I dropped my car off for several different repairs and when I picked it up, only some of them had been done. The shocking part was that someone from this business NOT ONLY added a sticker for the Iglesia de Bethesda to my back windshield, but they tried to peel off my parking permit for my job from my front window. I suspect they must have been using my car for their own personal use. I had to spend a few hours of my life taking off their propaganda and paid for some remover to take the sticky glue off. read more

I have had several fantastic experiences with Falls Auto Collision. One was about a year ago when I had some warranty work done on some damage to my Cadillac SRX from a fender bender. That went above and beyond in the repair work and communication with my auto insurance company. Recently I discovered that my headlights were getting dim . The Cadillac Dealer near me told me that I would need to replace the whole light modules and with the labor it would be in excess of 2000. I asked them if the light bulbs for head lights could be replaced and they said NO. Well so I went to Fall Auto and talked to Fabian Alvarez, one of the owners and he told me if I got the bulbs he could do it. Sure enough he had been a mechanic for around 15 years and indeed knew what he was talking about and changed out my bulbs with some LEDs that I had bought at a nearby Auto supply store. He got the job done in about 45 minutes. I couldn't be happier with the services that I have provided with Falls auto and collision!! Top notch !! Five star review. LMS in Miami read more

Extremely happy with the professional service and attention given to us by Jose and the staff from Falls Auto Collision. We were kept updated on a daily basis the status and they promised a prompt turnaround time and kept their word. Also provided an amazing finished product and went above and beyond to deliver a brand new car that looked like new like the day it was bought from the dealer. I will certainly refer and recommend Falls Auto Collision to family and friends and will not hesitate to return in the future for any paint and body car repair service that we may have. Very grateful and appreciative for the attention given to us and red carpet treatment provided. It should be noted that Falls Auto Collision is 1 of 3 preferred State Farm insurance auto body repair shops in the 33176 zip code area with an excellent reputation among the leading car insurance companies. Just picked up my black 2013 Lexus GS 350 that was in a rear end collision. I hate it. The paint is dull. It's missing pieces for the trunk. There are swirls in the paint like it's never been painted or they attempted to paint it and it's messed it up. Avoid this place. I don't care if State Farm or your insurance company tell you to use them. It's not worth it. I'm really upset and hurt about the work they did. I cannot believe they would do this to anyone. Update : After a couple of days of cooling off I was able to resolve my issue with the body shop. They repaired everything. Everything is right in the world again. read more

I had a great experience with this shop. It was the first time ever for me to have my car fixed because of an accident and they made the entire process effortless. They left my Toyota Rav 4 looking amazing. The communication throughout the process eased my nerves. If I ever need anything repaired I will definitely be coming back. read more

Went over here to get an estimate to repair my truck. The person i spoke with seemed to be more concerned with the way i looked or the way I was dressed and the age of my vehicle rather than providing me service. I walked in and he they greeted me, although less professional than normal but acceptable. When we were outside looking at the vehicle he proceeded to advise me that it would be very expensive to repair. I asked for an estimate and he proceeded to tell me he needed $30 for an estimate. I turned around and walked away. After a bit I called back and spoke to someone and asked flat out if they charged for estimates and began by saying they do not, but then proceeded to say it depends. I asked him what he meant by that and he said that they as for a $30 "Deposit" and it is then refunded back to you if you proceed with the work. to me, that is a charge for an estimate. I have no problems with people doing this however, this should be said up front and also needs to be in writing on the wall of their pricing by law, if I am not mistaken but I might be. I ended up getting a free estimate by a company down the street from them who were very nice and did all they could to actually earn my business. read more

My car was repaired well, right on time and with friendly and responsive service. Would definitely recommend!

They have a very good painter, not such a good bumper guy. They did a perfect job of fixing the rear bumper of my mom's caddy a few years back, which was just a replacing a paint. This time they did an okay job fixing the bumper of her caddy. They tried to actually heat and bend the bumper back into place. It didn't come out perfect. If you need something replaced or some paintwork I would com back, they are quick and fair priced, but if you need actual body work, I might try somewhere else. read more

I took my car their for repair to a front right bumper (paint scratch), replacing a fog light, and to paint a couple of other scratches. I paid $900. I felt it was pricy, but we didn't have a tag on the car yet so I felt it was better to leave it there, since it was close to our home. When I picked up the car, over a week later, I noticed the bumper was a little loose but they explained that it's "like that." Soon after, my son tapped the bumper against the back of my own car while parking (it was nothing) and the bumper came off. I took it back and they were going to charge me another $600 to replace the bumper and full paint of the area, blending, etc., and it would take at least another week to repair. I took the car to another body shop for a second opinion, where I know and trust the owner. He was appalled at the shotty workmanship -- and showed me. Falls Auto Collision had not properly secured the bumper in the first place, using WOOD screws on some of the plastic and metal parts. The new place easily fixed and secured the bumper (no need to replace it) and spot painted the area (no need for a full paint job) for $80 and in one day. I liked our service rep, but truly felt swindled after I saw the work done on my car. read more

I Recommend this shop more than 100%. I had an issue after the accident repairs were made and because of the pandemic, I couldn't take my car, then the INS didn't want to help much even when It said that was a LIFE time warranty by the car INS! The shop was nice and very professional. They cover and took care of my car issues. Thanks to Juan THE Manager That new my situation and The OWNER of the shop, I AM VERY HAPPY TODAY. Do not go to this place. If I could give it zero stars I would. I called and scheduled an appointment to bring my car in and when I arrived they told me they didn't remember me and couldn't fix the car for 2 weeks. Yet, my insurance sent them the work order so how could they not remember? Talk about irresponsible read more

I am very happy with the work done to my car. I went to two other repair shops nearby and they estimated me 300 dollars more than Falls Auto. The work is impeccable and the customer service was great. The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is because I was given a 2-3 day time of repair and it took 5 days. read more

This is a great place. I've unfortunately had my parked car hit twice and was rear ended while at a stop. This is over a 6 year period and in all cases I've used this shop. I had a small collision to my car and live south of Miami near Palmetto Bay/Falls area. I found Falls Auto Collision by using Yelp and it was a great decision to use them. Easy to find, close to home, and Robert and crew were great. Time for repair was accurate, work was excellent and experience could not have been better. Any issue I had was quickly addressed and corrected to my taste and I can be picky. Ricky also is a great guy and is very responsible in reviewing your car before and after the repair. Open a short time on Saturday helped as well. I highly recommend and recommend to my friends and use them again. They deal real well with insurance companies and rental car business, so they take the worries and difficulties away. read more

Had a dumpster catch on fire at my workplace and destroyed the paint on my silver 2011 135i bmw. Not only were the gentleman easy to deal with, they basically did all the work with my insurance company. I get compliments all the time now on my vehicle. Very professional and wonderful people to work with. Best auto body shop I have had the experience of working with. I highly recommend. And my car is not stock... I have at least 10k in performance mods. My car looks like a brand new vehicle. Thanks you guys, you are phenomenal! read more

Let me save you the HEADACHE and DO NOT COME HERE!!!!I came to them thinking they could paint my aftermarket bumper and they told me yeah sure bring it by we can do it . I go turn in my car and turns out it was Fourth of July weekend so I patiently wait until the next week. I leave my car and tell them I want to wetsand and buff it . Takes them like an other 2 weeks to get just my bumper painted and they tell me there is no warranty on the bumper after they painted!!!!No phone call or anything to warn me before hand . Guess what happens a week later I wash my car and notice that I can still the black from under the paint. They didn't shoot enough paint on it , shorty after the paint starts to chip. I told them I would have gotten the stock bumper and returned the other one so they could have warrantied the paint. Nope I had to pay twice to get my bumper painted. On top of that they left my engine dirty from sanding I guess . I trusted them and they took advantage . NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!!!!!! read more
