When I spoke to the receptionist I told her I needed a quote for my side mirror and my tail light. She advised that I'd have to go in to get a quote and gave me their operating hours. When I got there, I was the only one there so I waited about 10 mins to be attended. Isaac came out and took a look at my car. He advised that both parts would need to be replaced and couldn't be repaired. We went back inside and he gave me a quote for the replacement part and their labor cost. It seemed like a fair price to me and definitely lower than what I had been quoted before, so I accepted. Other companies were charging the total of the part plus the labor just for the part itself not including anything else. In order for them to order the part, you have to leave a deposit. They ask for the full amount of the replacement part. You can pay with debit, credit, or zelle. If you pay with credit, there might me additional processing fee. You can also process a claim with your insurance carrier. I got a text from Karol, the receptionist, on the 21st saying the part had arrived. My brother dropped off the car on the 22nd and they texted me that same day around 2pm that the car was going to be ready at 4pm. That is the quickest turn around time I have ever seen! I was out of town and my brother was stuck at work so we couldn't pick it up that day and they agreed to open the next morning (Thanksgiving morning) for him to go pick it up! My brother inspected the replaced parts and gave it a green light. I have never had a better experience with a mechanic shop (even dealerships) than the one I had with Auto Sport!

At this point they demanded more than the cars value in storage fees, even though they took all the time 'repairing' the car.
