No respect for others. 2 days without my vehicle and my car was parked on the street the whole time and very vulnerable. Judging by the number of cars parked all over the place my story seems to be the norm. The place is dirty and unorganized. The woman I spoke with was very apoligetic and very nice but I would not recommend this place at all.

I've always had bad luck finding a trustworthy shop, but Armstrong Auto Care completely changed…read morethat for me. I first came here with my '99 F-150, and they treated my truck with the kind of detail and care you don't see often anymore. They tested their work, explained everything clearly, and made sure I left with the truck running healthy. What really stood out was how they took the time to educate me on what to stay on top of with an older vehicle. That extra effort makes a huge difference, ever since that first visit I honestly haven't gone anywhere else . Same honest service, same attention to detail, and the peace of mind knowing my truck is in good hands. It's my main shop , and I don't trust anywhere else with my truck. (I don't suppose they'd be gracious enough to pick up the tab for continued inconvenience)... needless to say, I'm not terribly satisfied with AAction Better Built Transmissions right about now...
