The gentleman that answered was friendly and knowledgeable, so I decided to take my car for to have the tints installed. I had the four main windows done only but they also do front windshield and sun roof as well. They have various different shades as well and different types of materials depending on your needs. Service was excellent. They were very friendly and attentive. I sat inside and watched the whole time. It was pretty cool. They definitely knew what they were doing so it's worth the price ($150). Prices vary depending on the size of the car and the material used. Keep them in mind if you ever need tints!!

Quoted me 120 for 6 windows which was frustrating since I only have 2 back windows and 2 front windows but they insisted that the seam that split the front windows made it a separate window charge. plus a $20 previous tint removal fee. When I got here a young man started helping me. He was great. Knowledgeable and patient. He answered all my questions and I was feeling good. He started with my front windows and was doing an excellent job. Very calm and took his time. Then the owner showed up. He started slapping things on. He didn't even clean the windows first. THE TINTS LOOKED HORRIBLE. I point out that the lines aren't straight and I wasn't driving away with huge creases and air bubbles in my tints. He was rude and aggressive. I swear it was because I'm a woman. We was condescending and overall just an awful person. He also started demanding to know how I was paying before The job was even done. One of the reasons I get my tints done here on all my cars is the lifetime warranty they back. Unfortunately, the owners retired and the new owners who bought from them are not honoring the warranty on tints from the previous owners. I don't know how good a job the new owners/team do, but I am not going to give money to them to do tints on 2 cars, when they won't even honor the warranty on the existing tint I bought from Auto Perfection. My extended family also is taking their lease returns elsewhere. Extremely short-sided of them to lose out on a ton of new business just because they don't want to honor warranty on tints from the previous owners. That's exactly how you destroy a reputation... RIP Auto Perfection, you were good while you lasted. Will miss you.

Over the years they have tinted a few cars for us, they used to have a Kendall location closer to home, but even as the location is further away we decide to stay with someone we know and trust. Adrian was really helpful, did a good job explaining the different material. I didn't know that but now there'a a material that can absorb the UV and heat and is clear, so perfect for the windshield!! In Miami you really need all the help to not get baked inside your car! There are a few chairs inside, with TV and a Keurig machine for tea and coffee. We went to the library down the street for a little while as they worked on our car.

Flash forward to November 2025 and I am cleaning out the glove compartment and found the guarantee that came with that installation. Well this wagon has been sitting in the hot Florida sun all these years and of course some of the tinting was bubbling. I called and spoke to Adrian who told me to bring it in for a look and he told me that he would honor the guarantee and replaced all the window tinting. Did I mention 28 year old tinting!! Turns out that the car was no longer in the computer for automated cutting of the film panels for each window so Adrian had one of his top installers (Joey) manually cut and fit each window. It took a couple of days but was well worth the wait. I can't recommend this company enough - great detailed work, excellent communication and a real dedication to customer service - pretty rare in today's world. I have tinted at least 4 other vehicles there and will continue to use them for all my future purchases!

After waiting 2 hrs for services to be completed immediately noticed bubbling and other defects in the finished work. The owner Manuel explained that the bubbling would settle within a week. It did not. When I brought the car back, the owner Manuel came up with an excuse that they had used "bad gel" during the installation process, which I questioned why they would let me leave initially without fixing the issue or not contact me, because they have my contact, knowing they had installed a defective material. He continued coming up with excuses to avoid dealing with parts of the car, like the back window, saying that the "bad gel" had not been used there, how ironic. After much back and forth he agreed that the tint needed to be removed and redone. At that point, things became very concerning. When I asked if I could observe the process, I was told that the work area was off-limits. While waiting, I checked my Tesla's cameras and discovered that tape had been placed over them, preventing me from seeing what was happening to my vehicle. When I questioned the owner about it, he became defensive and told me to "mind my own business." In his words "to stop chismeando". That it was illegal to watch them place tints on my vehicles windows. That was the moment I lost all confidence in this shop. Between the defective initial installation, the attempt to block my vehicle's cameras, and the owner's rude and unprofessional attitude, I no longer felt comfortable allowing them to continue working on my car. The tint was removed, but when I requested a refund so I could have the work completed elsewhere, the owner refused. Mistakes happen. What matters is how a business handles them. Unfortunately, this shop responded with defensiveness, hostility, and behavior that felt incredibly shady. I would not trust them with my vehicle and cannot recommend them to anyone looking for professional, transparent service.

I had always taken it to the same place and have always left happy, but I figured I'd try this out for the convenience of not having to take it anywhere else. What a mistake! Pascual did the job in a hurry by his own admission and because of it made several mistakes. He had told me that if anything was wrong to take it back and he'd fix it without a problem, but clearly that was a lie. When I did take it back and told him about the problems he told me that he usually charges $20 extra for this car and that he only gave me the deal because of my salesman and that at this point he'd rather take everything off and give me a refund rather than fix the problems. Reluctantly, I agreed and left my car there so that he could take the tints off. When he finally told me the car was ready hew then told me he was charging me $25 for the removal. I told him that was not what was agreed upon and that I shouldn't have to pay for someone else's mistakes! I should've had the option before he just charged me because had I known that was his plan, I would've rather had the next person take them off. He made the mistakes and didn't want to fix it & then charged me $25 dollars that I had to get back from my salesperson because he knew I was shafted by this fraud! I WILL NEVER USE THIS GUY AGAIN! I WILL ADVISE ANYONE I KNOW TO DO THE SAME AND WILL BE INFORMING THE DEALER HE WORKS OUT OF AS WELL AS THE SURROUNDING DEALERS AS TO MY TREATMENT!
