Had my truck fixed here twice and both times repairs took close to 2 months for a minor body repair. Both times the vehicle was returned to me with the adaptive cruise control front sensor inoperative. Thd first time I gave them a bye since in 2013 adaptive cruise was an innovative technology. Both times they did good body work on my vehicle, but they failed to take responsibility for their sub-contractor. The second time I had a discussion with them to make sure that we did not have a repeat of the 2013 fiasco, especially since we knew going in that the adaptive cruise front sensor was damaged. I recieved assurances that it wouldnt happen again. When I picked up my vehicle, the sensor was inop. It spent another 36 days at the dodge dealership which was the subcontractor. They were the same subcontractor as in 2013 that Paint N Motioned bad mouthed then. PnMotion even mentioned to me while bad mouthing dodge that they had the same problem with other customers vehicles. We all can have problems with subcontractors, but its not like there is only one dodge dealership in the SFL metro area. Again PnMotion bad mouthed the sub contractor instead of taking ownership of the situation. The body shop refused to cover the remaining two weeks of the car rental after my insurance company would only pay for 45 days. The dealership blamed the body shop for bad work, but neither one should have been telling me how bad each other are, they should have taken care of the problem. Bottom line is if you have a repair that may involve a third party contractor, avoid this body shop. read more

After USAA Insurance recommended this place for my repairs, I took them my car. I was visiting people in Key Largo at the time and got into a fender bender that required replacement of a lot of my front right panels. I got It to them Thursday before labor day weekend 2015, they were hopeful that they could get it done within a couple weeks depending on parts. On the following Tuesday I called them to see what the status was, and told them that I was wanting to know if I could get my car back before Hurricane Irma was due in four days on the following Friday. in the end, they were able to get the parts painted that Tuesday (they had arrived on Friday), assembled for me on Wednesday, and I picked up the car Wednesday afternoon and drove out of Florida. you can't tell that the car was in a crash. so if you cant tell from this review so far I would wholeheartedly recommend this body shop, I couldn't have asked for better customer care or quality of service. read more

Ronny and his staff always take such good care of me and my family. Have come here when in need of repair and a paint job, and they do a phenomel job and everything is professionally done. I have USAA insurance who referred me to this Paint N motion body shop to replace a driver's side panel and trim over wheel well on my 2015 Mazda CX9, they replaced panel and trim and did the pinstripe on new panel that was great now here is where the problem started , we get a call that we can pick up car almost at the time of closing and they Can only take cash for my $500 deductible because they are having problems with Comcast service and Credit card service so I rush to bring cash , I go into garage area and its almost no light in garage because they were supposedly closing and had one garage door open at one end of shop for lighting , I walked up to my car and noticed my perfect expensive headlights damaged , scratched all up and had some type of buffing compound on them , I confronted them about this and they flat out lied that the sun did this to my headlights , this was not delamination or a discolor it was scratches like sandpaper went all over my headlights. I told them I refused to take my car in this condition and was going to speak with USAA insurance first , they denied any wrongdoing , They forgot they had taken pictures first visit for estimate and sent to USAA , also we had taken pictures of our car in the shop rear yard where they basically removed the front end and removed one headlight and the other was still on car so we took a picture and there was not any scratches on the headlight , USAA investigated our claim and agreed that headlights were not scratched up when we brought car in, they continued to try and convince us that not to believe or eyes or the pictures , I told them you fixed one problem that I paid you for and you damaged something else and all I want you to do is accept responsibility and they just wouldn't , I can not ever trust or recommend this body shop to any one , Thankfully USAA is great they sent me to a awesome repair shop to install brand new headlights . Took my car there for a repair. They did a fantastic job! You can't even tell the car had been in an accident. There was no overspray on any of the parts. That tells me these guys take their time and took the part off to paint it. Lots of these crappy shops just paint the part on the car to save labor and that's how you get overspray on other areas of the car. They even washed the car before I picked it up. My insurance company, State Farm, lists this repair shop as one of their recommended places to get your car fixed so, despite reading the previous write-up, I decided to try them. I couldn't have been happier. One must remember that it is a auto repair shop and not a Florida tourist attraction. The customer service that I was provided was upfront, truthful, and quick. What more can one ask for? The estimate was done quickly. They called me when the parts had arrived and the car was back to me in 48 hours. The workmanship is outstanding and I can only say that I will return to this company whenever I need auto body repair done to my vehicle.
