I highly recommend!

As I get older and age, I'm 61 now and find myself driving through my beautiful but cluttered city of Miami. I know I'll be needing body shops more and more to take care of a little issues that may arise. This is a hidden gem among Miami's body shops. I hope you're one of the lucky few that never needs a body shop but as we get more and more congested, chances are you'll definitely need one, and this one hits on all cylinders, service, quality, and value for the money. May God continue guiding them on their chosen field of work because they are doing what they were meant to do. It pleases me to share some positivity and mean it, Peace and happiness to all.

    10/2020 I dropped off our commercial van at the shop per my insurance for repairs to the outside…read morebody from an accident. During repairs, the shop placed a LARGE black sticker on our flooring without a cause. I asked them to please remove the sticker & clean the area under it. Instead of removing the sticker, the shop decided to SPRAY PAINT the ENTIRE floor of the vehicle, all of my equipment, walls, and curtains. When I picked it up, they were airing out the FUMES from the spray paint they applied WITHOUT our consent. The owner, Leo, told told me the truth: the shop DAMAGED my floor, lied & covered it up with a sticker, & since it was still damaged when they removed the sticker, they took it upon themselves to SPRAY PAINT the entire waterproof flooring (again w/o consent). 01/21, I request all communication in writing. Shop was told our attorney would be building a case. Owner Leo called me, said his mom just died of Covid & bc of this I should give him a chance to "do right" by us. He promised he would get his best men on the job to work over a weekend to ensure we would not miss any days of work (biz is sole income for my household). Leo the owner has now mislead/gaslighted me, called me unreasonable & is saying he will only fix the damages he caused to my vehicle over a 1 week timeline only in the days I have to work. He lied about everything to get me to stop legal pursuit.
