Worst body shop ever. Please don't choose this place. I bring my car for a small crash 7 months ago. They left front bumper loose, when I went to pick up the car the headlights were not working and I have to wait another 2 days for the repair. So no quality control at all, they just want you to pick up the car to collect from the insurance. That don't care about the car or your time. Today April 20 2016 finally they call to let me know that the car is ready, I called from my office which is 20 minutes from the shop to let them know that I'm coming ( as they suggested ) and look at my surprise that I waited for 1 hour to them to bring the car. Every time I ask for a manager to give a call with an update but they never call back. After a while I think they recognize your number and they just don't answer the phone. WARNING!! Do not go to this body shop. Geico will tell they are good but do yourself a favor and take your car somewhere else. I took my wife's car here and it was a complete disaster. I experienced issues with quality, customer service, and broken promises. Quality: The first time it was "ready" it came back with a dent near the gas tank. The following time it was "ready" it came back with what seemed to be rocks trapped underneath the paint around the door, paint chipping on the bumper, and some of the plastics barely hanging on. Then, a few months later, pieces of rubber started to come out from the spot where the windshield meets the dashboard. I took it back, and they fixed it by cutting the rubber pieces that were exposed even though I requested they remove the windshield completely and put it back on correctly. Months later, and there is more rubber coming out from the windshield. I also had to buy and install clips on my own because the fender either had missing or broken clips. Customer Service: They provide the worst customer service imaginable. It got to a point where on a Saturday, I called and asked to speak to a consultant who was supposed to call me the day before and never did. The lady said he was there and to give her a moment to go get him. After waiting for 30 minutes without the lady checking back with me, I decided to drive to the body shop while still on the phone. Upon arriving, the lady at the front desk who still had me on hold (phone kept beeping) stated the consultant left for the day. This prompted me to request a manager. After waiting another 30 minutes, she got me someone who wasn't a manager but was at least helpful. This is when I told her and the other person I was the one on hold and the reason her phone kept beeping which I'm sure she knew. In the end, he made a commitment to own my issue and see it through to the end. I finally got my wife's car back about 2 weeks later. Broken Promises: The Shop Owner, Robert, promised he would refund my deductible because of what I had been through and it was a complete lie. He stated he would mail a check and never did. read more

The only positive was that I was kept up to date in terms of when they were receiving parts and what the status of the repair was. TERRIBLE PLACE- BEWARE! Geico, my insurance company sent me there to complete an estimate on my car.. I decided to repair my car there, since i assumed if Geico works with them, they should be good. First they misplaced their OWN estimate and I had to get them a copy. Second, they are so disorganized...they cant locate your car by name, phone number or description. I had to give them my Vin # from my title work. They do not call you for statuses. I dropped off my car 3 weeks ago...and today i call for a status and they stated they declared my car a total loss 2 days after i dropped it off. My car sat in their shop for 3 weeks collecting dust during the holidays and they NEVER called me to give me status. Manager was also very unexperienced to handle the situation and take responsibility for his shop's lack of follow up with the customer. They do bait and switch on their estimates...beware. I honestly wish I could give them a "Minus" star. I was referred by my insurance company to Probody Collision Center, located in 8125 NW 56th Street, Doral FL 33178, to perform a minor repair on my Jeep Wrangler (to replace the soft top and steering wheel). I should have known what was coming when I tried to schedule a drop-off appointment with this place and after unsuccessfully calling many times I had to ask my husband to go to their location in person (such a mission just to schedule the appointment!). However, I figured that since they were referred by Geico, a company I truly trusted, their service will be satisfactory. Well, I was completely wrong! My husband took the car to ProBody on Monday November 20th, 2017, as scheduled. He was told it will take between two to three days, therefore we decided not to rent a car. I called the shop on Wednesday before Thanksgiving to obtain an update, but of course no one answered the phone. I called again on Monday November 27, no one answered. My husband called on Tuesday and Wednesday and again, no one answered the phone. He decided to go in person on Thursday November 30, 10 days after the car was dropped off at their location and without receiving any type of communication from them! He had to wait more than 35 minutes for someone to attend him and provide him with the status of the repair. When he requested to speak with the Manager, the lady in the reception area lied to him and sent someone else, not the Manager, to talk to him. After all this ordeal, the car is still there because supposedly they weren't able to find the steering wheel. Based on all this I have the following questions: 1. Why do they tell me to take the car if they don't have all the parts they need to perform the repair? 2. Why no one had the courtesy to call us to notify us there was a delay and more importantly the reason of the delay? 3. Why tell us it will take no more than 3 days when in reality they weren't even sure of the actual time it was going to take? If we had rented a car, would they assume the extra expense of renting a car for two weeks?!!! I also want to make clear that at this point I don't even trust the quality of the repairs they are doing. read more

Worse body shop ever, Geico express repairs - hah! What a joke, estimate was for 5 days, received 1 call to tell me that it will be an extra 2 days for part to arrive. I stayed understanding for 10 business days but then they tell you everytime you call it'll be another day or two, then give you the run around that someone will call you back. No one does, after calling 3 or 4 times a day someone finally tells you that it'll be another day...which is another LIE....lie after lie...21 business days later, still no car. The customer rep "Andre" basically tells you it's not his problem and that it'll be ready when it's ready and they'll call you so don't call back. I ended up contacted geico and they couldn't even get a supervisor to get an answer or a active number for a supervisor. Can't believe this shop is even used by GEICO. Finally after escalating it with GEICO headquarters and BBB, they call and tell me it will be ready. Ridiculous customer service and estimates are incorrect time and they never give you an update. Was told by customer service agent Juan, that the estimate may have been wrong time frame - when asked why an adjusted estimate time frame wasn't given to me after all the phone calls I've made and he had no answer. read more

I should have read the reviews first before I got trapped!!! All the reviews are on the money, all of which in some form have happened. They scratched my roof, they did not fix a parking sensor, they left over spray all over the back of the car. Work was not completed on time, when I got to the place to originally pick it up, I waited 45 minutes to get my car and it was filthy. Went back and still dealing with this!!!! Do your homework, this is not the place for you. Still dealing with their incompetence!!! The BSM (blind spot monitoring) Has been fixed/replaced 4 times!!! They do not follow up with completed work. If I could give this body shop zero stars, I would. They have had to repair their paint job several times. They do not meet the promised completion dates. This last time, 12/9/2016, I took my car in to repair the clear coat on the back rear door that they have fixed in the past, there seemed to be different staff. I was told they did not fix the door and they would not repair the paint. I went to the Geico office on site. Apparently, they were not aware I was sitting inside and a Geico representative walked in stating "they want me to look at a car who want something done and they didn't fix it". I informed her she was talking about me, all Geico staff looked shocked. Unprofessional. I called the owner Robert, he claimed he would look into it and get back with me - it might take a few. Geico sent me to this bodyshop in January 2014 after a crash - somebody bumped into the corner left side of my Mercedes C300 and both bumper and hood needed to be fixed and repainted. I also asked them to repaint the trunk as the paint was peeling in one spot. They initially told me 3 days, which later became over a week. Trunk: the paint job was done so poorly that I had to go back after just two months and have it redone. After a year, it needs to be stripped down and re-primed and painted. Front bumper: the clear coat came off, almost completely, needs to be redone completely Hood: paint was applied poorly, looks like it was painted over too many times. Mercedes Benz told me that to fix the issue, the car needs to be completely stripped down and repainted, estimate came in yesterday at $8,600. A bodyshop in Doral gave a an estimate for $7,000. Needless to say I won't go to Probody ever again. Too bad bc the old location did a good job on my older Dodge Durango, perfect paint and done in less than two days. Something must have changed with the ownership or type of workers they hire - but I certainly won't go back and won't recommend it to ANYBODY. read more

Took the car to them three weeks ago. Told me it would be two weeks tops. Called them last week had to order more parts. Called again received parts. In for final inspection. Never ever go to this place. It took them 3 months to repair my car. I had front bumper and hood damage and that is all. These idiots ordered the wrong parts and On top of them taking 3 months to fix the bumper and hood, they refused to pay for my rental after my insurance stopped at the 30 day mark. I REPEAT NEVER GO HERE. Horrible service, they never answer the phones. It takes at least 2 hrs to get things done. The owner is terrible. The accounting department is terrible. Do not bring your car to this place. My car was taken here over a month ago after I was in an accident and, according to my Geico adjuster, it is still sitting in the same spot as it was when it was first brought over. Every time we call asking for updates, they say they are "waiting for parts". Then, when any progress seems like a possibility, they claim that another part of the car needs to be changed and they need to order it now. Mind you, an inspection was done when the car was first brought there. Isn't the point of an inspection to see all damages and note all parts that will need to be replaced?! I do not understand why new parts have to be ordered if this should have been figured out a month ago! Even if your insurance suggests this place, try to find somewhere else that can work with your insurance. You will be disappointed. read more

This is a review of the treatment from this company and GEICO. I am posting this information about the bad treatment I have had with your company after 43 years being a policyholder. You sent me to a Probody collision in Doral for an "Express Service" in an accident that right from the beginning I SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN AT FAULT" since in was in the back bumper. To make matters worse after having a week my car in this disgusting place and returning my car that would not start (they had changed my good battery for a bad battery since their secretary/receptionist decided it was a total loss). On top of that the adjuster was repeating what she was saying like a parrot with no knowledge of the car. The car only has 31,000 miles. Yes, the car is old but it is IN VERY GOOD CONDITION. They gave me my car dirty and all kinds of writing on it and with the stolen battery. How did I know? My Honda dealer could not find the battery I.D. because the carefully took the sticker from my good battery and put in there to make it look it was the real thing. My car would not start at Probody collision because they had it in a lot and they already thought the car was going to junked so they stole my good battery. Everything was very fresh from the adjuster as to the way it was handled. What is amazing that my A/C Geico website only had reviews from 2009!!!! How terrible not to have anything up to date! I have been VIOLATED by Geico and this Probody collision place. I took my car in good faith and this is the garbage I get after 43 years. Think of it multiply $1000 every six months for 43 years. They have been paid over and over with it. They have soooo many chiefs an only one indian working. I had to keep calling to get answers because nobody answered the phone. Well, it was unacceptable what the Probody collison secretary called Hellen and the adjuster said in coohoot with each other. I had to fight to fix my car. I finally fixed my car in another place of my choosing. This is no help. After somebody has an accident the insurance company is there to help not to put you down. It seems they hired hoodlooms and thiefs to fix your car and a stupid secretary to be in coohoot with the insurance company just as much as the no return phone call adjuster. I went to this place because it was the only one with the earliest appointment time that fit my schedule with Geico. That probably should of been my first clue of trouble. I had a fender bender, nothing too bad but there was damage to the impact bar that could cause problems later on. First off the guy who inspected my car was very rude. My brother came with me because he use to work in body shops. He was dismissive of both of us and accusatory in the way he asked about the damage of the car prior to the accident. Like I was trying to screw them over despite my car being very well taken care of despite the fender bender. I had asked for pictures of the car once they had taken the front bumper just in case they declared it a total loss so I could get an estimate from another body shop. They promised the pictures for the end of the day and call. Did I get a call, a picture or even acknowledgement? Nope. I got a call three days later apologizing. One of their guys went home early without notice and they forgot. Wow. Then I was given an estimated time of Wednesday to pick up my car. I called multiple times to confirm that because my job and college are very stingy about giving out temp parking passes. Wednesday came and I called and they said it was still being reviewed for quality control and I'd probably get a call before 3 to pick it up before I had to go into work. I got the call at 4:58. Almost 2 hours after the supposed time and 2 minutes before they closed but they "made their estimated date"... When I called, the girls at the front desk were clueless every time. When I went to pick up my car I had to wait an hour despite calling ahead and letting them know I was on the way. Till the front desk realized they forgot to put in the call for the car. Seriously? The only person there that seemed to know what they were doing was Enrique. He called me every other day to let me know what was the status of my car and to answer any questions I had. When it was time to (finally) get my keys back he walked me through the repairs on my car and made sure I didn't have anymore questions. The repairs were well done as far as I could see. There were little changes here and there but I was desperate to leave instead of pointing them out. He was polite and very personable. The only bright spot in this experience. If you must, try to deal with Enrique solely because the rest of them are obviously confused. And don't trust the front desk's word. It seems like they'll say anything to get you off the phone. I've learned my lesson and will go to more reputable body shops and deal with the wait. read more

I never write reviews, but this place is so terrible I felt obligated to write this review. Like others, Geico referred me to this bodyshop to fix a cracked driver side rearview mirror. When I brought the car in for an initial inspection I was told it would take three days to fix. It took them 12 days to fix a broken mirror, and this is with me calling them just about everyday for an update. Furthermore, every time I called and asked why my car was not ready I was given a ridiculous excuse (i.e. the car was "in paint" for 7 days, the parts supplier sent the wrong mirror, the guy who performs final inspections didn't show up to work, etc.). To summarize, this place is a complete mess, if you value customer service and professionalism then I highly recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere. read more

If I could give these people a zero review I would! First of all, my insurance company is who sent me here. I simply took my car in for some minor scratches obtained in a car accident. Don't know where to begin! After about a month (mind you I said MINOR scratches) I was called to go pick up my car and when I get there, my black car is over sprayed with white paint! When I complained they told me it would wash off - as if I was an idiot! So I let my car, got called for pick up about a week later and they had only washed my car. So I left again, about another 3 weeks later, my car had been buffed and had been left with awful swirl marks, and they overbuffed the hood of my car to the point that the paint cracked!!! And so I leave again! Another 2 weeks pass by, I get a call to go pick up my car and when I get there my keys had been misplaced - and so they have the nerve to ask me if I have spares! Wtf! This place obviously doesn't know how to run a business! And even worse, they absolutely do not know what they are doing! My car is worse than when I left it! I'm usually not one to write reviews... But I'm so upset with this place I created an account on yelp and downloaded the app just so I can tell you how horrible my experience has been. Geico referred me. They had my car for almost three weeks (longer than the two weeks I was told).... They kept telling me they were having electronically issues with the censors and the front left light. Behold... I pick up my car and the censors still don't work as well as the front light. I was then told to bring it back when they ordered the missing transformer for the front light ... A week later here I am... Front light still broken as well as the censors. Meaning a month and my car still isn't functioning properly. To top it off, they used my car so much for their OWN PERSONAL USE that when I went to pick it up my tank was so empty I wasn't even sure I was going to make it to the gas station... They also ran up the miles on my lease and my apple phone charger has gone missing. They were also to wash my car before it was returned.... It was poorly washed and disgusting. I'm so tired of these people. Run... Not sure how geico still works with them. Runnnn I tell you RUN!! read more

i'm not one to write reviews but this cant be helped... GEICO referred me to this horrible body shop to get repairs done on my car after a really bad car accident. My car was supposed to get repaired at most 3 weeks according to their notification system that they have. When I received the notification that my car was ready I called to confirm and they informed me not to pay attention to the notification system because it was a work in progress. Then they informed me it would take another 2 weeks. I never received a call notifying me that my car was ready. I had to call myself to find out my car was ready. The job seemed flawless at first. When I went inside the car there were these white things all over the car. They never cleaned the inside. To make matters worst they "misplaced" a sweater that I had left in the back seat. and that's not even half of the bs. There were some girls random earing in my cup holder AND business cards to a STRIP CLUB!!! which lead me to believe that my car had been ready for a while and this supposedly legit company and its associates were joy riding around in MY CAR while I was waiting for a call to let me know it was ready. But again this isn't the final bs with the job they did. I started to notice a slight leak from my windows when I took my car to another shop to check it out they examined the entire side where PRO BODY COLLISION did such a outstanding job and guess what they found? more bs. They cut corners when repairing my vehicle and and my entire panel had to replaced again. and guess what I called and they aren't owning up to their mistakes. never recommend anyone to this place. GEICO needs to stop referring people here because their business is crap and their customer service is crap read more

I started a claim with Geico on 12/20/15 and was not able to get an appt to fix my car until 12/29. I made an appt with Probody Collision and did not read reviews before taking my car in. I was told 3-6 days and it took 15 days just to get my car back. They are horrible at following up with the customers, and take too long for something very minor. I had to show up on the 15th day and demand to wait until my car was done. The rep went outside and said my car was already painted and buffed and was not sure why the paperwork hadn't been processed. I wonder how long it had been ready for? The paint job looked great and everything in my car was still there with nothing missing. My only complaint for Probody is the front counter girls lack customer service skills when following up with customers and they take very long, way past the estimated time. Definitely need to read reviews before ever thinking of taking your car to this place. read more
