A VERY DEMANDING CUSTOMER WHO IS VERY PLEASED! I took my car to Countach after the preferred service shop for the insurance company of the person who hit my car botched the repair. They had welded the parts incorrectly, damaged my convertible top and left bubbles in the paint. My Audi was no longer beautiful. I took it to Countach and spoke to Abraham who handled the entire process including making the previous body shop and insurance company aware that he was not going to cut corners with my car. I was updated on a regular basis about the progress. To my pleasant surpise, Countach was able to bring my car back to showroom quality. Avoid this body shop! To find out about your car was almost impossible it took 15 days to diagnosed a change of the bumper and wheel. They won't say to you at the beginning that you can't pay with credit cards and they're going to charge you for the parking lot 125.00 a day for the time they have had the vehicle. I have used this body shop a few times. I have never had a good experience. I have brought two cars to them and every single time I or my friends have received our cars back they were in poor condition. Freshly replaced and painted bumpers were damaged by this body shop along with finding car parts in my trunk and brackets missing, broken ect. I have had to take my car back to them three times and my previous car back to them twice. Both my friends have received their cars back from them simply not fixed. I brought my car , a Porsche Taycan because my dealership Collection send me there as my rear bumper was detached . At first they told me the repair would cost around 3000 usd. Once i submitted the claim to my insurance all of a sudden the repair came up to close to 12000 usd. It took them up to 25 days to do the repair when originally was supposed to be 10 days. when i finally got my car , i realized once in my way that they did not put the license plate back and i got stop by the cop and got a fine!! really worse shop ever i dont understand how they are in business and how come they are certified by porsche. read more

I had the worst experience with Countach working on a Tesla I ask them to repair. They charge $150 and hour to work on Teslas. THis is highway robbery - most cars in the Model 3 price range have a labor rate of $45. Porches and Mercedes generally run $85. Exotics - Ferraris and Lamborghinis run $115. I moved my car to Rainbow Paint and body and they did a great job on the car. Highly recommend them. Don't take your Tesla to Countach. read more

Two words to describe: Unprofessional & SLOW. The repair deadline was pushed three times for a small accident for my Audi Q5. The first time it was pushed by a week, the second time it was pushed by another week and the third time, I am not sure yet as it was supposed to be ready today but they are pushing the deadline further again. This is very unprofessional. Usually when you call to complain you expect them to fix the problem, especially after such a delay, but they barely even apologized and just tried to blame everything on the insurance company. For a small accident, almost a month of repairs is a very long time!!! I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone unless you don't mind waiting for your car for longer than normal. We had a two month old Telsa that got broadsided on I-95, and decided to have it sent to Countach, since it was close to the Tesla dealer. As most people know, getting parts from Tesla is a slow process, but Betty at Countach took care to make sure we were informed every step of the way. She was absolutely fantastic in making sure the extensive repairs were handled perfectly. She was also a wealth of information on how we should handle claims, rental cars, etc. When we finally got our car back, it was literally as good as new. The repairs were perfect. You would never know it was in such a serious accident. I hope never to be a repeat customer at Countach, but if something does happen, we'll be looking for Betty! read more

Had a run in with some cones on the 112 late one night after a long day and ended up needing some work done on my BMW. My husband had heard good things about this place and since they are by the Collection, which sends a ton of business, we assumed they had plenty of experience working with higher end vehicles. Well, y'all know what assumptions lead to. First problem I had with them was that the deductible and any other payments had to be made in cash or check Only. I have no idea if that's the case in body shops usually but I find it odd for a successful business in a pretty decent area to not have more convenient methods of payment for their clientele. Whatever, my rental was waiting for me when I dropped off the car and I thought That was pretty nice so I didn't let the payment issue bother me. After the insurance did it's thing sending the appraiser a day or two later, we were told the car would be ready in about 10 days or so. On the 9th day, my husband calls to find out at what time the car would be ready so he can go pick it up. He is told it Won't be ready because there were pieces that hadn't arrived and they're waiting for and that caused a delay. Even though we hadn't gotten a Single phone call from the body shop to give us a heads up prior to this, we didn't freak out. We had a rental and weren't really expecting them to be "on time" since these things seem to always take longer than expected. It was a Thursday at this point and we were told that it would be ready by Monday. The week ends and Monday rears its ugly head yet again. We call the body shop that morning and are told the car still isn't ready because the parts Just got there but It will Definitely be ready by Wednesday, end of day. On Wednesday, my husband leaves work early to go pick up the car by end of day only to be told IN Person, the car was Still not ready. But For sure it'll be ready Thursday. Thursday rolls around and you already know what happened...I don't have to tell you. But I will cause I need to vent...the Car was Still not fkn ready!!! Finally Friday, after calling multiple times to verify, my husband was able to pick up the car at end of day. The car looked great, the paint job was matched perfectly from what we could tell. I am relieved because it was worth the wait. I go to sleep that night happy. Saturday rolls around and I jump in my sharp looking vehicle to go to work...and what do I see? My dashboard lit up...with warning lights of things that were either not working or with sensors that were not reset. We couldn't tell...It Still merited a visit back to Countach on Monday. Turns out it was both when the car was taken in Again. But why bore you Further with the deets!! To make a long story slightly less long, we had to return the car 3 more times for different sh*t that continued to pop up on 3 separate occasions. After paying them, paying the taxes on the Month rental and leaving work early multiple times to pick up the car...this has been Hugely inconvenient and costly. Yet I gave 2 stars. I did so because the paint job was good and the manager, though overwhelmed, was always very nice and felt genuinely apologetic. So, if you only have a paint issue and loads of time on your hands for the return trips...go to Countach. read more

I have quite a bit to say about Julien at Countach Body Shop, but let's make it short so that you read it. I was a complete unknown to this shop and they treated me like family. I do not recommend that you get into a car crash, but if you do get your vehicle to Countach and it will be the only part of the accident process that restores your faith in humanity. My car was fixed and restored as if the car belonged to the corporation. All communications were answered promptly and politely and most of all honestly and clearly. As I told Julien, if every business were run like this, there would be no need for consumer protection and the world would be a calmer, gentler place. If I would have an option to give this body shop 0 star, I will do it because this place is terrible. The reason I chose this body shop , it was because I had a car accident and Audi roadside assistance recommended us this place So the tow truck took my car there. Immediately I filled a claim to my insurance comp. Progressive and it was fine for them to let me select any body shop . A person who seemed to take care of our car in Countach Body shop his name was Julian. when we filled up the authorization form at this body shop with all the insurance company information like the claim number and etc, Julian said that they had been working with that insurance company before many of times and that there will be no problem at all. When I called Julian the day after to make sure everything was ok,Julian said that they were arranged already with the insurance company(progressive) and that there were no problem to start the job,that the estimate were fine for them. For a follow up I called Julian a week later and he told me to don't call him again that when the car is ready he will give us a call letting us know when the car will be ready to pick up. After a whole month of waiting, Julian called my husband that the car was ready, that the job was done, But there were a different of $795 that we had to pay because they charge $75 an hour and progressive pay $45 an hour. and for that reason the car can not be released .That the vehicle couldn't take home yet. My big surprise was that why he waited until the end to inform us that his rate is higher and different than the insurance company when he agreed in the first place with progressive estimate and Why he didn't inform us that he charges higher before starting the job. Julian told us that until we'll pay the $795 in addition with our deductible of $500, they will not release the car, vehicle.. That was very dishonest, rude of Julian in which he was acting in bad faith. Because we were ok with paying the $500 deductible, but not that extra money that he informed us after a whole moth later ,and after the car was done already and we couldn't have an option to take it to some other places, body shop. Because if he had informed me that before starting the job I'd would select a different place, not this Countach body shop. To me he is a very dishonest person. After a terrible battle with this shop that they held our car for more than a week after the car was ready, and costing me a lot of money the rental car , Julian released our car. Worst service I have ever received in my life! No one in the office can give an update on status except for Willie, who never calls back, when you do get him on the phone he never knows what is going on, he never has any update and always says he'll call back (again it never happens). The estimate said they would have the car back within 1.5 to 2 weeks... We are going on 5 weeks now and still nothing! Next time the insurance company recommends them, I will let them know what a terrible experience this was, and will request another body shop, one that respects customers when thy call for an update, and one that knows how to provide a more proper estimation on time. The delays have been caused by not checking the vehicle properly from the beginning. They were about to return the car, when they realized one of the rims was cracked and needed to be replaced...... Really shouldn't this have been seen when the vehicle arrived, considering the impact from the accident was on the wheel....... Ridiculous! Never again! This is the worst auto body place I have ever been to. They have messed up 2 of my cars. In my Mercedes they forgot to put the insulating padding in the door and it sounded hallow and tinny. It took many complains to get them to finally fix it. They messed up my ford so the door did not close right and it sound like a hurricane inside the car. Instead of trying to fix it, they just make excuses about how my car was below them and they could care less about fixing it right. Extremely rude people. The worst thing is that these guy somehow have shady deals network with insurance companies, auto dealers,etc... So if you ask anyone, they will always recommend Countach even though other auto repair shops are better and have 5 stars and less expensive, its always Countach no matter how poor job they do or how much they overcharge. I'm not sure if they give kick backs to these companies for referrals or if its kind of the emperior's new cloths in which people just get on the bandwagon because they see others doing it. I had a Porsche repaired at Countach late 2010, and after repairs were "complete", I realized within 24hrs of getting car back that 1) New headlight was not adjusted properly, 2) both power side mirrors were not connected 3) piece of new bumper fell off, 4) sunroof wouldn't close, 5) the car driven 75 miles while at the shop after someone said "I'll do you a favor and bring it to The Collection (for mechanical repairs) for you". It gets worse. After 3 trips back, everything seemed OK, then they "couldn't find" a receipt for new headlamp. I was told "we bought it from Collection and they can't find it. We are working on it". 5 phone calls and a month later, when I finally spoke to the owner, he admitted the guy lied to me - they never bought a new lamp! He claims they "had one lying around and used that". Of course, it looks the same to me, so I have doubts about whether it was even replaced. I will give the owner credit for calling me after my complaint letter, but he didn't do much. He did offer to fix anything else that went wrong, but I'd rather pay a place I can trust than ever visit Countach again. I strongly recommend going somewhere else. If you do pick Countach, get them to sign off on mileage, and agree to reimburse you for every trip back you need to make to get things fixed again (and again...and again). Also, have a 3rd party inspect all repairs, and ensure you get receipts for EVERYTHING. Be wary. read more

I did not think the car could be repaired like it was before, but Countach did it. My car looks beautiful, as if that accident was only a nightmare that never manifested. My BMW was painted in this workshop and they said that their paint job was guaranteed for 10 years and after 2 years the results are awful. I paid thousands of dollars for this horrible job. After I complain to them and then I report them to the Miami Dade County consumer protection. they arbitrate the claim and this company only agree to be responsible for half of the cost which I didn't took it because I was afraid to lost my money again with another horrible job. read more

The only reason I went here is because it was recommended by my insurance. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional, and they told me my car would be ready in a week, but it ended up taking around 1.5-2 weeks. The reason for that is because they ended up ordering a whole new door for my car without telling me. I had scraped up against a square concrete pillar and dented the bottom of my car door that took off some of the paint so the aluminum was showing. Before I went here, I went to some other places to get quotes. They were more expensive, but no one recommended I get another door installed. They said it wasn't necessary. But Countach went directly through my insurance to get more money. Once my insurance approved it, they ordered and installed it without telling me. Some transparency would have been nice. Also, when I went to pick up my car, they tried to get me to pay without seeing the car first. They also left a ton of scuff marks inside my car from their shoes and left a few tools in the cupholders of my backseat. Of course, my car looks great. But why wouldn't it when all they did was get an entirely new door? read more

Unprofessional facility recommended by The Collection. I went for an estimate on my new Porsche 911 for some body and paint work. First they are not the body shop for The Collection and they pretended they are. They made me wait outside in front of the shop in the meter for 15 minutes. The office is extremely small and the individuals that work there were very rude. They told me it would take 3-4 weeks because of the holidays and the price was way more than other shops in the area. They don't even have a website to review or just information. I would NOT ever go there again and I called The Collection to complain why they recommend this place. Horrible read more

We've had several cars repaired here over the years with great success. Recently my Acura TSX was badly damaged ($4k+). The work was done perfectly, and a great job on matching the paint. However, it took a LOT longer than expected, much of which was due to needed parts being sent by truck, not overnight, so this was a problem with the supplier, not Countach. Julian kept me informed the entire time, and I'm very happy with the results. Nice location so as I was without a car, I had easy access to public transport (MetroRail) a block away. Enterprise car rental is about another block away had I needed that. I'd certainly recommend Countach, and will use them again if I ever need work on my car. read more

I received a phone call today in response to my letter to the owner of Countach. Abraham is the person in charge of the operation, and he was extremely courteous and apologetic about the way I had been treated. He indicated that Julian had received a strong lesson in customer relations this morning, and that his company does not endorse this type of customer service. Abraham asked me to forward a copy of my bill from the dealership for the damage to my tires, and indicated I would be reimbursed for same. He even offered to have the reimbursement check hand-delivered to me. He asked that I deal directly with him if I decide to return to Countach (which he hopes I will). Given the reaction to my complaint, and the quality of the workmanship, I very may well be a return customer...but will never deal with Julian again! read more

Julian the rep assigned to our claim stated the vehicle arrived with black scratches in the front bumper which is not true the collision took place in the trunk; and then proceeded to say they painted it as a favor. How do you make these type of decisions without notifying your client and why would you take the responsibility of paining a scratch you didn't issue. They claimed to be experienced and in business for several years but if you review the customers feedback most of these reviews can easily conclude this company has no sense of customer service or work ethic. Dont USE EVER!!! On January 15th, 2015 at approximately 8PM, I was involved in an accident on Highway 836 which left my vehicle non-drivable. The vehicle was towed by Amazing Recovery LLC, which kept the vehicle overnight for transport to Countach Inc. on the morning of January 16th. As planned, the vehicle was taken to Countach Inc., a shop chosen because of its stellar reputation and its inclusion on the Audi approved list. In the meantime, State Farm Insurance, the insurance company for the driver who caused the accident, was in the process of establishing liability with their named insured. On January 20th, State Farm accepted liability and proceeded to make arrangements to repair the vehicle. This is when I was informed by State Farm that Countach Inc. was not a State Farm Select Service provider. I proceeded to make arrangements to have the car transported to a State Farm Select Service provider, Collision Solution, and obtained a bill from Countach Inc. for storage and administrative fees. When these fees were presented to State Farm Insurance, they refused to pay the full amount based on their opinion that the storage fees of $75 per day were exorbitant and beyond industry norms, and the administrative fee was not charged by other body shops. Since this was going to cause an out-of-pocket expense from me, I contacted Countach and spoke with Rebeca Arteaga and 'Betty' to negotiate the fees to no avail. I therefore decided to have Countach Inc. perform the repairs, in which case the storage fees and administrative fees would be waived. Subsequent to one of our conversations, Betty informed me that the owner no longer wished to make repairs to my vehicle, but that I still needed to pay their fees to have the car removed. So the situation was that I was willing to have Countach make the vehicle repairs and have the storage fees and administration fee waived, but was forced to pay the fees in order to remove the vehicle because of the owners refusal to perform the work. read more

I got rear ended on the Palmetto and the Towing Company that Audi Roadside service sent, Superior Towing, insisted that he HAD to take the car to Countach. It was 7:30pm so he said he would leave the car on his truck and drop it in the morning. I did not want my car repaired at Countach because I use a body shop next to my office but the Tow driver refused to take it there. I called Countach at 8:30 the next morning requesting that they release the car to my shop. They told me that I needed to email them a release and that the shop coming to get the car needed to bring a check to reimburse them for the tow for $350. Also if the car was not picked up by 10:00am they were also going to charge an additional $75 for storage + $250 for administration fee. Needless to say I could not get a tow truck there within their time limit so I had to pay $750 to get my car out of there. read more
