What I appreciated is that my contact (José) always answered the phone and gave me a detailed update every time I called. He went out of his way to source the back ordered part from a dealer in Sawgrass and chase the other dealers for the right parts. A lot of places in Miami would just ignore you if things were delayed, and I'm sure it would have taken twice as long without him pushing things along.

I originally chose them because it had been recommended by a dear friend and frankly the place was spacious and clean. I was NOT banking on the price being doubled after they advised me they couldn't repair my door and needed to replace it. Chino's Ink on Bird Rd not only fixed the door and the other minor scratches but at a slightly better price. I wish I could comment as to their work but after keeping my car the entire day, their doubling the written estimate caused me to have to go pick it up and go elsewhere.

For starters I found this place on Yelp. I was looking for a place that worked with high end cars and had good reviews. Well I realize now how he gets his reviews, he asks for them. While his customers are still in the honey moon phase when they just get their car back. Little do they know that all these guys do is put lip stick on a pig. It's been over a year now since my "repairs" have been done and my car is literally falling apart. The fender flares he painted are chipping the rims he customized also. The grill accents are coming off.. I literally brought this guy a list of things that needed to be touched up and after he got paid he just let my car sit there. I came back and confronted and told him he did absolutely nothing and he brushed me off. He ordered the wrong emblem for my truck (twice) and instead of ordering the correct one he had one of his fresh off the boat, probably not certified employees, hack at my car and slap some 3m tape on it and literally MADE it fit. He said he ordered replacement parts, like a new fender that I needed fixed but all he did was repair the old one so he can bleed both the insurance company and my wallet. He did this for the front grille and apparently some of the front bumper covers because I just came home and saw a piece sitting on the floor.. The back of the piece had the silicone they used to stick it on instead of ordering the new one. Take my word for it. These guys are seemingly professional but in reality a bunch of crooks. Specially the boss Damian.

I went outside several times and watched the mechanic chatting on the phone and then a buddy came by and they chatted while no work was getting done. I didn't complain, waited patiently. OMG, they don't shut up bro. Please just do your job so I can get out of here!!! It's painful!!! Additionally, I was strong-armed to get their estimate of $1200 work done (I was sent here by my regular mechanic to get the alignment). It was the kind of technique commonly used by mechanics where they keep pushing the work while your car is on the lift. I'm too old for this kind of crap, I was a mechanic in the military 40 years ago and just don't want to do the work myself anymore. You've been warned, come here and you'll see that I was telling the truth. Finding a decent alignment shop is a crap shoot, you'll crap out here.

Never used them but they must be very unintelligent. Everything Imports they call themselves? Well,…read moreI live in a community in Kendall and advertisement postcards for Everything Imports were placed on doors and under windshield wipers of just about every vehicle in the community. Well, I have an import, a Lexus, and if they knew anything about that import, they would know that if you extend the wiper out to place a postcard under it, the wiper arm strikes the hood and scratches it. So if the owner of Everything Imports happens to read this review, please find a better way to advertise your business. Kind of pathetic to splatter your ridiculous postcards that eventually become litter. Also, don't touch people's vehicles while doing so. That is a liberty you should not take. You damaged my vehicle and that is called vandalism which is a misdemeanor.
