Someone hit my trunk and left me with severe damages. Somewhat tearfully, I headed to Freddie's after an auto repairman at Sears recommended that I head over there to replace my side mirror. Unfortunately, for the THIRD time, I had hit my passenger side mirror off and it was dangling from the side of my car. Of course this made me late to work and I knew it would cost a pretty penny. As soon as I pulled up to Freddie's someone came over to see me. Lo and behold, it was Freddie! He took a look at my car and at me, told me not to be upset because it happens to everyone, and proceeded not only to order the mirror I needed, but also to make it easier for me to drive around until the part came in. He removed my dangling mirror, told me to put it in my trunk until we replaced it, and taped the wires to my car so that they wouldn't get in the way of anything. It felt like something my dad would do if he were fixing my car, and I really appreciated that gesture. The mirror was ordered and came in the same day. I returned for it to be installed, and Freddie waited for one of his workers to come back before getting started. It looked like he wanted to show this guy how to do it, which I thought was a nice move on his part. I was not in a rush, and watched as they quickly installed the mirror onto my car. The price was reasonable... or at least it was similar to what I've paid at the 2 other places I've had it done before! Before I left, I learned Freddie's life story pretty much, and got a life lesson. I think I have the kind of face that tells people to give me some life advice... I don't know, I get it a lot. Anyway, I appreciated his kind words and honesty... and I left with a shiny new mirror! I totally recommend Freddie's if you need some body work done. read more

Stay away from this place. This is truly a case of over promise and under deliver. I took my jaguar xjs to have it repainted, they took almost a week longer than they committed to, and there was no body work, just paint. Finally they attempted to deliver the car without any of the Jaguar emblems and when I asked about them they claimed that I brought the car without them (so much for the customer always being right). So I refused delivery because the car was incomplete. 24 hours later the emblems magically appeared and I picked up the car. It is one of those scams where they want you to pay cash and they won't charge you taxes... which I refused because the car is in the company's name and I was paying with the corporate credit card, besides it is contributing to tax fraud. Anyway, the owner is informal and noncommittal and the employees are outright rude. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE- you WILL be disappointed. read more

I have been to freddie's twice and I recommend it to all of my friends. the first time I went because i had gone over a parking stone thing and when i reversed it basically pulled off my bumper. Freddie ordered a new bumper, it got there in 3 days/freddie painted it to match the color of my car then I dropped my car off and it was fixed that day. Smooth experience, freddie is super friendly and didn't feel scammed out of $$ like I have at other body shops. Then, unfortunately, I got into an accident and needed that same bumper and a few other parts fixed/replaced... I was unsure whether I wanted to fix my car or just get a new one, so i went there for pricing info and Freddie was super nice and at least superficially reattached my bumper, free of charge, so i could at least drive around without worrying about while I was contemplating what to do.. I ended up getting a new car but... I hope to not need anymore body work on my car but if I do, I know where to go! Thank you Freddie!! read more

These guys do GREAT work! I brought my late-model Cadillac in for some minor damage to the rear bumper. They finished in half a day and did an outstanding job. You couldn't tell that my bumper had been repaired. Freddie is a very good guy and they are a very honest body shop. They were also half as expensive as the quote I got from my Cadillac repair shop. The door & hood to my 1991 mk2 RED jetta was painted there. Stay away from this shop. I gave them a brand new door with no dents or rust to replace and paint. They didnt match the paint after he sweared it was easy to match my red paint. keep in mind I painted my car for $1300 8 months before taking it to freddy. so my cars paint is not faded. The door he painted has a no reflection & shine compaired to the rest of the car. you can see the sanding through the paint and He charged me $700 for the door and hood. The hood came out great but again, the same love was not worked on the door... oh! and i had to put the door back together. including Moldings glass and intirrior. Freddy did not want to repaint the door. What he did is polish the door and said that was the best he could do... I honestly did not know what else to do but get my car back... He did not give me a recipt. it was CASH only. read more
