Awesome experience. Rey was very kind and showed great professionalism and was able to provide me with the information I needed about the vehicle. Unfortunately, I did not walk away happy at all from my experience with Car Factory Outlet Miami. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE To begin with, the car I purchased did NOT come with the original key or key fob. Instead, I was given a completely different third-party key, and I was told I would receive information later to obtain the proper FOB. That never happened. Honda quoted me around $275 plus tax just to cut and program a replacement key/fob for the vehicle. Every time I followed up with the dealership, I was given the runaround and told the car was sold "as is." Second, the pricing and financing process felt extremely misleading. I was initially told my payments would be around $367 monthly, but after fees and paperwork, the payment ended up being about $400. Important details were not properly explained before I signed. I also noticed the contract listed the vehicle at around 43,000 miles, but by the time I drove it off the lot it was already showing around 46,000 miles. What became even worse was the financing situation afterward. The dealership apparently could not secure financing through a bank, yet they continued having me make monthly payments directly to them instead. My checks were being deposited into the dealership's account rather than through an actual lender. During this process, my credit was negatively affected. The experience became so stressful and unprofessional that I ultimately had to hire a lawyer to resolve the issue. After legal involvement, the dealership was forced to take the vehicle back and issue me a full refund. It was an exhausting and horrible experience overall. While the staff may come across as friendly during the sales process, I personally felt misled and poorly handled throughout the entire ordeal. I strongly recommend that anyone considering buying a vehicle here carefully steer clear. Don't waste your time or your money. read more

I purchased a Mercedes-Benz in 2022 for $35,000 from Car Factory Outlet Miami. I was 18 years old, buying my first car, and it's clear now that my lack of experience was taken advantage of. I put $3,000 down, but later learned that none of that money was applied to the vehicle price. I was told it went toward "dealer fees," which was never clearly explained to me at the time. As a young buyer under pressure to get a car, I trusted what I was told and didn't fully understand the breakdown until later. There was no transparency, no effort to explain costs clearly, and no concern for making sure I understood what I was signing. Looking back, the price, fees, and structure of the deal were extremely unfavorable and misleading. I regret trusting this dealership and would strongly warn first-time buyers and young customers to be very careful, ask for everything in writing, and consider going elsewhere. This experience left me feeling taken advantage of rather than supported read more

They didn't file the paperwork for out of state license in time and my son got two tickets (he has to drive). They also said they'd give us a second key fob and lied about that. They are very difficult to reach, too, so it's hard to resolve situations. Steer clear. read more

Rude, unprofessional, liars and price manipulators. I just had the worst experience I've ever had at a car dealer, involving Yasniel, the manager at the Miami location. I've been trying to look at a Hellcat that apparently is owned by the dealer's owner. It is advertised on their site but not kept on their lot. An appointment needs to be scheduled so the owner can bring it in. I called the dealership on Thursday. After being transferred to a few different people, I apparently ended up speaking briefly to Yasniel, who never told me his name. I told him there was a 99.9% chance I would be able to be there on Saturday to see the car. He said he would call me the next day to confirm, so he could make sure the car was there. The next afternoon I got no call. So, not knowing the name of the person I had spoken to the day before (Yasniel), I messaged my contact at the dealer who goes by the name of Jessica, telling her that I was expecting a callback but still hadn't gotten one. No one ended up calling. So I made a 50 minute drive to the dealer on Saturday morning and was led into Yasniel's office. He told me the car wasn't there. I asked why he didn't get back to me the day before like he said he would. He denied telling me that he would call me. He said I was supposed to call him, which is an absolute lie. I offered to show him the message I had sent the day before, asking for the callback that I had been told I would receive. He still refused to even acknowledge the possibility that maybe he was at fault or apologize for any misunderstanding. I asked him if he was calling me a liar. His response was "Yes, sir. I'm calling you a liar." He stood there staring daggers at me like he wanted to fight me - to the point that I had to ask him why he was looking at me like that to get him to stop. So apparently I sent a message the day before, confirming that I was expecting a callback and then made an almost two hour round trip drive to the dealership, just to lie to his face. Also, the price of the vehicle was $67,551 when I spoke to him on Thursday. Friday morning it had gone up to $74,995. Yasniel told me the owner had adjusted the price. That's one hell of an adjustment. I should have believed all the negative reviews about this place before ever contacting them. This dealership, and especially the manager, have no idea how to speak to or treat customers. And I have no idea how someone like Yasniel even has a job involving customer service because he is dishonest, beyond rude has no clue what providing service to customers means. read more

We were hesitant to go here because it the price seemed too good to be true. We looked at reviews and saw some had good experiences and some not so good. We had already made an appointment so we figured we would hear them out. So what they do is they only list the vehicle for 80% of the price then tack on the 20% AFTER you get there. If you are looking at a vehicle here be prepared to pay WAY more than what they list it for. Even though we had a trade in and we were putting $10k down. We were looking at a 2020 Audi Q5 listed at $32k when really they wanted $38k for it. If I wanted to pay that much we would have driven up to Audi of North Miami and purchased a brand new car for the same price! Which is what we ended up doing. They are fantastic BTW. It's the second Audi we've purchased from them. We had a blank check from our bank so we are thankful we didn't have to sit through their whole in house financing thing before we found out they falsely advertise their purchase prices. They would have wasted even more of our time! This place is super run down and sketchy. We were aggressively approached by a gang of sales people shouting at us in Spanish (Which, I can get through a conversation but not something as complex as buying a vehicle). They sent in the manager to explain they only buy repos and cars that got turned back into the bank etc. We left my car a VW Tiguan (which was going to be a trade in) open so it would be easier for them to inspect when it came time. There literally is nothing in the car. Without even asking the manager and some random guy opened it and started looking in my car! Rude! We had been looking at Q5's for awhile so we know what we should pay around which is why we were suspicious when we found this vehicle listed so low. Don't waste your time. If you're a smart buyer, purchase somewhere else. They price their cars WAY over market value. Also, we are pretty sure is a drug front. No but seriously I wouldn't be surprised if they had a raid in the future! read more

The WORST possible dealership you could choose from. Gave this place 3 chances on 3 separate occasions. The salesmen lack basic professionalism, social awareness, and consideration for people's time. They do not update their website to match what they actually have in stock and will not tell you the car you're looking to buy is sold until they have all your information in their data base so that they can redirect your attention and/or upsell you. Again, a waste of time. On the basis of unprofessionalism- salesman left us in a back office (without introducing himself) for 30 minutes. When we came out of the office to see what was going on, the entire staff was having a pizza party & didn't attempt to start looking for the keys until we called them out for leaving us unattended so they could take their lunch hour Another occasion- walked in, not greeted and the only salesman in the building stayed seated playing chess on his phone until we introduced ourselves and asked to speak with a salesman. TAKE THIS OVERALL 1 STAR LOCATION RATING SERIOUSLY.. There are many more car dealerships in south Florida that are a true pleasure to do business with and have much more respect for your time and willingness to spend your money there. read more

This dealership is a scam. Never before have I seen such a blatant bait and switch. When I arrive to buy a $39,000 vehicle I'm told that's not the real price it's actually 20% more. So you mean the car is actually $46,800 how is that? Well they say there is fine print that explains that, but the fine print does not say the price of the car increases. It just says you put 20% down which is common if you want a better payment, says nothing about the actual price of the car going up. This should be illegal! Tell me how this fine print which is only found in a small printed link says anything about the price increasing. It says, and I quote " Great deal prices are after 20% down which is recommended for minimizing monthly payment. How is it minimizing monthly payments if a person puts down 20% but the price goes up 20%? This is a scam, do not waste your time here and if you are on the website just know that is illegal false advertising. I've posted the fine print, I'm not a lawyer but this does not say the price will increase. I will contact BBB and other legal agencies just for wasting my time. www.carfactoryoutlet.com read more

This place is a scam!! They tell you your approved and ready to go so they can take your money (down payment)..then pass off some other car to you even tho they already knew you weren't really approved for the one you agreed to! Worst experiences ever!!! I purchased a car from these guys 2 weeks ago and EVERY OTHER day I find something that needs to be repaired on a 2018 vehicle INCLUDING a tire I specifically asked about BEFORE leaving the dealership and ended up flat and unrepairable a few days after purchase! These guys are freaking scammers in buttondowns, skinny pants and maybe a tie to seem more professional. DO NOT RING THAT GODFORSAKEN BELL! That they use to get you hyped up and excited for no reason. They even beg you to do a good review for them while you're waiting..so just know half these reviews aren't even accurate! They lie and lie and lie and are super unorganized about EVERYTHING!! 2 weeks later they were still calling me to "finalize" things that they could have asked me for the day I was at the dealership!! The kicker is after pulling my credit 2 weeks prior and I wake up to notifications that THEY WERE STILL PULLING MY CREDIT!!! Why? What for? This is weird I'm uncomfortable with them having my information now and I'm livid!!! I'll be taking proper steps to report them to the Better Business Bureau. Oh and Mr or Miss Customer Service Manager...you keep your generic response to all your bad reviews. I'll save you the time and copy and paste for you, you lazy pieces of you know what...here goes... After having to go back into the dealership because no one answers the phone for you after they take your money...they tried to tell me that they never pulled my credit again and it's a glitch in the system! Haha! After letting them know I used to be a mortgage loan processor so if they thought that explanation was gonna work forget it...Gianni the Finance manager let me know that Juan the Finance manager "accidentally" pulled my credit WITHOUT my consent and for no reason. He meant to pull someone else's!! That was the glitch!! The glitch was them! More lies they tried to feed me...these people are a nightmare..in a few months my credit will be fine, but I plan to go in on their reputation on ever forum and the BBB and there will be legal consequences to their actions. What they did was ILLEGAL! And they know it and still did not offer anything to but a pathetic apology. Fuck this place and both Jorges and Gianni and Juan. (I hope most people find this useful we had a bad experience.) Do not buy from this dealer. We purchased vehicle April 18, 2020. Do not follow our mistake and choose to take their word on vehicle price, no dealer fees, and not read the contract before signing. They will tell you online their prices are accurate with any down payment and no dealer fee. I specifically asked the associate online about the fine print disclaimer before we drove 3 hours there. When you arrive they tell you the prices are 20% ($5,000) higher than the listed price and require $2,000 tax and tags down payment. They add a $899 PRE-DELIVERY INSPECTION fee and $995 DESTINATION CHARGE without telling you. We purchased at dealer, did not have delivered.  They want you to leave 5 star rating right there on the spot before you realize they've lied about vehicle price and added additional dealer charges to it on top of the sale price. So for the 2017 Ford Explorer that was listed for $13,891 with 71k miles came out to be $15,943.28 with over 73k miles + $899 dealer fee + $995 dealer fee + other fees bringing vehicle price to $18,926.50 and $26,853.84 with the payments even after a $2,000 down payment.  They told us we'd have to wait 6 months before refinancing and we just had to verify info when Chase bank calls us. Chase called and verified info, told us we'd be getting a welcome packet with payments starting on May 18th. We left an updated review on their website after realizing the price change and added fees and they repossessed the vehicle on May 3rd without notice. We called asking why it was repossessed. They lied saying we didn't verify info with Chase within 30 days so we were in breach of contract, they voided our contract, gave our loan back to the bank, and picked up their property. They refused to show us any proof we were responsible for repo, that they really voided our contract or gave our loan back. We didn't have the vehicle 30 days, only 4/18 - 5/3. They told us we were responsible for $700 repo fee and 30 days of mileage for the vehicle we only had 2 weeks. They kept our $2,000 down payment for the tax + tag, told us to get an attorney if we have a problem with it. After contacting an attorney, the attorney told me I'm not responsible for repo fee because I did everything right and did not miss any payments. This is an issue of unfair trade practices (15 U.S. Code Section 45) and would give me some compensation if I were to bring a lawsuit. He instructed me to file complaints with BBB, Attorney General, and Federal Trade Commission. After doing so, the dealership refunded $761.83 of my down payment. They still owe me $1238.17. I hope our experience is enough to save everyone from having to go through the same thing. 6-9-2020 We got our full refund June 9th. Hope everyone stays safe and stay alert. read more

Bait-and-switch scammers! They listed a car at a very attractive price on their website. I called and made an appointment to come check it out. I confirmed that it was still available. After driving for about an hour, I was greeted by a gentleman who sat me down, took down information, ID, etc. Then he proceeded to tell me that not only do they not have the car, they never had it in the first place, and it's "in transit", and tried to sway me to look at another similar car, though with a much higher price. While I wasn't happy about what was happening, I suggested that I can come back once the car arrives, and take a look at it then. The gentleman then told me that "this car is not for sale, it has mechanical issues!". Then some sort of a manager came up and asked me to sit in his office. Instead of taking responsibility, he proceed to put blame on whoever made my appointment to come see the car. I reminded him that it's the number listed on their website. He continued to claim that the people who are answering the number they list on their website to make appointments are not part of their operation, and therefore the dealership themselves are not at fault. The most perfectly horrible place to buy a car. They make you think they're on your side, they walk you through and get you the car you want with sunroof and sport package etc,. Now the best part, you pay with financing that you brought from your own bank, they didn't like this, but they are going to take good care of you and detail the vehicle for you and deliver it themselves to your job the next day. I've already turned in my car and took a cab to work. A few hours pass and no car, then it's about an hour before I get off work and I get a call that my car is outside in the parking lot and if I could come out and sign having received it. I am super busy, but I walk away and go to the parking area. I am looking right and looking left but I don't see it. Then I noticed in front of me a darker car, with no sunroof and no sport package, and a guy inside smiling at me. Hi! I need your signature, it's the salesperson, smiling like a complete idiot. I ask him what is this car, and he answers with fake enthusiasm, oh this, this is what I could do for you since you really wanted this brand and since there was a mistake at the dealership and we sold the car you wanted. I said no, you sold the car I "purchased" right out from under me. I signed the papers for that cars serial number. Then he gets out of the car with a folder full of papers. That's why I'm here to fix this he says, and the signatures he wanted from me weren't for receiving the car I had agreed on, oh no, the signatures were for a whole new car deal. They must think I'm stupid and can be manipulated like a child. I nearly slapped the smile off his dumb face. I made sure that his mother and every single manager and car factory agents mother were mentioned over the next 5 minutes that it took for him to get his sloppy idiot face and car off the property and back to his garbage dealership. I have to say every review I read before heading to this dealer is 100% accurate. I will start by saying absolutely there's no customer service at all, next the misleading add on car pages are tricky just to get you to come to the dealer, for example: price of the vehicle show is actually after a 20% down .. in addition , I read that when you called they say the vehicle is still available , and once you get to the dealer all of sudden "they just sold it " .. well guess what , that's exactly what happen to me!!! .. and finally when I called to verified the price of the vehicle and ask about subsequent additional charges, the secretary avoid my question and said she only is allow to tell me the car is available.. I wish she had told me that the price you see online is after 20% down and save me the time of heading to the dealer. My recommendation, avoid this dealer. read more

Don't waste your time. Every single review on here that says "They told me the car was there, but when I came to look it was gone" are all true. I did the same thing. Called a few times, received confirmation that the vehicle was on the lot, wasted a 50 minute drive only to be told that it had literally just been sold because "someone left a $6000 down payment at their Hollywood location." I was also told that the car was actually on their lot (which is why the person on the phone said it was there), but that it was going to be loaded on a flatbed and driven to Hollywood. So, I asked if I could actually just SEE the car since it was there. I was given a lot of "uh's" and "um's" and ultimately told that I couldn't see it because of where it was located. Yeah, right. In the meantime, the sales manager or director or whoever he was had me in his office, trying to get me to tell him what my ideal monthly payment would be so he could find me something. Sorry, bud. Not playing that game. For fun, I looked up the VIN and Title # that are listed on the Carfax report. The vehicle was sold over two months ago to an individual and there is a lien on it through a local credit union. I mean, this is textbook bait-and-switch. I let myself fall for it because of the shiny car and nice price I saw online, figuring that my experience would be different. Save yourself the trouble. 2019.7.8 MUST-READ!!!!!! I am always relying on reviews and put reviews myself to help others, and I cannot believe I did not read the reviews for this place. I saw online at all sites that this 2018 Nissan Altima with 37k miles, was being sold for $10,991, so I contacted the dealership and I went in. The salesperson in which helped me was great, and very helpful, though when we sat down to look over everything he mentioned that the price is not $10k, its $15k because the price they show online is AFTER you put a $5000 deposit. THIS MAKES NO SENSE. THEIR DISCLAIMER READS::: 3.9% APR financing for 72 months on approved credit, $15.60 per $1000 borrowed, $5000 down payment; excludes tag, title, registration, insurance and pre-delivery inspection charges. Financing bank fees could apply depending on creditworthiness. Contact dealer for complete details. By contacting Car Factory you are authorizing a response through call(s), text(s), and/or e-mail(s)... Let me tell you, the car ONLINE was put at $10,991, so after they explained the down payment ordeal I figured after everything I would be leaving paying max $15991 Plus tax/tag/title should not have gone over $18000. This is my fault for not looking at the documents I was signing thoroughly, but I was charged $17,653.89 for the car, plus an $899 pre-delivery service charge (they did not wash the car and the battery was bad, I was left stranded the next day and had to buy a new battery). So total cash price I paid $20530 plus an $850 DEBT CANCELLATION (which I have no damn idea what it is or what it is for), I placed a $3000 deposit, and am left paying over $18000 for the car. Recently I started thinking about it and looked through the agreement and realized I was completely ripped off and these people should be sued or just shut down. They truly make you feel at home, and very welcome, and I was the idiot to not read things thoroughly. I do like that they have a lifetime warranty but it also worries me after this whole experience. I do know that I will NOT be referring anyone to them or going back for another car. 2019.7.19 Purchased the vehicle 6/20/2019 and still have not received my tag. I called them last week, spoke to Stephanie, and she asked me to call this week, so I did on 7/18/2019 and I spoke to the finance manager, he was very nice about the situation said the tag is ready and just needs to be taken over to their store, so I should call them today 7/19. I just got off the phone with Ray Fernandez, and again was very nice about the situation, but now mentioned that this process takes over 30 days and that I should go pick up another temporary tag since mine expires tomorrow 7/20. What a super inconvenience this is for anyone!!!! Especially since I have been contacting them for over a week about this mentioning my tag expires soon, the least that could have been done was offer to have it sent to my home. No one is reimbursing me for this drive I will need to take down to the dealership on both gas/tolls/time. One other reason to stay away from this company/dealership. read more

The only possible way this dealership could ever be receiving the number of 4 and 5 star ratings as it does only on THIS site is if every Russian hacker and bot-center is writing them 24/7 to counteract the reality of this place. The use the modern "Bait-N-Switch" technique: post vehicles online and in third-party auto aggregator sites which will attract people's curiosities. Make them really, REALLY good deals so people will click on "Check Car Availability" button(s). At that point, they've got your contact info [isn't that just dandy]. Suddenly, you get calls, texts, and/or emails from the dealership trying to get you to "come in for a test drive." You're too smart to fall for *that* old trick, so you ask the caller to "verify" the car is on the lot and currently available. The friendly-sounding voice of the rep from "The Internet Department" [read: a separate call center whose only reason to exist is to get you into the lot and has zero clue about actual inventory] tells you that, "I just verified for you and, yes, it sure is! Will you be coming in today to see it?" Ah! But I already know those games, so I just walk in unannounced to the dealership and ask if VIN #XXXXXXXXX is in stock. Hopefully, I will get as simple an answer as possible, but my expectations after having dealt with so many dealers like this one [who --unlike this one-- have higher than a 1-Star rating on Yelp]. The "Sales Manager" who gladly did the VIN lookup for me smiles and says, "Well, you're in luck..." and leaves an overly-long pause as he continues reading the screen, "oh... but from the detailed notes I'm reading..." this guy's acting chops are award-worthy, "...another interested buyer test-drove that vehicle just this morning...." At this point I expect him to say the other person had put down payment on the car or even that they crashed it during the test drive, as I have heard so many shades of this story that I no longer care for this industry. But this S.M. takes it in a more traditional direction [used by local Chevy dealerships as well]: "During the test drive, a couple of issues lit up on the car; and it looks like they are serious enough that we're not going to sell this one as we'll be sending it to auction tomorrow." I don't think he'd finished the last sentence before I had stood up and walked out. Don't fall for these scam artists. Learn their wicked ways and either laugh in their faces, feign disdain for having been so belittled or plain ignore their story and walk away while they're still wasting their breath. Would have given zero stars, but that's life. read more

One of the worst experience in a dealership. Car Gurus has advertised this car since January 2021. I inquire then and I realize that today was still there. I called the phone provided and Elizabeth answer the call. I told her that I live far from the place and I was looking for an specific car( I even provide her the stock number). I told her that I want her to check if this car was available. She let me in hold and went back to confirm the car was there. 30 minutos latter I arrived to find out the car was sold before. i asked for the manager and he told me that this girl doesn't know. How come these people play with my time. Don't get trap with this crap. read more

Scam artists!!!! Called 5 times for the same car. I told them we were coming from 2 1/2 hours away to see the car. When I arrived they told me the car was still in transite after they told me the night before it was already at the Hollywood location. I asked the receptionist each time about the price, availability, payment excepted and dealer fees. They told me the price on the ad was correct and no dealer fees. Cash and check were fine forms of payments. When we arrived told car was still in transite. ( 1 day later). 2 locations are only 40 miles away from each other). And that the car was going to cost $5000.00 more than what they listed it for. Never go here! Crooks and scam artist. They then reply to all bad comments with the same sorry remarks. Oh by they way if they say speak to management I did and received the same answer!!!!!!!!!! read more

This dealer is a scammer. I saw 3 cars on line and called to verify the cars were available and at a location nearest to me. I made an appointment for 30 minutes from the call. I showed up on time and was told those cars were sold that morning. For reference, the dealer opened at 11 am and I arrived at 1130 so obviously they were lying about having the advertised cars. Total bait and switch - tried to sell me cars 5k more than what I was looking for. The salesperson was a total a--hole and didn't care one bit. I would never buy from this company. Think about it... if they lie about this, what else are they lying about! read more
