One of the many experiences began when they began towing in our apartment complex " View West Condominium". They towed due to the many un registered vehicles that remained in our property which did not leave any space for the residents to have a parking spot. This was fine since our association has had poor management in the past and they were trying to fix the problems we had on going. One night Prestige towing towed our car since we did not have the guest parking pass as we should have. FINE. I go ahead and try to pay and my car was under my fathers name at the time. My father, at the time was in a different country in a small town with no governmental offices nearby. They required us to get a notarized affadavit to release my car to me. They were NOT understanding whatsoever and my car was left there for an entire month because they had to receive a physical copy of this affidavit. My father had to go 4 hours away from the town he was in and pay expedited shipping for us to receive this form. By the time my father came back was when we had the car released and the papers although were expedited shipping took a long time to get here.
