We had been looking for cars for a while and were kind of exhausted of going around searching for cars. We tried to lower the price but the manager (in a very rude manner) disclosed he was not going to lower the price because it included "all fees and full warranty". When it was time to pay, the price rose up an extra thousand because of 'dealership fees', and the warranty changed from full to 50% coverage.. When we asked about this, the salesman said "it's a great offer, the LEAST you can do is accept this price because we are losing money selling it at this price" Then when we were at one of the offices some other guy came in speaking spanish, I suppose he didn't imagine I understood spanish and he was ranting about some other client "old woman that brought a car back to get the radio and her 'c*nt' fixed" Unquestionably the worst experience I've had in Florida

The worst car buying experience ever! I bought a 2022 Lincoln Aviator in April that was to be…read moredelivered to my house in SE Georgia. Things started out bad from the beginning but got much worse. We bought the car quickly and everything looked to be going smoothly, until they had problems with the delivery service they used. It took more than a week to be delivered to our house. While this was going on, I asked for all of the paperwork regarding the sale to be sent to me...it was texted to me instead. Once we took delivery of the vehicle, things appeared to be fine, but I noticed the suspension was a little squishy and made a very faint noise. We had some family trips coming up this summer, so I decided to take it into our local dealer for an inspection. Turns out, we had a broken wheel hub, front and rear shocks were completely destroyed and all of the control arms needed to be replaced. We tried working with this dealership and AutoNation to get repairs done, but they only approved to have the control arms repaired. They said the shocks and hub were part of "regular" maintenance items...which should have been repaired by AutoNation Chevrolet Coral Gables before they ever sold it to us!!! So, now I'm out nearly $6k additional dollars because they sold us a POS. They don't return calls, they don't follow through with their customers and they are very unprofessional. I would never have my vehicle serviced here and I will definitely never buy from them or any AutoNation dealership again.
