I have had SEVERAL horrible experiences with this company. I do not advised bringing them business and i would suggest bringing business to another towing company that is not as unprofessioanl and money hungry as them. One of the many experiences began when they began towing in our apartment complex " View West Condominium". They towed due to the many un registered vehicles that remained in our property which did not leave any space for the residents to have a parking spot. This was fine since our association has had poor management in the past and they were trying to fix the problems we had on going. One night Prestige towing towed our car since we did not have the guest parking pass as we should have. FINE. I go ahead and try to pay and my car was under my fathers name at the time. My father, at the time was in a different country in a small town with no governmental offices nearby. They required us to get a notarized affadavit to release my car to me. They were NOT understanding whatsoever and my car was left there for an entire month because they had to receive a physical copy of this affidavit. My father had to go 4 hours away from the town he was in and pay expedited shipping for us to receive this form. By the time my father came back was when we had the car released and the papers although were expedited shipping took a long time to get here. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company towed my car and caused serious damage due to improper towing. Since then, my vehicle has struggled to accelerate and won't go beyond 50 mph. A mechanic confirmed the damage was caused by how it was towed. I contacted the company to resolve the issue and asked to speak with a manager, they told me I had to file a complaint on their website and wait 48 hours for a response. I've filed formal complaints with the BBB, the Florida Attorney General, Miami-Dade Consumer Protection Division and the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. Very negligent. Avoid this company at all costs if you value your car. read more

They were fast and efficient! They responded quickly. The towing charge was fair, even with my vehicle being towed from Collier county to Miami-Dade county.. They were also very friendly. read more

Don't take credit card payment from this company they will dispute the charge without giving you a warning or a chance to take care whatever the issue is. by doing that is very suspicious, they pay us $3,296 for an engine and then 4 months after the dispute the charge. We tried to contact them to ask what the issue was and no response never contacted us. Very suspicious. Now they want to keep my engine and the money obviously we got our lawyer working on this. We will take them to court. read more

Fast service, reasonable prices and very professional personnel. They were very careful installing the attachments to tow my car.

Terrible customer service, they tow illegally. They took my car from my apartment complex, and they are supposed to leave a warning for any first time violations. They didn't even do that. read more

Apparently, this towing company is unjustly taking cars from parking lots. They towed my mom's car from her own parking space. In her nerves, she forgot to report them to the police that same day. But now all social media, online articles, blogs, and all the backlinks pointing to their website will talk about all the bad things they are doing. So, in summary, before people find the good things about them on Google, they will first see all the bad things they have done. read more

Hopefully this awful towing company see's this post. Horrible people taking advantage during this Coronavirus days to pick up cars lawfully parked in a handicap space. From practically an empty parking lot claiming they were called by the business that was already closed. They forgot to remove these lights from my car, and they seem to be a lot more expensive than what I had to pay for them to put my car down. So there, karma, you want them back, call and pay me for them or get new ones! read more

THE WORST AND WHEN I MEAN WORST TOWING COMPANY. My car was towed from my friends apartment complex because u cant park at the front for more than 15 mins. But the tow truck came after like 5 mins instead if waiting the extra 10 mins like WTF I had kids that fell asleep in my friends apartment and it was like 1 am and my car was towed. Like that was so messed up. And then i proceeded to call the towing company and the person on the phone said i can't get my car tonight but if i were to get the car my ex-husband would have to come since it's still under his name like wth. And then the next day my ex-husband went there to find out that they are CLOSED ON SUNDAYS like that made me so mad cause i have 2 kids to take to school monday and had no car. but thankfully after him calling them. A person was able to come out and give us the car but they made us pay 400 DOLLARS because it was there for 1 day. Like it's not my fault that i couldn't get my car the same day it was towed. NEVER EVER USE THIS TOWING COMPANY. read more

These vultures sit by South Miami businesses that are closed and tow your automobile around the corner. When you call to get your automobile, they tell you to walk to a different destination. This way you calm down as you're walking and after 5 minutes they call you back and tell you oh we meant another destination that is literally right around the corner from where you parked. The business didn't call them to have you towed they do this on their own volition solely to get you to pay them $101. This is an awful practice and they should be sued. read more

I called them when my car died to jump my car. They came 10 minutes after they said they would and found that it wasn't a battery issue and jumping the car was unsuccessful. They did not offer any solutions as to how I could fix this problem until I asked. The cost of towing was too expensive and would take another hour to come. The biggest problem was that they charged me almost full price (a negligible amount of money was taken off) for the service that didn't work. Given the other yelp reviews, I should have looked at their reviews before calling. Their interactions were transactional and useless. Do NOT use this service. read more

Worse customer service got my car towed even though there was a sticker on it and the guy who I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. No one likes to call a tow truck. But sometimes you need to be saved from the middle of Carol City during the morning commute. Thanks to previous Yelp reviews I decided to call Prestige -- I am glad I did. The dispatcher was friendly. Piece of sh*t company, with piece of sh*t employees. Lack of humanity and professionalism. It's Disgusting to think they can tow automobile from private properties and private communities . Regardless the company is horrible. You don't even have an entrance when picking up car , they make you wait outside , take their sweet time and clearly don't care for customer service, lack of compassion for people. It's a sick business, what people do for quick money. read more

I hate when my car does not work. I hate being stranded and waiting. I called for a tow truck on Monday afternoon during rush hour. Prestige was the only place willing to give me a decent ETA time. They arrived to my rescue, had my car hooked ready to go. It was not easy. My ignition was locked and the steering wheel was locked. It was a pain but the driver was very professional and experienced. He did not even break a sweat getting my GTO up. Thank you Prestige for helping me. I got a ride from North Miami to West Kendall. Not exactly a fun day but better than waiting for AAA. read more

110% thieves they tow your car even if it has the apartment complex decal on it then lie and say that the office called it in but its 10 pm and the office is closed. I get it that everyone has a job to do but that gives you no right to take residents cars that clearly have the decal displayed. I'll be sure to spread the word about this company read more

Excellent service! The most horrific experience I have ever had with a towing company. I used my AAA to have my 1999 Pontiac Firebird towed to my mechanic. My mechanic was polit and directed her were to onload my car. Well she complained about were she had to drop car off because it's was waiting her time and she was losing money. Well after a very poor job of aligning herself with the drop off spot she began to tilt flatbed to lower my car the she commenced to lower my car without putting my car in neutral or taking the e-brake off. Letting my car drag down ramp in park wheels dragging. Then she refused to listen to the skilled mechanics whom were trying to help her before she messed up my transmition. She went and sat in her cab 15 to 20 minutes before coming out and telling me she wasn't going to be talked to disrespectful. Well they weren't disrespectful but she was just plain ignorant and clearly did not know what she was doing. I told her that no one was being disrespectful but she is taking my car of flatbed incorrectly and if my transmition is damaged because of this i was going after the company for incompetence. I video taped the rest for evidence. Let me wait and see what my mechanic says. read more

If they unexpectedly tow your car and you have anything of value in it you can kiss those items goodbye! Whoever picked my car up got into my car (whether get used a slim Jim, clone key, etc.) and stole $350 out of my glove compartment. My car was NOT parked illegally and was only in the space for 2 HOURS. When I told the manager or whoever he was he instantly got defensive, said I'm a liar, and basically called me stupid bc "their is no way to lock a bmw once you unlocked it without the key" which is a LIE. Who is the owner of the car? I know how it works. The first time they took my car they opened it and put the seatbelt thru the steering wheel so how is it not possible to get into it and relock it? they are LIARS and THIEVES. The police said they get called for the same issue by them ALL THEY TIME! Why are they still in business??? read more

Here is the e-mail I sent to JunkACar.Com today re: their contracted business w/Presige: +++++++++++ Hello. On Friday, January 16, I called your office and was given a quote. It was stated that Prestige Auto Towing of Miami would contact me to arrange pickup of the vehicle. They called and I requested same-day pickup. The dispatcher informed me he would call me back in 15 minutes. He never did and after an hour I called back. He told me they couldn't pick up until Monday, 3 days later and I agreed for an 8AM pickup. He said they could do it at 7:30 to 7:45 and I agreed. No driver ever showed up on Monday. I called at 8:30 AM and got a dispatcher who told me they "lines switch at 9AM" and he said he would contact the other dispatcher and call me back. No one ever called. I called after another hour and was hung up on after I gave my name. I called repeatedly, as we were leaving town that day and needed the car picked up, and no one would answer the phone. ... I STRONGLY advise you to stop contracting your work to Prestige. I will be filing BBB and social media complaints against you and Prestige. Worst service ever!" read more

They are a bunch of scammers and will rip you off. First of all someone working there had informed me that they don't start towing until 9:15pm at the The One at University but tell me how they went and towed both of my cars at 8pm and act like they never said that by saying their drivers are always new so they don't know anything. It was not a driver who told us that information btw. Terrible business. They are not open 24/7 like they claim so please tell me why they charge you for hours that they're not operating and tell me how it's $172 for an overnight towing and that price almost tripled for 2 days and also they're not open on weekends but will count them in the charges that they will bill you for, they try to make it seem like they don't have a say in how much they charged by saying the Miami Dade county does but they change the price so often and charge so much. It's a shame they should be out of business for stealing peoples hard earned money like that. The One at University do not call them at all. They make it seem like that. They don't even deserve any stars at all.Believe the negative reviews read more

The most disgusting human beings I've ever had to interact with. Made me find someway to get to them at 3:30 am for my car , tell me a dispatch is 5 minutes out to open the lot and get payment for my vehicle , 15 minutes pass . Call them back and they said no I said 20 minutes , 40 minutes go by . They arrive open the lot and throw me attitude and say your car is on the left go . I go to my car and since sitting in the car for a while waiting for them to show up I read reviewed and knew to inspect my car for damage. I also witness a car being towed into a lot at 50+ miles passing by the vehicle I was in , no care in the worlds . I asked the gentlemen if there were damages down to my car , are they liable because he had no form of documentation in his hand , he gets upset and now won't hand me my car with payment at hand because my vehicle registration doesn't match the name on my license . Meanwhile I have keys and all my belongings are in the car and has Been for 5+ years. The level of disrespect I had to take in a span on 3 hours to then the level dishonesty and corrupt ness is uncombable . If there was an option to give this business and people in it zero starts and sign a petition to have their LLC revoked sign me up ! They will do anything and everything to get money out of you, and speak to you as if you are pet or a county jail . And if u don't have a smile on your face forget getting you're car back the normal way . They will do the most to make more money and to toy with your time for their own entertainment . read more
