No parking,a mess inside.At service counter no person available for help.For sure they are making $ with service,but customer service at counter is 0.Part department 5 stars.Financial Department 5 stars.I do not return here.

This is the easiest five stars on this app to me. Am I biased? Sure. Why? Consistently great experiences. Any penny shines when polished but this place is a constant like a Greenwich click you can set your time to. I take my vehicles seriously and that's why I chose Williamson. My service advisor is Richard and he has never failed to deliver outstanding customer service. Genuinely cares about you as a person and your vehicle as the means to safely transport that which matters most. My original purchase was with Mr. Luis Carbonell who has done an fantastic job or keeping in touch and making sure that all my needs are taken care of. I've been doing business with Williamson for more than a decade and it's because of the consistently good service rendered and attention to detail. From cradle to grave, the process of purchasing, servicing and when the time is right- subsequent progression to a newer or different model has been a series of seamless transitions with a team of individuals who take Their jobs seriously and treat you like family instead of a number.

I had put in a $500 deposit in a Cadillac Lyric and I have been receiving emails from their internet mgr, Ed Miller for a discount since my Lyric has not been ready. I come in and talk to nice young man by the name of George and then after a test drive he introduce me to his one of the new car sales mgr by the name of Lazaro Salas. I mention to this guy about the discount that they had offered me and I show the email. He tells me that he can not honer the discount since this is their best price! When I say that it does not make sense after so many emails and calls! I ask to talk to their general mgr Jeff Rogers or Ed miller regarding this offer that they made.. Guess what! He refuses and asked me to leave the dealership premises! I got kicked out because I asked to talk to mgr ! After so many emails and call that they made and brought me to dealership, then this guy " Lazaro Salas " kicks me out". This is not even funny! Everyone was watching and the sale people were wondering why " Lazaro Salas " is losing his temper like this. I never raised my voice and just asked to talk to someone else! So while I am leaving this review, another mgr calls me and apologizes for this guy behavior and he says yes the discount does exist and this other guy " Lazaro " did not know about it. I was there ready to write a check and complete the deal, especially when the sales guy, George was so nice and this guy comes and throws me out!!! This is embarrassing

Let's just start with this premise; I hold 6 years of dealership service department experience. It was always hard to satisfy customers when things went wrong weather it was Kia or Ford I was working for, the goal was always the same 'satisfaction'. In those days, I would look at the new/used car sales guys/gals and think they've got it easy. Now to the point the wife and I are expecting a baby this July so we stopped in at Williamson Cadillac as our first stop into looking for an SUV. We were greeted by sales rep Storm promptly upon arrival. We spoke needs vs wants. All the options Storm tailored for us were spot on. Fortunately for us his third choice was spot on. I couldn't believe it. We spoke numbers, it all made perfect sense. This man in 30-45 mins managed to bring me, the self proclaimed insider of the industry, Mr. know-it-all to think "this might be the car and place to buy". Then I saw this look my wife makes rarely. The look of "I hate to be thinking this because I rather go home and think it over but I WANT IT NOW"... it's the same look she gave me about 8 or 9 years ago when she saw THE ring. Her eyes just lit up. Despite knowing deep down inside that Williamson Cadillac was the best option, we still went home to think about it but not before placing a hold on the vehicle. We looked at Volvo, Mercedes, Volkswagen and some BMW, we even dropped in to a Hyundai dealership to look at their options. Of course Hyundai didn't compare and to our surprise neither did the other well regarded brands. We kept annoying all those other sales guys with comments such as "but at Williamson this or that". In the end it felt all had been a waste of time. Morale of the story Williamson is in a league of its own and our sales rep Storm was the asset that highlighted with ease the reasons why to choose Williamson and our new 2019 XT5 Cadillac. After purchasing the vehicle Storm spent his time making sure my wife understood all of the safety features and how they function. This made it even better. The experience was beyond anything I had anticipated. All though I haven't been in the industry for over 5 years now, I feel I can genuinely appreciate this level of excellence in customer service. It's hard to satisfy me and it's hard to convince wife on why this and why now type stuff. I wasncertain that Storm would have his hands full trying to impress us into buying but it seemed the tables were turned at "sure here are your choices". Did I mention the Cadillac turns on with Alexa? So now after every mornings cup of joe, I ask Alexa to get the car ready with the proper inside cabin temperature and radio station. We love our Cadillac, Williamson and we thank God Williamson had such an asset in a sales rep as Storm and finance battlegrounds rep Allen. Lol I kept the Harley Davidson after all guys and with the sweet Cadillac, I can say I think we have the best looking garage in the block now. Lol thank you all at Williamson Cadillac.

Defective Roll N Lock

Williamson Cadillac recommended me to purchase this Roll N Lock Cover in June 2023 in less than 6 months time the paint was defective. Neither the dealer or the manufacturer will take responsibility for repair or replacement. $3000.00 and this is what you get?

I…read morewas helped by Victor who is a knowledgeable and patient guy, after a couple of weeks deciding the best way forward I chose to pay out of my pocket instead of using the insurance. Victor asked me to drop off the car on Monday 12/07 and the next morning I got the first updates, they sent me a link with a bunch of photos and notes of what they did to that point. Another part was needed so this may have delayed the process by a day, so yesterday 12/10 I got a call from Victor saying that the car was going to be ready before the end of the day, around 2pm I got a text and a phone call from Yani saying that the car was ready. I checked the link and it was a new photo showing the car completed. When I arrived to pick up and pay I got a total of $1475 (which was shown in the last update received) but I had an estimate of $1030, I understand when you are working with insurance you send them a "preliminary work" and then you can add a few or several "supplemental" and the insurance usually pays them, but this money was coming out of my pocket, so I was definitely expecting the $1,030 figure or a little less... all in all Victor explained to me the extra work done and reduced a bit the final number. Conclusion: I'm a hard person to please type of guy, I believe they did a really good job, the 3 days to finish the work is appropriate and the way they kept me informed with calls and photos is top notch! I highly recommend them, just be open to pay a bit more than originally expected...

Over the years they have tinted a few cars for us, they used to have a Kendall location closer to home, but even as the location is further away we decide to stay with someone we know and trust. Adrian was really helpful, did a good job explaining the different material. I didn't know that but now there'a a material that can absorb the UV and heat and is clear, so perfect for the windshield!! In Miami you really need all the help to not get baked inside your car! There are a few chairs inside, with TV and a Keurig machine for tea and coffee. We went to the library down the street for a little while as they worked on our car.

28 years ago I brought my Volvo station wagon to Solar Tint and they did a great job on a vehicle…read morewith lots of glass! Flash forward to November 2025 and I am cleaning out the glove compartment and found the guarantee that came with that installation. Well this wagon has been sitting in the hot Florida sun all these years and of course some of the tinting was bubbling. I called and spoke to Adrian who told me to bring it in for a look and he told me that he would honor the guarantee and replaced all the window tinting. Did I mention 28 year old tinting!! Turns out that the car was no longer in the computer for automated cutting of the film panels for each window so Adrian had one of his top installers (Joey) manually cut and fit each window. It took a couple of days but was well worth the wait. I can't recommend this company enough - great detailed work, excellent communication and a real dedication to customer service - pretty rare in today's world. I have tinted at least 4 other vehicles there and will continue to use them for all my future purchases!
