Mark M.

Went in here today to learn about the RDX as we narrowed it down to one of three vehicles we may buy next week. I called them first and Zach said he would meet me at 1:45pm. I get there on time, and no Zach, and it looked like all the sales people were in a meeting. I had to wait there 15 minutes before some other salesperson, Daniel, greeted me, not telling me what happened to Zach, and no apology. Daniel was good at showing me the differences of the vehicles and providing a test drive. However, when it came to obtaining a couple of prices from him, he pushed back. Daniel told me, "when you have made your mind up, then you come here and we will talk price". I told him I required the price so I can make an educated decision against the two other types of vehicles. He reluctantly took my Audi for a test drive and then came back and told me he submitted a "CarMax" price quote and quickly gave me a rough idea of a monthly payment. Apparently their sales manager, who didn't even come out and introduce himself, did not want to crunch any detailed numbers until "they" figured I was serious. That was just shocking. It was clear that the sales culture here needs some work. The sales team needs to communicate better, especially when a customer is coming in. They should also treat the customer with more respect when he/she is asking for what the detailed costs will be. I really didn't feel like they wanted to help me anymore because I wasn't willing to buy today. What they failed to understand is that if they gave me the pricing, then I would have that to better make a decision, and perhaps choose them. Why was it such a big deal for them to present some numbers together on two different RDX packages? So, in saying all of that, do I now want to go back to them after that poor closing sales experience?--heck no!

You are not serious about resolving this, if you were you would get my info from your staff and reach out to me , this is the same generic message you post to everyone that writes a bad review on your dealership. You can reach me by email : munaf8289@gmail.com I'd love to know how you'd be willing to resolve this after your staff posts a car online at MSRP and after 6 hours of wasting my time your manager decides to raise the price 10k, this is predatory and dishonest. I'm still going to buy the car and when I do I'll be documenting my buying experience on my YouTube channel with your dealership included in my review. Thank you UPDATE: 10-5-23 These guys are posting these cars online at MSRP and then bait and switch with a 10k mark up after spending hours in the dealership. Pics linked

I've purchased 2 vehicles from CarMax and recently traded in or sold them my 3rd. I appreciate the fact that the first offer they give is generally their best, and there is usually no room or chance for haggling or negotiating and all the BS that comes with that. Most importantly, I've never walked away feeling that I wasn't treated fairly or didn't get at least an above average deal. During our most recent experience we were buying a new car from another dealership, but their trade-in offer on our existing vehicle was very low. When we checked Kelly Blue Book/Edmunds to see what the trade-in was worth, we received an immediate offer from CarMax that was above what KBB indicated we should expect to receive at a dealership, and it was valid for several days. When we came here to do the trade-in, the process was relatively painless, though not necessarily quick. When we arrived here at around 11 a.m. on a Friday, we were about the 8th or 9th car in line to get an appraisal to either trade or sell our car. It took some time to get through that line, then the actual process of the staff examining the vehicle, taking photos and test driving it took another 15 minutes and then once done, it took about 20 minutes before the trade offer was ready for us to view inside the dealership. The offer CarMax made was in-line with the one they'd offered us via Kelly Blue Book/Edmunds a few days earlier, and in my opinion was very fair. We then had to go to the business office to accept the offer, present ID and turn over the signed title, then pull our car into the service bay and turn in the keys. They told us the paperwork would take about 40 minutes to process and that was spot on. She called us over to sign a few things via Docusign and 5 minutes later she called us back to the window where she gave us copies of all the paperwork from this transaction along with our old license plate, a check for the trade-in and we were on our way about 2 hours and change after we'd first arrived. Simple, easy and painless with a fair price for our old vehicle.

However, cars cannot last forever and when it was time to retire my beloved Rouge, my first stop was Carmax to see the value so I could use that towards a new car. On Friday, I put in all the information about my vehicle into the Carmax website and got an offer that was valid for 7 days. Carmax gave me more than Carvana and so I took that online offer to the dealership on Saturday. The dealer offered me much less than the Carmax offer - so I walked out of that deal, and went back to Carmax to see the official appraisal. I made an appointment online, arrived on time on a Sunday afternoon (the last day of the month) - and was out with my appraisal which matched the online quote in real life in 40 minutes. I found this to be quick and painless, and a great experience. I did not get a car from Carmax, but I feel like they gave me a great and fair offer on my car which helped me leverage a great deal at a dealership for a new lease.

When we arrived, Simon was ready to show us the car. We took a quick test drive and then returned to the dealership to engage in the usual song and dance. Simon returned from the manager's office with the typical BS stuff tacked on, and we had other cars to look at, so we departed. After looking at all of our options, we thought the CRV here was the best. I texted with Simon the following day and asked for the add ons to be removed and negotiated the dealer fee down a little. Much to my surprise, we were able to quickly agree and come to a deal. The only catch was that I needed to finance the car to get the advertised low price, but they said I could pay it off before the first payment. Juan, the finance manager, was great - no BS, no games. I ran all of the documents through Claude AI and confirmed that there were no tricks, no secrets, no "gotchas". We were able to e-sign the documents from home. I ubered to the dealership and arrived at 12:30. I was in the car exiting the lot at 12:54! It seriously could not have been easier. Please be advised that they keep the dealership refrigerated to arctic levels, so if you need to spend anytime there for negotiation or credit approval, bring a sweater! And a coat! Arrived at the time of appointment and greeted with a sales reps that didn't know the meaning of a smile. Then only to find out the car we came to see wasn't available at the dealer and it was at the west palm beach location going through an inspection! Why??? Why confirm appointments and why post the vehicle being available at Doral when it wasn't. False advertisement and bait and switch tactic likely. However, luckily my son was also interested in other vehicles at the location so it kinda worked out. Another issue as well was their key management system as they seem to have a hard time finding keys for the car we where interested in and when found and ready for a test drive, they had trouble finding keys for cars that were blocking us in. Advice to call the dealer directly to confirm availability compared to dealing with the online customer service. And be prepared to wait! Everything else is also true about other reviews with the high dealer fees of $1299 and a mandatory protection plan that's $1699 which along with sales tax and title and tag fees will likely add $4000-$5000 extra for your out the door price. Although it's all extra fluff, it's common with many dealers so continuing your search for a car anywhere else you may encounter similar outrageous fees.

Dear Dealership Management,…read more I am writing to share my disappointment regarding my recent experience purchasing a 2025 Crown from your dealership. I initially called and made an appointment specifically to come in and see the vehicle. Upon entering the dealership, I was immediately approached by a salesperson named Ocean, who had a handful of paperwork and insisted that I sit down and complete forms before even seeing the car. I politely explained that, at that point, I was simply there to see the vehicle and was not yet prepared to discuss purchasing it. After a considerable wait, Ocean eventually returned with the key. Unfortunately, she seemed to know very little about the vehicle. I initially overlooked this, assuming that I could evaluate the car myself. However, when I asked to test-drive it, I was told that I could not because the insurance card I had with me had recently expired. I have maintained insurance with USAA for approximately 50 years and simply did not have my updated card with me. While I understand that dealerships have policies they must follow, the way the situation was handled left me feeling frustrated and unwelcome. Rather than taking the time to show me the vehicle, answer my questions, and allow me to become comfortable with it, the focus seemed to remain almost entirely on paperwork and purchasing the vehicle. I became so frustrated that I ultimately left the dealership. The following day, I decided to give your dealership another opportunity after receiving an email from one of your managers assuring me that I would be dealing directly with management. When I returned, however, Ocean was once again involved in the process despite my dissatisfaction with the previous day's experience. I ultimately purchased the vehicle, but the process lasted from approximately 10:00 a.m. until nearly 6:00 p.m. At 66 years old, I have purchased dozens of vehicles over my lifetime, both new and used, including vehicles directly off showroom floors. This was, without question, the most frustrating and unnecessarily lengthy car-buying experience I have encountered. Unfortunately, my concerns continued after the sale. I had paid for an additional key, and Ocean assured me that it had been ordered. After approximately two weeks and three follow-up phone calls, I discovered that the key apparently had not been ordered when I was originally told it had been. During that time, I received several different explanations, including that Ocean had been away on vacation. The conflicting information made it very difficult for me to have confidence in the communication I was receiving. I do, however, want to make a point of recognizing Eddie Perez in your service department. Eddie was the bright spot in this entire experience. Once he became involved, he was courteous, helpful, professional, and managed to get my key taken care of in one day. His customer service was outstanding, and I believe he deserves recognition for the way he handled the situation. Unfortunately, based on the overall sales experience, I cannot say that I would feel comfortable recommending your dealership to friends or family. I hope management will take this feedback seriously and use it as an opportunity to improve the customer experience, particularly regarding sales practices, communication, product knowledge, and follow-through after a sale. Thank you for taking the time to review my concerns. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss my experience with a member of management.

My experience was beyond frustrating, and the lack of professionalism, transparency, and basic listening skills was absolutely unacceptable. Prior to returning, I was contacted by a call center representative who arranged for me to speak directly with Lisa, the finance manager. I made it explicitly clear that I had no interest in financing a vehicle and did not want to waste my time making another trip unless the dealership could genuinely accommodate my purchasing intentions. During our conversation, Lisa assured me that they could work with me, emphasizing their end-of-month sales goals and suggesting there was an opportunity to make a favorable deal. Based on those assurances, I reluctantly decided to give the dealership another chance. That was a mistake. Upon arriving, I encountered a salesperson who seemingly lacked even the most basic active listening skills. At one point, I genuinely felt as though I had entered the Twilight Zone. We were clearly both speaking English, yet somehow my straightforward expectations and repeated explanations were not being understood or acknowledged. Despite making my intentions crystal clear, I found myself having to escalate the situation to another finance manager. I was then assured that, based on my previous conversation with Lisa, they would offer me a great deal. Unfortunately, those assurances amounted to nothing more than additional wasted time and frustration. What makes this experience particularly disappointing is that I took the necessary steps to avoid this exact situation. I communicated my expectations beforehand, spoke with management, and returned only after being assured that the dealership could accommodate my needs. Yet somehow, the entire experience became precisely what I had tried to prevent. My time is valuable, and I do not appreciate being lured back by assurances that ultimately lead nowhere. Whether this dealership suffers from poor internal communication, ineffective management, or simply a lack of respect for its customers, the result is the same: an absolutely dreadful customer experience. I left thoroughly disappointed and upset, with one certainty: I will never return to this dealership, nor would I recommend it to anyone who values honesty, professionalism, and their time. A dealership should focus on listening to customers and respecting their purchasing decisions, not making promises merely to get them through the door.

I purchased a vehicle from Super Autos Miami. After driving the vehicle for approximately five hours, I discovered that the car had serious transmission problems and other major mechanical issues that were not disclosed to me at the time of sale. I immediately attempted to return the vehicle to the dealership, but Alfredo Blanca refused to take the car back. While dealing with the vehicle problems, we had to stop at a mechanic shop. The mechanic checked the VIN number and informed us that the vehicle had previously been declared a "total loss." After discovering this information, I contacted the bank that financed the vehicle and requested help. Following an investigation, the bank informed me that if the first payment was not made, the financing contract would be cancelled after 14 days, and Super Autos Miami would be required to return the funds to the bank. After this situation, I was informed by Westlake Financial that a person identified as Katiusca Coelho contacted the bank requesting authorization to make a payment related to this vehicle. According to the bank, in order to communicate about my account, this person had access to my personal information, including my Social Security Number, financing account number, and full home address. The payment was allegedly made in cash through MoneyGram on April 28. I do not know Katiusca Coelho, and I never authorized her or anyone else to make payments, access my account, or act on my behalf regarding this vehicle or financing account. I am very concerned about how this person obtained my personal information and who provided both my private information and the money used for this payment. One day before the payment was made, I received a message from the same phone number Alfredo Blanca used to communicate with me during the vehicle purchase process, asking for my Westlake account number. I did not provide this information. This raises concerns and suspicion that the payment may have been made in an attempt to prevent the cancellation of the financing contract. While conducting some research on social media, I came across information that raised concerns. I sent all evidence and documentation to the bank. After reviewing the situation, the bank terminated/cancelled the financing contract with the dealership. I fear that my personal information and documents may be used for other fraudulent purposes. I believe the actions committed against me involve fraud, misuse of personal information, invasion of privacy, and unauthorized use of my Social Security information, which I trusted them with during the vehicle purchase process.
