During a recent trip with a load of temperature sensitive cheese bound for Medley Florida, my semi Tractor suffered a major engine failure. The truck could not be driven any further. I was about 300 miles short of the delivery destination and was in desperate need of a tow truck and.a place to take the whole rig. After quick Google search and numerous phone calls I was very fortunate to make contact with Marcos the owner and operator of Mr. Woo Towing and Roadside Assistance Service. This guy drove 5 hours north to my location to rescue me from the side of US 27 in Davenport, FLorida. After he did the necessary preparations to hook up to my truck and trailer, we headed for Homestead FL. Once we arrived there he separated the truck from the trailer and hooked up to the trailer and drove the load to the delivery! In spite of the breakdown, THE FREIGHT GOT DELIVERED ON TIME AS SCHEDULED!! THATS SERVICE 2ND TO NONE! Then he put me in contact with a repair shop that was more than happy to make the required repairs and finished the job in record time!! My experience with Marcos was nothing short of miraculous! He went over and above the call of duty! This man is: Professional Safety conscious Knowledgeable Experienced Dedicated Skilled Kind and a pleasure to be around!!
