Alex is my Hero. My car completely died on the road and had to get it towed to my house. I found a mechanic PRIOR to finding Alex Auto Tech. This first had my car for an entire month and appeared aggravated when I would call and ask about my car. Finally after a month he referred my to Alex because he was a Specialist and couldn't figure it out the issue after changing several parts, luckily he only charged me $700 for parts but not labor, he appeared to be guessing. When my car was towed to Alex he immediately called me. It took Alex about a week to figure it out and my car run like New, a 2013 BMW 328i. I wanted to ask for an appointment for repairs and the employee who answered the phone said, " what do you want?" In the rudest form ever! I try to ask him for an appointment and he continues to talk in a condescending tone! When I point out that he's not being professional and I'm going with another repair shop he calls me a Mother F'er! I've never been treated like that by a repair shop and would rather have my wife's vehicle worked on by ANY other shop. A friend referred Alex in 2005 for maintenance of BMW 528i, and have not stopped bringing my BMW's to him ever since. I now own a 335i convertible, my extended warranty has recently expired, and Alex will be the only mechanic who will touch my driving machine. I have been to his shop twice in the past month because of unusual noises,and he assured me that nothing was wrong after doing a diagnostic check. Many other women would probably have been taken advantage of and told that they had a million and one problems. I drive an hour from Ft Lauderdale to Miami just to have Alex work on my BMW, so you should know that he is a great mechanic and it's worth every mile of the drive to take care of my prized possession.
