This place sucks ass, the experience was extremely disappointing and far below what any customer should reasonably expect. From the lack of organization to the poor communication and apparent carelessness during the visit, the entire operation felt chaotic and unprofessional. As I am writing this comment, I've been sitting here for 40 minutes. I arrived expecting a routine service and instead left frustrated by delays, confusion of the staff who is the guy walking around like he own the place. He's not even doing anything about this delays and the apparent inability of staff to manage even basic tasks efficiently. At this point, it honestly feels like a group of chimpanzees can run this place better. While I understand mistakes can happen, the overall level of incompetence and disregard for customer service was unacceptable. I don't think I'm coming back to this place ever again.

The guys were not pushy, offered me some extra services that i would normally do if it wasn't for the service plan i already have on the car through dealership. They were absolutely phenomenal and took me right in when the climate control blower motor on my father's old Volvo had met its demise. A/C in any part of Florida is a necessity, not a luxury. Especially in Miami during September and October. They kept me up-to-date via text every step of the way, which was so refreshing and completely surprising. Whereas in the past, I have had car repair shops do whatever they pleased and charged whatever they want. Nothing was done until I gave permission, which deserves absolute recognition. When it came to pricing, I was pleasantly surprised given the fact that Volvo, even as old as ours is, still falls under the category of "European luxury" normally with very high repair costs. The actual cost of everything fell below the national average for the job. They made an almost 80 year-old Vietnam veteran very happy and he was very pleased with the work they did on his Volvo XC90. If I end up, settling in the Cutler Bay, Kendall, or even Doral area(s), they most definitely will be my go-to mechanic for my vehicles.

When I got there they asked me what I wanted and instantly got to work. Think the entire process took about a half hour, so I left to eat but they let me know if it was going to take longer or that it was ready! They offered snacks and drinks while waiting. The receptionist was also very sweet and even though there was a little communication trouble we were able to talk. Would definitely come back here again and recommend !!

No apology and they talked like they were doing me a favor by offering me $100 credit to use at the store. Obviously they don't get it. Overcharge me by $200 and they think that a rude offer to use them again will solve the situation. They need to step up and take responsibility for providing me with an inaccurate quote. When the Tire Kingdom workers let me know that this happens frequently, it makes me wonder if it is intentional.
