After a complete nightmare experience at a different Buick/GMC dealership in Brickell, I searched Google Maps and this one came up first, so I went to their website, searched their inventory, found a vehicle I was interested in and called. They confirmed they had it. I arrived at the dealership with no appointment but was assisted immediately by Ron P. - who was extremely helpful and relaxed. He found the vehicle, showed me transparent pricing on his computer (no scribbled napkin notes), offered the available dealer and manufacturers incentives immediately and provided an "out the door" price quickly and competitively. We agreed to the deal on a handshake and I told him I wanted to drive the car off the lot in less than two hours. We then stepped through the closing process very simply and completely electronically. I never had to leave his office, he never told me he had to "check with his manager" on anything. 90 minutes later, I signed all of the paperwork electronically, checked out with the finance manager (which took literally less than 5 minutes) and drove the car home (after it had been detailed and topped off with fuel). Can't recommend this dealership enough (although I acknowledge everyone has different experiences). Especially after the disaster I had that very morning with an alternate dealer. Up Williamson!!! read more

If you're considering a 2026 Cadillac VISTIQ, do thorough research before buying. It's a beautiful vehicle with a great design, interior, and features, but our real-world experience has been disappointing. The vehicle has spent too much time in the dealership for a new luxury SUV. For the price and monthly payments, reliability has been a major issue. The biggest problems are software-related. The infotainment system glitches, the screen has gone black, and Bluetooth often disconnects. Charging has also been unreliable at times, which is a serious issue for an EV. We've also noticed clacking or clicking noises from the brakes and front suspension when turning or braking, which is concerning in a new vehicle. Dealership visits often end with "operating as designed" or promises of future updates, while the vehicle remains out of service. Cadillac needs to address these issues. The VISTIQ has strong potential, but current software and quality problems overshadow it. If you're considering one, wait for improvements or test it carefully. Many early owners report similar issues. A great-looking vehicle isn't enough if it isn't reliable. read more

Service department is a complete disaster. They don't even know what is happening on a daily basis. I called after 2 weeks to get my car and then when I got there they couldn't find it. After 2 hours they said they hadn't started it. I was told the mechanic took my job and left on vacation so he could secure the job when he gets back. The crazy part is it was told to me with a demeanor of acceptance. (Sorry this is what we do, we don't have any other info for you). Mind you, my car has 5k miles and needs a trunk actuator. It's been weeks, still haven't heard anything. read more

In 2007, i bought my Hummer H3 from Williamson Cadillac. At the beginning, everything was great. But as soon as my warranty expired, a lot of things started happening which included poor customer service, lack of caring, car trouble etc, etc... and I even got a "MY BAD" after they forgot to put fluid in my 4x4 front differential. In 2021, against my better judgement, I went back and purchased a 2021 GMC Sierra. Again, as soon as my WARRANTY EXPIRED, I started having issues with my truck. During one of my oil change visit, when I got my truck back after 3 days of driving it my engine light came on. When I went to look under the hood the oil cap was sitting on top of the radiator. I went and confront them about it and their excuse was "WE DON'T KNOW WHAT THE PEOPLE IN THE BACK ARE DOING". And then they tried telling me maybe its the sensor and its going to cost $$$$ me. Mind you under the warranty not one single issue, but now that I have had that truck for 4 years and 7 months with minimal driving (46,000 mileage), my engine light came back on again after one of my service and I'm having trouble with starting my truck. I am back to POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, the tell me they are backed up and that I have to make an appointment and it will take2 weeks before they can look at my car. OVERALL, I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH WILLIAMSON CADILLAC AND AT THIS POINT WILL NEVER AGAIN BUY FROM THEM. THEIR POSITIVE REVIEWS COME FROM PEOPLE LIKE ME THAT WERE UNDER WARRANTY. I THINK THAT THEY ARE TOO CONFORTABLE AND HAVE SO MUCH BUSINEES TO THE POINT OF NOT CARING. read more

What a terrible experience. I drive down from Davie to get a price on a new Escalade iq. After waiting over an hour for a price I told them I had to leave to watch my daughter's tennis match. Julio E Lopez in the service department provided outstanding customer service. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with.

My family has been purchasing cars from this dealer for over 15 years. Because of the relationship, I went ahead and leased my first GMC through them. Fasttrack 39 months later, My leased is up and I decided to go to the dealer to purchase the vehicle. Extremely horrific experience, Worst salesperson you can possibly have. He made me wait almost 4 hours to generate my payoff to give to the finance manager so I can pay and get out. He would see me from far away and turn around in attempt to avoid me. Only because they were not going to make any money of me this time around or bamboozle me into another lease with them. This is the type of sales culture that is infamous in movies of snake car salesman taking advantage of young or old alike. I would avoid this car dealer like the plague. read more

This is the easiest five stars on this app to me. Am I biased? Sure. Why? Consistently great experiences. Any penny shines when polished but this place is a constant like a Greenwich click you can set your time to. I take my vehicles seriously and that's why I chose Williamson. My service advisor is Richard and he has never failed to deliver outstanding customer service. Genuinely cares about you as a person and your vehicle as the means to safely transport that which matters most. My original purchase was with Mr. Luis Carbonell who has done an fantastic job or keeping in touch and making sure that all my needs are taken care of. I've been doing business with Williamson for more than a decade and it's because of the consistently good service rendered and attention to detail. From cradle to grave, the process of purchasing, servicing and when the time is right- subsequent progression to a newer or different model has been a series of seamless transitions with a team of individuals who take Their jobs seriously and treat you like family instead of a number. read more

I had put in a $500 deposit in a Cadillac Lyric and I have been receiving emails from their internet mgr, Ed Miller for a discount since my Lyric has not been ready. I come in and talk to nice young man by the name of George and then after a test drive he introduce me to his one of the new car sales mgr by the name of Lazaro Salas. I mention to this guy about the discount that they had offered me and I show the email. He tells me that he can not honer the discount since this is their best price! When I say that it does not make sense after so many emails and calls! I ask to talk to their general mgr Jeff Rogers or Ed miller regarding this offer that they made.. Guess what! He refuses and asked me to leave the dealership premises! I got kicked out because I asked to talk to mgr ! After so many emails and call that they made and brought me to dealership, then this guy " Lazaro Salas " kicks me out". This is not even funny! Everyone was watching and the sale people were wondering why " Lazaro Salas " is losing his temper like this. I never raised my voice and just asked to talk to someone else! So while I am leaving this review, another mgr calls me and apologizes for this guy behavior and he says yes the discount does exist and this other guy " Lazaro " did not know about it. Williamson Cadillac Buick GMC - Entrance of the Cadillac dealership - Car Dealers Near Me - Miami, Florida

Let's just start with this premise; I hold 6 years of dealership service department experience. It was always hard to satisfy customers when things went wrong weather it was Kia or Ford I was working for, the goal was always the same 'satisfaction'. In those days, I would look at the new/used car sales guys/gals and think they've got it easy. Now to the point the wife and I are expecting a baby this July so we stopped in at Williamson Cadillac as our first stop into looking for an SUV. We were greeted by sales rep Storm promptly upon arrival. We spoke needs vs wants. All the options Storm tailored for us were spot on. Fortunately for us his third choice was spot on. I couldn't believe it. We spoke numbers, it all made perfect sense. This man in 30-45 mins managed to bring me, the self proclaimed insider of the industry, Mr. know-it-all to think "this might be the car and place to buy". Then I saw this look my wife makes rarely. The look of "I hate to be thinking this because I rather go home and think it over but I WANT IT NOW"... it's the same look she gave me about 8 or 9 years ago when she saw THE ring. Her eyes just lit up. Despite knowing deep down inside that Williamson Cadillac was the best option, we still went home to think about it but not before placing a hold on the vehicle. We looked at Volvo, Mercedes, Volkswagen and some BMW, we even dropped in to a Hyundai dealership to look at their options. Of course Hyundai didn't compare and to our surprise neither did the other well regarded brands. We kept annoying all those other sales guys with comments such as "but at Williamson this or that". In the end it felt all had been a waste of time. Morale of the story Williamson is in a league of its own and our sales rep Storm was the asset that highlighted with ease the reasons why to choose Williamson and our new 2019 XT5 Cadillac. After purchasing the vehicle Storm spent his time making sure my wife understood all of the safety features and how they function. This made it even better. The experience was beyond anything I had anticipated. All though I haven't been in the industry for over 5 years now, I feel I can genuinely appreciate this level of excellence in customer service. It's hard to satisfy me and it's hard to convince wife on why this and why now type stuff. I wasncertain that Storm would have his hands full trying to impress us into buying but it seemed the tables were turned at "sure here are your choices". Did I mention the Cadillac turns on with Alexa? So now after every mornings cup of joe, I ask Alexa to get the car ready with the proper inside cabin temperature and radio station. We love our Cadillac, Williamson and we thank God Williamson had such an asset in a sales rep as Storm and finance battlegrounds rep Allen. Lol I kept the Harley Davidson after all guys and with the sweet Cadillac, I can say I think we have the best looking garage in the block now. Lol thank you all at Williamson Cadillac. read more

On December 17, 2024, I set up an appointment for December 31, 2024, at 8:30 am with Williamson GMC for service of oil change and tire rotation on m y GMC Sierra Denali. Upon my arrival this morning at 8:10 am, I drove up to the service line, an attendant took possession of my vehicle and instructed me to go to the service area and wait with no other instructions. The service department, having all my information and the vehicle's information provided when the appointment was set up online, assumed that all required information necessary had been made available. While sitting at the service area, after waiting 45 minutes, I saw the vehicle being moved through the line to being the next one for services to be performed, then saw it being moved to the actual service area. Having waited another hour, decided to go up to the counter and to inquire as to the time that the vehicle would be finished. After a few minutes of waiting for 2 service agents to finish their detailed conversation of the Monday Nights Football game, decided to move over to another agent. This agent was cordial enough to search their system and confirmed that I did have the 8:30 am appointment but I had never checked in. Simply informed him that I was not instructed to do so, thinking that it had been done electronically through the vehicle's VIN number and neither were written instructions in the area where the vehicle was taken by an agent. Following, this agent passed me onto the Service Manager. His response was simple after asking me if it was my first time at this dealership, "you should have checked in". Commented that neither was I instructed nor were there instructions to do so posted in the arrival area. Completely ignored my response and proceeded to register me, at which time I told him not to do so and make my vehicle available without the service. Took my Cadillac CTS 2012 in for a repair about a month ago. Was told the next day the repair would cost $4600 and I told Mike M, to go ahead with the repair. Get a phone call 6 days latter and was told the car was ready. I Uber to the dealership and pay the cashier $4600 on my credit card and say THANK YOU! I get in my CTS drive past Coral Reef park and the check engine light comes on and the car starts shaking. I immediately call the dealership and inform them the repair was done incorrectly and I will be back at 730 a.m. the next day. I return the CTS the next morning and i don't even get a simple apology or a gesture for example, Were sorry for the inconvenience Mr. BERRYMAN, WE know you paid a lot for the repair, we will get this right. NOTHING! ABOUT 10 DAYS go by and I get a call again for the SECOND time the my CTS is ready. I go back to the dealership, pick my car up and drive it to my home in Cutler Bay. The following morning I go to open my car and for the 3RD time, not only will my car not start, I can't even open the door! I email Juan telling him I've contacted Navy Federal Fruad Department and the next time he hears from me it will be from my attorney. Within seconds I get a reply back saying he will send a service technician to my house bc the car needs a new battery. If you knew my car needed a new battery then why didn't your mechanical team put one in either on the 1ST or 2nd Time when I took it to your dealership? I already paid the $4600 in full and any person with common sense would expect this to be done. I've emailed Navy Federal Fruad Department every last invoice, text message and email from the last year from your dealership. I've never felt more ripped off in my entire life. Having spent close to 10 grand in less than 12 months at your dealership on repairs makes me WONDER what's really going on? Having read other 1 star reviews that are similar to mine, I seriously think I might get some of my money back if not a full refund once the investigation is complete. What makes me even more mad is when I went to go pick up my baby seat the 2nd time I had to take my cts back for repairs, my service representative Mike M would not even look up from his computer to acknowledge me. This is the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced in my entire life. Being a disabled Veteran from the War in Afghanistan I truly thought Willamson would set the bar for customer service. It's been a complete nightmare and I've spent over 3 hours on the phone with the fraud department. There investigation will take no longer than 3 months. In the meantime, I would highly recommend to anyone that wants to buy a new Cadillac or needs repairs on their existing car to go to another Cadillac dealership. It's the worst customer experience I've dealt with. Finally, when my car was in the shop for almost 3 weeks I had asked the sales team for a trade in value for my current CTS and never got one. I will start by saying that this is a beautiful facility and they provide many amenities for customers...not limited to coffee and water! Everyone is very attentive and friendly and the car buying experience is rather smooth and hassle free. If you are coming to service your vehicle you can expect an average wait time but they are pretty efficient. What i like is that they can provide transportation to near buy restaurants or to Dadeland Mall and pick you up when you call them. I haven never had major issues other than maybe a sensor warning light going off after coming home from maintenance. Its annoying but take it back and they reset it right away without you having to wait. I was impressed! Dealers are always pushy! Overall great customer service from Skip! His estimate was on target, he called when he said he was going to call, he delivered the car back when he said he would and he was very polite. GMC on the other hand sucks!! They had a recall on the cluster that was replaced but only between certain mileage. I met the mileage requirement but still had to pay for the part and the labor because my car exceeded the age time frame! Boy am I pissed! Doesn't GMC know that if they recall a part they should replace it period?! What's up with all the clauses? They should also pay for parts & labor not just the part. I've been driving for more than 25 years and I have never had a cluster go bad on me. That's not normal wear & tear GMC!! You should cover it!! Especially when every other GMC has this problem!! I recently took my 2016 CT6 Platinum 3.0TT with 22K miles to Williamson Cadillac for an issue that I had with the radio not working (there was no audio). This is Cadillac's flagship car and my 3rd Cadillac, coming from a 2008 CTS, to a 2014 CTS Premium to this 2016 CT6 Platinum, all GREAT cars. I mentioned to the service guy that I had no radio, no audio at all. He wanted to replace the CUE system and do some other TSB work and I said OK despite saying that I dont think the CUE system was the issue because the screen worked fine. Fast forward a few days and I received a call mentioning that the car was not under warranty, and that they had replaced the CUE radio but the issue was still there but they could do no more work on the car. It would have been nice to know that when the case was being triage. This is where it gets good; I received the car back and the dashboard has very visible pry marks near the right speaker that are plainly visible that were not there before. I am assuming they had to take the dashboard off to replace the CUE and they used a screw driver or something else to pull on the dashboard. I've received a few comments on the pry-marks from my coworkers. The radio issue was being caused by a faulty BOSE amplifier which I personally replaced. Maybe if they would have taken the time to actually diagnose the problem they wouldn't have wasted so much time, replaced a CUE system for no reason and not damaged the dashboard. Thanks for the damaged dashboard Williamson Cadillac, I am in the market now for a large size SUV as my wife is having another baby, maybe I'll go to Vera instead. read more
