I'm buying new truck here. I'm in F&I office now. while not quick, it's been best process I've ever had and I've owned and bought quite a few autos. Get Richie as salesman. Adrian for F&I. 5 stars service unless something terrible happens now. They might have some issues with used cars( what dealer doesn't) I'm liking the experience so far. read more

Service is unprofessional. Looks like they don't need new customers. Found another dealer to have my business.

My truck was in for service for over 1 months. I got a loaner. I was told that if I lost the the key Fob I would have to pay $400.00 to replace it. Well they lost the one for my truck. Where are my $400.00? Also they lost my truck key and they tried to program one but it doesn't work. Now I have to use my husband's key. Also for the 2nd time they lost my wheel locks. These dealership Service dept is very unprofessional. I'm very disappointed that I ever did any business with them. Also at the last minute yesterday a service rep called & told me that I needed to switch out the loaner truck, when we got there they said to go back the next day because my repair bill for my truck was not finished. I want to know what irresponsible person or unreliable person is running the Service department where things get lost. read more

BAIT AND SWITCH DEALER. I saw a 2025 Hyundai Sante Fe loaded on their internet ad for $31,500. I called and asked the total out the door price because I live an hour away from the dealership. Dishonest dealership, I've purchased two cars from them, an Impala about 20 years ago and a traverse 2 years ago, I remember having a pleasant experience both those times but after yesterday's experience you've lost a customer for life. They waste your time, after giving you their word on the phone that the internet price IS the price, going over the fee's, you take time out of your day to drive to them then they go against everything they said on the phone and tell you if you want a car for the PRICE THEY ARE ADVERTISING to go to KIA. On top of not being able to match their own advertised price, they want to add wheel locks for $500, the same wheel locks that their own dealership sells for $59 just 10 feet away from the sales desk. Worst Car-Buying Experience I've Had I drove four hours from Tampa to Miami to Bomnin Chevrolet Dadeland on July 6 specifically because they had a truck in Deep Bronze Metallic that I wanted. Before making that drive, I called twice to make sure we were close enough on the numbers to make a deal. I first spoke with Adrian, who identified himself as the Internet Sales Manager, and was told my trade would likely be valued between $19,000-$26,000, but in order to know exactly where in between those numbers, I needed to bring my truck in to be inspected. The Sunday before my trip, I called and spoke with Joseph, who told me that if I brought in a written offer from another dealership, they would beat it by $1,000. Based on those conversations, I made the four-hour drive. When I arrived and asked for Adrian, the salesman helping me initially he acted confused and said there was no one who worked their name Adrian. After I confirmed I was at the correct dealership and asked again, he changed his story and said Adrian worked in a call center and shouldn't have been discussing vehicle purchases with me. So, we moved forward with discussing the vehicle I had came to look at and also my trade. Then came my trade offer: $16,000--$3,000 below the minimum range I had been given before driving down. When I started to leave, the offer suddenly increased to $19,000. Things got worse when I spoke with the sales manager. Rather than addressing what I had been told before making the trip, he repeatedly dismissed my concerns and tried to redirect the conversation. He told me my truck was only worth around $16,000 wholesale and pulled up a screen to show me. What he failed to notice was that on that same screen, KBB showed approximately $24,000 for my truck. When I pointed that out, he ignored it and changed the subject to what their truck was worth. I repeatedly explained that I wasn't asking them to lower the price of their truck--I simply wanted a fair value for mine based on what I had been told before driving four hours. The most unprofessional moment came when the sales manager told me, "You know we have the best prices or you wouldn't have driven all the way here for our truck." When I explained that I drove there because I specifically wanted the Deep Bronze Metallic color--not because of their price--he continued arguing with me rather than addressing my concerns. At that point, I asked for my keys and left. Ironically, while sitting at the traffic light outside the dealership, I called their main number and asked for Adrian. I was immediately told yes, Adrian worked there and was the Internet Sales Manager. When I was transferred to him, Adrian remembered me and was surprised to learn I had just left the dealership because no one had told him I was there. When I explained what I had been told about him, he was clearly upset and said he was contacting his supervisor. After I submitted feedback, Adrian called me again, and his supervisor later called me on July 16. We spoke for 21 minutes, and she apologized and told me she would discuss my experience with the GM and get back to me. I never heard from her, the GM, or anyone else at the dealership again. I'm not saying every employee at Bomnin Chevrolet Dadeland provides this level of service. I only dealt with a few people. But employees--especially sales managers--represent the dealership, and my experience was unacceptable. I've purchased more than 20 vehicles, and at 53 years old, this was easily the worst car-buying experience I've ever had. My biggest mistake was relying primarily on the dealership's ratings on Cars.com before making a four-hour drive. I wish I had spent more time reading customer experiences on Yelp and reviewing the dealership's complaint history first. If you're considering making a long drive to purchase a vehicle here, get every promise, trade value, and agreement in writing before you leave home. And then still don't go. read more

Called and spoke with Derrick, on line sales. Asked for the out the door price and he told me he would call me back with the details, that was Wednesday. Radio silence, so I called him back on Friday at 10 am.... same thing but this time I followed up at 2 pm and again ot 4 pm and kept being promised a call back with out the door price. Again radio silence. Called Saturday and asked someone other than Derrick. Was told the would call before the end of business. Once again radio silence. I reached out to Bomnin Chevy via the website info box on Monday, Dec 15 to get more information on a truck. I received an automated response from Maria R., replied promptly with the requested information, and then... nothing. No follow-up at all. Later, I contacted customer service. Around 2:00 PM, someone attempted to call me, but I wasn't able to answer due to having a newborn at home. I immediately called back, was hung up on, and had to call a second time before finally speaking with Angelo. We spoke briefly; he asked for my VIN, but I was driving at the time and told him I'd send it shortly. He texted me around 4:45 PM, I responded with the information, and I have not heard a single thing since. It is now Wednesday, 12/18. I even reached back via email on 12/16. I understand people get busy, but this level of disorganization and lack of follow-up is unacceptable--especially when I was the one actively trying to move the conversation forward. If this is how communication is before a sale, I can't imagine what it would be like after. Very disappointing experience read more

Total bait and switch. What would you expect from Miami. Should've known better growing up in Fort Lauderdale my whole life. They teach you in school not to ever go near Miami, the fraud capital of the world. Made an appointment with Andrew, the Internet sales manager. Told him I was nowhere near this dealership and I wanted to drive home with the car. Upon getting there on Sunday, he's not even working and the guy that helped me told me the car sold four days ago. I questioned why they still have it on their website and he told me they update the website every Monday. Well, it's now Monday night and the car is still there and I'm betting it's going to be there for a long time. Stay away from this dealership. If you are thinking about buying a vehicle here, I would recommend going ANYWHERE else. I was VERY interested in buying a vehicle from out of state. I seriously from the bottom of my heart could not count on both hands the amount of times I called this place and got passed around to different employees, or told I would be called back. This is the most unserious car dealership I have ever experienced. Lastly, the hidden fees. They charge over a $1,000 doc fee. On top of a fee they could simply not explain to me. At first it was wheel-locks that they "could not remove" fun fact: any dealership that says this, RUN. Then it turned into a 'Lot Fee' so you are paying them a ridiculous fee to TAKE the vehicle that is sitting dead on their lot? This place is an absolute joke of the car industry, I cannot express this enough.... DO NOT even waste your time here unless you HAVE too. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced, I am under the impression this car dealership doesn't want to sell cars that is how baffling the customer service is here. read more

I recently purchased a vehicle from Bomnin Chevrolet in Kendall, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Firstly, there were unexpected charges added to the final sale, items that we never agreed to or discussed. And some that we agreed it would not be added, Some of these costs appeared in the final documentation without our review, and it was only after receiving the emailed documents that I realized these charges had been included. Additionally, due to the dealership being closed on Sunday, I couldn't take the car home that day because the insurance companies were also closed. I had to return the next day when the shops were open, and that's when I requested that the window tinting issue be addressed. Unfortunately, the dealership again delayed the repair and couldn't provide a resolution at that time. Furthermore, when I was about to leave, I realized that I wasn't given any printed documentation. Despite my requests, the dealer reassured me but didn't provide any paperwork. Only after insisting did they give me a USB drive, claiming that everything was on it. However, I couldn't access the documents from the USB. It was only after further insistence that they emailed me some documents. While one of the documents was related to insurance, the other document didn't clearly state that it was a bill of sale, leaving me uncertain about its validity. Additionally, the dealership's online support promised follow-up, but no one reached out even after multiple days, indicating a lack of customer care. Overall, my experience with Bomnin Chevrolet was disappointing due to the lack of transparency, professionalism, and follow-through. read more

I told he to be sure that it was there because I have to pay for the inspection. He reassured me. I booked the inspection and sent him a screenshot of it. HE actually talked to the inspector and scheduled the appointment today only for my inspector to get there and the car is sold! I am out of the cost of the inspection because of his lies and his lack of awareness of the inventory. Please avoid him and this place at all cost. SCAMMERS!!!!!!!! FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!!! Typical Miami garbage false advertising scam dealership!!!! Make sure you understand they add $2300 on top of any advertised price for lo jack and tinted windows. No exceptions!!!! Every single vehicle! This is called a markup! So basically, they drop the price of the vehicle but then raise it by installing $200 worth of garbage you don't need on the car. And don't forget to add the $1500 between the dealer fee and An electronic filing fee. Stay away from this scam dealership. Just go elsewhere. There are 1 million Chevrolet dealerships that will sell you a vehicle honestly!!!!! I have filed complaints with the FTC, the Miami Dade consumer protection department, and the State attorneys office. This type of false advertising behavior is no longer admissible in Florida and is against the law. The website for Bomnin Chevrolet reads: "We offer our customers one low price, so there's no need to worry about a strenuous negotiation process -- we want it to be as simple as possible!" Bomnin Chevrolet's no haggle, no hassle price policy applies to the consumer but not to the dealership. The website listed the SUV for $21,400. But there was not "one low price." Bomnin Chevrolet speaks with a forked tongue. The offer sheet started at $22,800. I was told because I had no trade-in my price was higher. Dealer installed options of $2000 that included $500 for wheel locks the Chevrolet accessories website sells 4 for a total cost of $50 further elevated the price. The inflated final tally "one low price" to purchase the SUV was $28,800 or a 34.6% markup from the dealership's web site listed price of $21,400. According to The Atlantic, the two least-trusted jobs in America are Congress followed by car salesmen. As a lawyer, I immediately look for footnotes and read the fine print associated with a listing for a car that piques my interest. Unlike a transparent car dealership, Bomnin Chevrolet did not disclose in a footnote or their fine print that the price listed required a trade-in or that dealer installed options were involved. Furthermore, according to autofraudlegalcenter.com, fraud is committed by a car dealership refusing to remove the dealer option installed $1,000 LoJack that can be supplanted by a $22.99 Apple AirTag sold at Walmart if theft of the vehicle is a concern. There is another one that is not one. Bomnin Chevrolet brags about repeatedly winning the Chevrolet #1 ranked dealer: "DEALER OF THE YEAR FOR 9 CONSECUTIVE YEARS." Being rated #1 means the business is the one and only number one. But then the website of Bomnin Chevrolet writes this qualifier: "Only 50 Chevrolet dealers Nationwide are recognized as Dealer of the Year." One of 50 is not one of one just like $21,400 and $22,800 are not "one low price." The Bible provides an adept description of forked tongue talkers such as Bomnin Chevrolet: They shall have the wisdom of the excrement of a wild ox. The solution? I visited Auto Nation at Coral Gables because their web site has a link to their out the door price at "Price Details." Their car salesman located and obtained price incentives Bomnin Chevrolet did not know or advise existed. The car salesman was professional and courteous although I was not always. End result? My price paid was less than the out the door price Auto Nation of Coral Gables listed on the web and $245 less than the price I offered that Bomnin Chevrolet rejected. What didn't they help me with! They even went to such great lengths to take my jeep back when I heard a funny noise on the first week of having her at home and sent her to the actual jeep for full repairs. I have to share my very disappointing experience with this dealership. Whatever you do, do not purchase the extended warranty. I've had to use it twice, and both times the repair process took an unreasonably long time. They promise a loaner vehicle, but every single time, I'm told there are none available. Most recently, I brought my truck in to fix the rear A/C, and it took four weeks to complete the repair. Four weeks with no loaner, no updates unless I chased them, and zero accountability. When I finally picked up my truck, it was filthy inside, and the coins I had in the car were scattered everywhere. It was disrespectful and unprofessional. To top it off, I didn't even receive a service receipt--I was told it would be emailed, but that never happened. Trying to reach someone in the service department is nearly impossible. Calls go unanswered, and when you leave a message, it takes forever to get a call back--if you get one at all. Overall, my experience has been nothing but frustrating and disheartening. If you're considering buying from this dealer, skip the extended warranty and be cautious about their customer service. They do not deliver on their promises and show little regard for the customer experience. read more

In 2017 I bought a Colorado at Dadeland Bomnin They have changed a LOT. Massive confusion. A real cluster f*ck. - Today the wife and I spotted a car on their website that we wanted to buy. Called ahead for appointment. Provided them with the stock number of the car and confirmed that it was available. Made appointment and went to dealership. After arriving they made us wait for 40 minutes. Then when the sales person showed up he expected us to walk about a mile to see the car. What made it frustrating is that the sales guy barely understood English. While we were waiting we couldn't help but notice that the whole place was filled with Bomnin employees whose only form of communication was to shout at each other and hug and dance. I didn't mind - after all this is Miami, and folks get a little vocal and touchy feely. After dealing with that weirdness we gave the place a pass. If their business model is to have customers walk over several miles to view cars on the car lot, then they should market the place as a fitness or exercise destination in addition to buying a car. The wife and I have visited a bunch of dealers in south dade. We have been given rides in golf carts if the cars are a distance. Or they are driven up to us at the showroom. Walking miles and miles in the hot sun is something we can do at home. We don't need to go to a car dealership. We finally picked our car - a Buick Encore - at Williamson Cadillac, GMC. Nice place. Took the elevator to our car, grabbed a cup of coffee, did a test drive in the neighborhood, and they are doing a little touch up and painting at no extra charge. The sales staff are great. Solid communication skills, friendly, and not stressed like the guy at Bomnin. Williamson is a world apart from Bomnin. read more

Chevy dealerships in general are pretty bad when compared to other brands.... however Bomnin Chevrolet is by far the worse. Took it to Homestead for the 1st oil change and it took them 5 hours to change the oil. Frustrated and Disappointed After Years of Loyalty We've purchased five vehicles from Bomnin Chevy Dadeland over the past four years, not counting the many family members we've referred. Unfortunately, after this latest experience, I can't continue to recommend them in good faith. I bought my dream car, a certified pre-owned vehicle, along with an extended warranty. In the past four months, the car has been in for service four times, and it has left me stranded at least 10 times. I ran my own diagnostic and got a P2138 code (throttle/pedal position sensor)--which I documented with video and photos. I took it to the service department and showed everything to the manager, who assured me it would be handled. He was respectful and wrote everything down, but a few days later I was told it was an oxygen sensor, then later it became a catalytic converter issue, and now I'm being told to pay $2,000-$3,000 out of pocket--because those parts "aren't covered" under my warranty. The worst part? The original code I reported (P2138) somehow disappeared from their records, and now they're claiming the issue is a P0420 code, which I never saw. I still have proof of the original code and the repeated issue. To top it off, I've gone eight days with no loaner, and only on the ninth day was I told one was available--by then, what was the point? I've been nothing but courteous, patient, and respectful through all of this, but this situation has been completely mishandled. It's beyond frustrating to feel like your concerns--and your loyalty--mean nothing. This is not how you treat returning customers. read more
