When I said something about the other mechanic, he wrote a pretty rude text message saying that the job required that the "whole nose" of my van be removed (which after MANY youtube videos- no one did that) to call the other guy. And then mechanics wonder why people have no trust in them. I read other's reviews on here mentioning his arrogance & that definitely came through. Just because you've "been in business 20 years" doesn't exactly make you a good business man. You can have awful customer service and still be in business ESPECIALLY if you tell someone they need work that they don't actually need or work is required that actually isn't.
