My third mistake was paying $850.00, to Hi-tech automotive. this time I had OEM parts, labor, excellent service at a different automotive shop near by and I only paid $450.00, this tells me I got ripped off.

I walked in here and met Alex and Javier who were absolute godsends. Alex came out to my car who gave me a quick and correct diagnosis, ordered the part (when he said he could have it in stock in 45 minutes, it was literally 45 minutes - mind blowing!) Javier then hooked me up with a local mechanic who made time for me that day (also mind-blowing) and sent me on my way (literally about 8 blocks away). Javier even arranged it so my radiator would be sent there. about an hour later my car was fixed and had the wonderful experience of meeting the amazing people. They let me stay in their shop offering great hospitality as I had nowhere to go. If I could offer 6 stars I would. Needless to say if I am ever in the Hialeah area again I will definitely be stopping in to say hello. What a wonder bunch of people and amazing company and customer service!!!
