Had the trunk and spoiler of my car repaired and painted by them. I was very unhappy with their job. There were alot of what appeared to be air bubbles that sunk into the paint of the trunk and spoiler. Also I noticed the bottom left side of my rear window had scratches on it, which were not there before, more then likely from sandpaper. I expected a better job from them, very unhappy! read more

I'm an accident magnet and I hit a cone. You know, those big orange traffic cones, they aren't quite as soft as they look. I hit it going about 40 on the highway in the dark. Not a fun experience. Rather than stopping to check the damage, I closed my eyes, crossed my fingers, and drove home. Turns out, they really mess up your car. I needed a new bumper, a new air intake or something like that, and had a busted bearing. Luckily, my airbags didn't go off and it was mostly cosmetic damage. I called my insurance (USAA, I love you) and they recommended this place. The staff was amazing. The owner drove me to pick up the rental since it was going to take Enterprise over an hour to pick me up. They had an estimate for me about 2 hours after I dropped my little car off. I was kept up to date on the status of the repairs via text message, and my car was done earlier than promised. They used all manufacturer parts and my car looks like it did when I drove it off the lot. To my surprise, they even detailed the inside! read more

I can't tell you how happy I am to have come here! From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile and respect. Everyone was very polite and listened to my concerns. Excellent experience. Their estimate for my repair was $800 below the other place I went to...and the estimate is exactly what I paid when I picked up my car--there were no extra charges. They even went the extra step of getting rid of all the duct tape residue stuck to my car as a result of (I'm embarrassed to admit) duct taping my bumper for well over a year before I got around to repairing it. The first place I went for an estimate said that it was almost impossible to get that stuff off, so I didn't even ask Collision Solution to try. They just went ahead and did it and didn't even charge me. The last thing I want to say is that everyone I encountered at CS was incredibly friendly, gracious and patient. Would not recommend this place. I asked for a repair estimate, and you would think I was asking for something unusual, and not something required by Florida Law. I took the car in on a Tuesday afternoon for them to look at it, got blown off about the price quote because I said I may go through insurance. They told me they were slow and that I could probably get the car back by Friday. I took the car 1st thing the next morning and again asked for an estimate. When I had not heard from the shop by 2 pm I called them and was given the run around that they needed insurance parts pricing to give me a price quote. Let me get this straight, I can't get a cash price quote?? Jorge finally sent me a price quote, with an estimated time frame twice as long as I was originally told, but I emailed him to go ahead, My husband also called them to tell them to go ahead. Then Thursday morning a Maria calls me to see if they should proceed with the work. I ended up going and picking up my car. It seemed obvious to me that no one there cares about the customer, they are rude on the telephone, and obviously do not care. Do not ever go here. read more

I took my car here after a palm frond cracked my windshield and tore my windshield wipers off. At first, they were very accommodating by allowing me to drop the car off on a Sunday. However, they told me it would take a couple days, when it actually took a week. And much, much worse, the work done on my car (seemingly a simple fix) was absolute garbage. This shoddy work included giving me windshield wipers that worked for about twenty minutes of use, and failed during a torrential downpour, causing me to narrowly avoid a car wreck trying to pull off the side of the road not being able to see since my windshield wipers failed. To their credit, they eventually replaced this without charge, but this wasn't the only problem. However, my wipers are installed about 1/3 of the way up the windshield instead of down in the normal location (they obstruct the bottom of my view). My windshield was also installed terribly and wasn't sealed. The black rubber seal around the window wasn't installed correctly completely around the windshield, has been leaking water into my car, causing damage, and it was installed so poorly (I guess they never used glue) it nearly ripped all the way off while I was driving and was flapping as I went down the highway. I never give reviews on anything, but this workshop did such a bad job that I felt it was necessary. To their credit, there are nice people there, but this work was absolute garbage and cost me about $800 for nothing but a headache. I had to come back to this place twice, and eventually went to a different shop to get it all fixed. read more

Myriam and Roberto took care of everything. The status of auto-repair is updated electronically and they make every effort to get the car repaired on time. This shop also has connection with rental car companies and helped my rental car company come pick me up. When my car was returned, the repair job was spot on. I had items stolen from my car including jewelry. Do not trust these people with your car when I got my car back there was damage all down the drivers side (it was in for a new bumper) as soon as you complain they become very difficult they won't answer calls and when they do they are very aggressive. Terrible customer service in the shop they act like its a huge hassel to deal with you. read more
