The gentleman in the truck (I believe he was the owner) helped me evaluate the oil level in my car, determined it was only a little low, topped me off and let me know it was safe to drive the car. I was working in the area one time and I parked somewhere that I always would park in my car but this day specifically I was driving my older brother's vehicle. My vehicle was currently at the dealership being worked on. These guys decided to tow my older brother's car and when I realized after work, these guys have taken my car and they gave me a bullshit excuse on why they took it. I sat at work for three hours waiting for them to release my vehicle. They charged me around 300 to 400$ When I asked them to give me an explanation, why they told the car the owner looked at me and told me that he's been giving me warnings the past couple days not to park there but that's a complete lie because I never got any warning and I wasn't in my vehicle, I was my older brother's car so that then in there, I saw that they were lying and trying to make money off of me. They were scouting me from a corner and saw that I was a young guy, and they took advantage of it. So please be careful with these guys. These guys are complete liars and manipulators. I've been trying to sue them for the past 23 years because I do not believe these type of people deserve power whatsoever. They are using their towing services to take advantage of people and they try to make as much money off of you as they can.
