We took the cars back to them at least 4 times and they said they repair those issues but never did. The service is terrible and they sell cars as used in amazing conditions when they are not at all. UPDATE** After finding several other victims with similar issues a class-action attorney has been retained (pro bono). Members of the Law Firm and I just had meetings with the Palm Beach County Sheriff and Miami-Dade Sheriff's office. Sold me a car with a known issue (I later obtained the documents directly from the Ford Dealership) and refused to rectify the issue! I can not discourage someone away from this place enough! Zero followthrough, zero concern for how they do business, and zero concern for customer service. If negative stars were possible.... Complaints have been filed with BBB, Attorney General, Consumer Services, etc... UPDATE-Just received two missed calls and a text message (from the same phone number as Premium Cars of Miami) from Reynaldo Brito who states he is "legally representing his client Premium Cars Miami... (and to) 'Expect a call from our attorneys.'" Reynaldo Brito isn't a licensed attorney to "legally represent" clients. I was then provided with the name of a law firm... ( also Reynaldo Brito Hurtado is the owner and registered agent of Premium Cars Miami- Not the legal representative- so I was told yet another lie by the company!) Update- was just just informed this was a payment-avoidance technique. The service documents, Insurance documents, warranty reports, and repair reports state an entire differently story and I look forward to sharing those in courts. I went to Premium Cars with a bit of scepticism because buying a car from a dealer is always a back and forth process of negotiating a price, financing, etc, etc. It is exhausting. PremiumCars made it really easy and smooth, nonetheless still it took us almost all day to get the car ready to roll. There few items pending to fix on the car before leaving the lot but it was arranged with the salesman that these could be fixed afterwards and he provided his word and commitment to make this happen. This is when the honeymoon ended. We got the car at the beginning of January 2023 and the couple of issues that were pending were these: 1.- The front doors have a button you push to basically unlock the doors, these were missing from both front doors when we got the car and the salesman told us "That's easy to fix, don't worry" 2.- The left passenger seat window, behind the driver, you could lower the window but you can't lift it up using the button on the door, it had to be lifted using the driver's windows controls on the driver's door. We mentioned and noted both these things that needed fixing as part of the car deal. I spent like 5 months chasing up the salesman Ricardo, to get the part and arrange a date to go to the dealer and get these fixed. Finally after 8 months or so, he managed to "find the part" for the car and I went to the dealer for the repair. They fixed item#1 but partially, they put the button system only on 1 door, I mean, how stupid is that? each front door has the socket to place the button, so you can open the car doors, if you have the key on you from either door. Item#2 he played dumb that he didn't know what the issue was, when my wife clearly texted him these details few days after the bought the car, so they could fix it. After this, I have contacted many times Ricardo and nothing, just radio silence not an acknowledgement of my texts, nothing. Basically, this means to me, that after they sell you the car, you're no longer important to them because they already made the money, great post-sales strategy! Lesson learned with this car dealer?: don't leave the lot with a car that needs repairs prior to the sale, they won't pay any attention to you after that happens, get everything fixed before leaving the dealership. For me, it's not that this is preventing the car from functioning or anything like that, is the PRINCIPLE and commitment to the customer that everything will be in order when you buy a car from them. It is the little details that sometimes makes the bigger difference and shows that you as a provider are willing to go the extra mile to make everything happens for a customer, but not in this case. Please stay far away from these people if you're reading this. If you don't mind paying dealership prices for vehicles that are rebuilt and salvaged then go ahead, you'll definitely pay for it later. If I could leave negative stars I would. Do not buy a car from this lot. They are the worst. I was told that as long as you were making payments with them (buy here, pay here) that repairs could be made at their cost, turns out that was a lie. They only repair a car in the first 30 days. Only problem, they'll put you off until after the 30 days and won't help you at all! Then I paid 285.00 to have them look at my car and replace the transmission fluid. They claimed the problem was fixed and 2 weeks later, the problem is worse and want to charge another 285.00 to look at it. I have brought this car back multiple times and they will do nothing.. they won't even let me get a different car, this place is a disgrace. Save your money and go somewhere that is reputable. This place is a rip off (and they made it so my check engine light won't come on even tho the transmission and anti-lock brake system are throwing codes) Don't waste your time or money at this place read more

BUT THIS PLACE IS THE WORST. i had the worst 1st car experience ever. i went in there after dming them on ig & talking about how I only had 500 to put down since they had a promotion of 499 down which i get why now why they have such low down payment because they SUCK & just try to finesse you for your money. i got helped by a guy named chris that got me "approved" for a car that wasn't even in good condition. HOW DO YOU GUYS SELL A CAR THAT ISNT GOOD CONDITION? no good dealership does that. you guys are better off going to a different dealer that requires a lil bit more of a down payment but that would make your experience shopping for a car a good one. anyways, that day I got the car it started shaking so I brought it back in to a mechanic in there & till this day i have not been able to drive the car.
