Had my truck fixed here twice and both times repairs took close to 2 months for a minor body…read morerepair. Both times the vehicle was returned to me with the adaptive cruise control front sensor inoperative. Thd first time I gave them a bye since in 2013 adaptive cruise was an innovative technology. Both times they did good body work on my vehicle, but they failed to take responsibility for their sub-contractor. The second time I had a discussion with them to make sure that we did not have a repeat of the 2013 fiasco, especially since we knew going in that the adaptive cruise front sensor was damaged. I recieved assurances that it wouldnt happen again. When I picked up my vehicle, the sensor was inop. It spent another 36 days at the dodge dealership which was the subcontractor. They were the same subcontractor as in 2013 that Paint N Motioned bad mouthed then. PnMotion even mentioned to me while bad mouthing dodge that they had the same problem with other customers vehicles. We all can have problems with subcontractors, but its not like there is only one dodge dealership in the SFL metro area. Again PnMotion bad mouthed the sub contractor instead of taking ownership of the situation. The body shop refused to cover the remaining two weeks of the car rental after my insurance company would only pay for 45 days. The dealership blamed the body shop for bad work, but neither one should have been telling me how bad each other are, they should have taken care of the problem. Bottom line is if you have a repair that may involve a third party contractor, avoid this body shop.

I got It to them Thursday before labor day weekend 2015, they were hopeful that they could get it done within a couple weeks depending on parts. On the following Tuesday I called them to see what the status was, and told them that I was wanting to know if I could get my car back before Hurricane Irma was due in four days on the following Friday. in the end, they were able to get the parts painted that Tuesday (they had arrived on Friday), assembled for me on Wednesday, and I picked up the car Wednesday afternoon and drove out of Florida. you can't tell that the car was in a crash. so if you cant tell from this review so far I would wholeheartedly recommend this body shop, I couldn't have asked for better customer care or quality of service.

10/2020 I dropped off our commercial van at the shop per my insurance for repairs to the outside…read morebody from an accident. During repairs, the shop placed a LARGE black sticker on our flooring without a cause. I asked them to please remove the sticker & clean the area under it. Instead of removing the sticker, the shop decided to SPRAY PAINT the ENTIRE floor of the vehicle, all of my equipment, walls, and curtains. When I picked it up, they were airing out the FUMES from the spray paint they applied WITHOUT our consent. The owner, Leo, told told me the truth: the shop DAMAGED my floor, lied & covered it up with a sticker, & since it was still damaged when they removed the sticker, they took it upon themselves to SPRAY PAINT the entire waterproof flooring (again w/o consent). 01/21, I request all communication in writing. Shop was told our attorney would be building a case. Owner Leo called me, said his mom just died of Covid & bc of this I should give him a chance to "do right" by us. He promised he would get his best men on the job to work over a weekend to ensure we would not miss any days of work (biz is sole income for my household). Leo the owner has now mislead/gaslighted me, called me unreasonable & is saying he will only fix the damages he caused to my vehicle over a 1 week timeline only in the days I have to work. He lied about everything to get me to stop legal pursuit.

I have used their services a couple of times to repair the body of my car. The first job, painting…read moreof the body of the whole car (Chrysler Pacifica in color white), was about 2 years ago, did not look very good, as the paint bled into the black handles. It was a bit sloppy. Recently, I decided to give it another try, this was an easier job, I brought my red Suburban, to repair the rear bumper. And that job came out nice. Although they had to do the job a 2nd time to correct it, as the owner himself called to inform me. I was happy with it, and thought it was responsible of the owner to do that. Then I came back for my husband's pickup truck, to paint his rear fender and I was informed I would be called to bring it in. I also took my dad's pickup truck, and was told the same thing. They had been responsible with my Suburban, and so I was willing to trust them with other vehicles. For almost three weeks we didn't hear from the shop to bring either truck in for the jobs. My dad went in person to ask about when we could take in the truck. That's when we found out the owner had gone on vacation, the uncle then re-quoted my dad a price that was $200 more than what was originally quoted for less of a work than what was originally described. The owner returned a week later, and called me to apologize and explain it was a misunderstanding. That the uncle, Pepe, didn't know how to read the quoted job as it had been written, and that the original quote and job description remained as originally stated (this phone call was on a Monday). In that same phone call, he told me, they were doing us a favor, because they don't do jobs like that at the body shop. That comment rubbed me off the wrong way, because if they don't do those jobs, then he should have said so the day we went in for a quote on the job. It's a body shop, and we were having a paint job done. So I didn't understand why he made the comment, although I didn't question that comment, I left it alone and we hung up the call. We then called them on Friday of that same week (my dad and I), to schedule his truck to come in the following week, and during the conversation, the owner then repeats to me and my dad that they were "doing us a favor." Of which my dad said calmly, "my friend, how can you tell that it is a favor when I am paying you $3200 for a job you quoted me three weeks ago for, and told me you could do?" The owner immediately became violently angry over the phone, yelling, and calling my elderly father names, and to no longer bring the truck in for the job, that he could go somewhere else with his truck. He hung up the phone on us and blocked my number. I had tried calling back to appease the situation because I figured anyone can have a bad day, and he might be having a bad day. They had blocked my number. My dad had waited patiently for 3 weeks to bring his truck, which had a busted headlight. Which means my dad couldn't use the truck freely for those weeks. And the owner reacted that way because it was clarified to him that he wasn't "doing a favor for my dad." That this was a $3200 paid job. What business owner tells a paying customer, "this is a favor we are doing for you?" They are rude. They are mistreating their customers. They have proven to being irresponsible, expensive in their work, and they are sloppy in their paint job. We found a place that is $700 cheaper and did a great job for my dad. Customers beware!!!
