Jose the owner is a typical Miami scammer. I purchased multiple sets of wheels from him. I'm a military service member I deployed and he said he'd store a set of my wheels and tires for me. I attempted to collect them when I returned and he avoided me until I had to take him to small claims. He spent more on litigating and trying to screw me over than it would have taken just to give me my items back. Avoid this man at all costs if you want to work with someone with ethics. I'm out over $6000 because he didn't want to do the right thing. DM me if you want the proof as it won't let me upload it. read more

Miami Power Wheels is THE one stop shop in Miami. We've attempted purchasing specific tires and wheels (rims) from other shops and only MPW has a great variety and options in stock and if he does not have it readily available, then Jose will quickly and expeditiously find and order what we are looking for and at a reasonable price. We've have purchased five set of tires and two sets of wheels at MPW... so far. Jose, the owner, is extremely humble, knowledgeable, always accommodating, and exceptionally careful with fulfilling the customers needs. The team is experienced and proficient. Jose runs a well respected and organized team. We know all this because he has assisted in customizing our 2022 Acuras, TLX Type S and MDX Type S for the past 2 years. Top notch customer service and quality that is challenging to find nowadays! read more

In Miami, building trust and confidence in a company and its team is hard to come by. MPW delivers that every single time! Since 2017, they have worked my Corvette and two lifted F-150 trucks. Recently, they spruced up my Raptor; which was only three days removed from the dealership. That is the kind of trust I have in Jose and his team. While they work, they'll send progress pics and ensure above all else quality. Bring your idea, and they will work with you to create the perfect solution. The results will exceed your expectations. read more

For wheels and tires they may be good but NOT for HID and LED installations they did a extra crappy job 100% on one of my mercedes benz. don't spend your money here, so far all the crappy installations they performed in my truck has costed me 200% more because someone else needed to fix the major mess they created. Thanks Alex remember you can keep the $143 I paid and you refused to give me a store credit or the fair thing give me the money back. You have my number I expect cash app. read more

Consumers beware..... I was highly recommended by two family members prior to taking my vehicle to the shop. Once I finally made it out to the shop I was greeted by Jose the owner/manager. I explain to him that I wanted my calipers powder coated. He gave me the option to spray paint them for $300 or to powder coat them for $800.00. I chose to powder coat them. The calipers look great once they gave me the car but shortly after I got a flat and then went to change my tire and I noticed when I remove the tire that the calipers have been spray-painted not powder coated. If you can please have a look at the attached photos that clearly shows that the calipers are not powder coated. I brought this to the attention of Jose and he blatantly disregarded my claim. He also refused to give me my money back for the service his shop did not perform. To this day they still not received a refund for the services not performed. I'd like to have this message serve as a warning for general consumer. Please be sure of the work that you're getting as I was overcharged and funny enough the two parties that recommended me to this shop were also scammed and their brake calibers were spray-painted as well instead of powder coated. Which they also were charge for powder coating and not spray paint. These actions are unethical and deceiving to the general public. It's scary to have a business that actually practices business and customer service in the manner that they do. What they're doing is they're stealing from the general consumer. If you're taking your vehicle to this shop in order for the brake caliper service beware and be sure to get in writing with their offering. Please look at the attached photos that clearly show that my brakes were not powder coated but spray painted as well. I'm not sure that will even help because my invoice states that my brakes were going to be powder coated which they work. The photos will show all the brake lines in the back part of the caliper not property powder coated plus the car head over spray all over. What else can I expect if they were spray painting in the parking lot without any protection over the vehicle or any other vehicles around. Beware........Beware. Please note the two family members that recommended me to the shop shortly discovered that their brake calipers were never powder coated either. They also have been scammed but this facility. I hate to see this happen to somebody else. The owner of this facility is dishonest and very unpro read more

It's a shame this place has gone downhill. Taken several cars over the years for tinting, never had an issue. Today I was given an interrogation, a blown up quote and was told to leave my car. 2 seconds later take your car we'll call you in afternoon to come in. I call back and immediately put on hold for 13 minutes. Called a second time, the guy that originally answered the phone was the same the helped me in morning and provided his name. 2nd call not only was it a different person, but the attitude was disgusting, at least. The guy corrected me with the persons name, told me to bring in my car when I wanted to. Guys, please educate your staff in customer service. Educate them in the law, give the customer the informed choice. Odds as the customer knows the rules. Both guys answering phone, teach them customer service. You just lost a fleet of 10 cars. read more

I got a black Ford Mustang Convertible with black leather interior. One of the problems of this is that the inside of the car becomes a fiery inferno when you hop in on a hot Miami day. If you had asked me if I would ever get tinted windows I would have probably said NO! Miami Power Wheels came recommended to me by my colleague so I called up but they told me that there are no appointments and it is first come first serve. Not wanting to mess around with this system I arrived promptly on Saturday morning at 9:01AM and was given an estimate of $140 for window tints. I selected my tints from a display of the various percentages of light blocked and they let me know it was a lifetime guarantee and would be about an hour and a half to two hours. Let me tell you that it was an extremely great idea to get here FIRST THING IN THE MORNING. Since they schedule it this way, other people might be having new rims put in, new lighting, or any other number of customizations they are able to do here so when it's 11:00am they might already be filled for the day. This is not a bad thing - this means that they're in high demand! In less than two hours I had new tints that look terrific and have a lifetime warranty. The tints keep the heat out some and make my car look crazy cool. Thanks, Miami Power Wheels - you are awesome! 10/10 would do again and recommend! read more

I made the mistake of buying rims for my car online and having them installed buy a shop I'd never been to before. After the installation the rims kept rubbing and I had to take my car back. I knew I was in trouble when the guy sent me to the auto parts store to buy spacers myself. Not only did it not fix the rubbing, now I had a vibration while driving. Absolutely frustrated I looked on yelp and found Miami Power Wheels. I was a little intimidated when I first walked in as most of the cars parked outside were exotic sports cars. But Jose the manager took care of me. He took the time to explain what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix the problem. Now my car drives like a dream and looks amazing.
