WARNING!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! My car was taken here after a minor issue and after a three month battle, where it ended up in worse condition that it was dropped off the car was totalled by my insurance. At this point they demanded more than the cars value in storage fees, even though they took all the time 'repairing' the car. My insurance wouldn't pay, they sold the car without giving me access to my personal belongings... and I'm out a car (and without a car no insurance settlement). Oh... and the car was then fixed and they apparently have friends at the DMV, as it was sold via a dealership on a clean title and someone is driving around with my car! THIEVES!!! read more

And they were like ok leave it here and we will fix it we need to talk to your insurance for that! Avoid this place. They are scammers and liars. They use tow truck drivers to trick people into taking their cars there. They kept my car for a full month without even touching it because according to them they "didn't have a technician to work on it". I was left with no rental and no car for an additional 32 days! I had to get an attorney to get my car back. Worst experience I've ever! They also refused to give me a receipt for the services saying that the insurance was the one to ask. But it was because they knew I had reported them to the better business bureau and I would need the receipt to finalize the complaint. They are awful and very unprofessional. No one apologized for the terrible service. They need to be shut down. read more

DO NOT EVER LET A TOW TRUCK BRING YOU TO THIS REPAIR SHOP AFTER AN ACCIDENT! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! I am currently helping a friend at my office in regards to an issue she has with with this repair shop. She had an accident a few months ago and unfortunately allowed a tow truck to tow her car to this shop after the accident. I have a copy of the repair shop estimate and they failed to fill out any of the necessary information that is to be included in the repair estimate including the most important thing--an estimate amount. After months of stalling and failing to repair the vehicle, the repair shop placed a mechanics lien on my friend's car and worked with a company named Affordable Title and Lien Inc. to take possession of her car and then auction it off. She didn't receive proper notice of their intention to file a lien and still has not received any paperwork to show that a lien was filed. They told her that they don't have her car and that there's nothing she can do. I looked up the car VIN and title and it looks like the car was recently registered under a new person but im in the process of requesting the details. I am in the process of piecing everything together and seeing how I can help her out but all I can say is that something is not right with this repair shop. Please don't take your car here or apparently these people will take it and sell it off without even providing notice. read more

My car was towed here after an accident for the night until it could get to the dealership the following morning. They charged me $400+ to literally have it parked there for 12 hours, no work, nothing. Itemized bill included a $150 fee because they "opened especially for my car at night," even though when I arrived there were 2 other customers there waiting. They also do not accept checks or credit cards. Something is seriously wrong with this business. read more

My mom had an accident this past weekend. Someone she knew recommended the body shop and that they would tow the vehicle there for repair. However, the next day when she saw the way she was mistreated, and how they did not allow her to see her car or pick up the baby car seat - Geico Insurance Adjuster who also witnessed this recommended that she take her car out of there. She proceeded to tell them that she would discontinue doing business as per her insurance adjuster advice. But literately within a few minutes of her signing the car release and driving out of the body shop she was called by a guy threatening her for wanting to take her car elsewhere. That is CRAZY!! This place should be audited for fraud. I'm going to report them to the state attorney office of consumer affairs if I hear her tell me she is harassed again. Worst experience ever! Took 45 days to fix my car with only $8000 in damage. No one ever picks up the phone and could not give accurate status of your car. They kept saying it is ready, and on the day for pick up, they would push back 3 days, and they did this for 4 times! And they do not accept checks or credit card. read more

Worse experience ever!!! They took over 2 MONTHS to fix my car. I got a notification from the insurance company saying that the rental period was over the 35 day limits. I called the bodyshop about this and they said not to worry, that they will cover any rental cost not paid by insurance. When the car was finally "fixed" they didn't want to pay for the remaining balance of the rental. If they would had been straight up with me from the beginning I would had terminated the rental at 35 days, now instead I have to pay over $800.00 of rental. They did a horrible job on fixing the car. My car came back with scratches that it didn't had before, and inside there were broken seat parts. And on top of everything everyone there has a really bad attitude. STAY WAY from this place! read more

Be careful with Towing companies appearing at the scene of the accident and suggesting you take it here. They have an app that tells them where an accident has been reported. Even if you choose to take your car elsewhere for repairs, the storage fees are sky high. They never have your file. They rarely answer the phone. The disregard your time and your property. They lie to the insurance. Personally, I waited 7 MONTHS and the day after... you guessed right. The light for my engine heating went on. Loose hose, leaking radiator. Oh man Do Not for any reason take your car to this place!!! If I could give this business less than one star I would. It is extremely unfortunate how this company works with absolutely no ethics. There is no customer service. The company thrives on scamming poor people out of their vehicles and milking insurance companies beyond belief! Little did I know what this place had in store for me. After my car accident, alone in the rain with my young daughter. My car would not turn on BECAUSE I was hit from behind by a speeding vehicle. I called roadside assistance provided by my company. The tow truck driver had my information in his hands and seemed nice. I then requested to take my car home, he already had my address written. He offered to take my baby and I as well. Anyway, on the way to my home he insisted that he does not work for my companies roadside assist. He said that the other tow truck driver yammed his pully so he took my call because he works directly for the car insurance lot. He said that if I were to take it directly to the United car insurance lot that the adjuster would resolve the issue promptly and that I would be provided a vehicle which I had NO responsibility to pay. He insisted on karma and how he was helping me because I was alone with my daughter in this situation with a concussion from the accident. I spoke to the ladies in the office and they also insisted that I do not need to pay for the rental and to not worry. IT WAS ALL A LIE... HE WORKS FOR THIS COLLISION CENTER indirectly and NOT with the insurance company. Not only was I stuck with the car rental bill, but they charged an arm and a leg to take the car out or repair it. My car is still at Transformers since 9/30/2015. Calling for updates in near impossible, I was told that they don't have the time to answer the phone and call people about their cars. The damage to my car was est to be 14 days, it's still not done as of 11/9/2015. I was told that the only way I can get updates is by email, that too has not been answered. When I reminded the front desk that my Ins. Only covered 30 days of rental, I was told that it wasn't their problem. The reviews written are all RIGHT!!! This place is the worst place to take you car. But i had no choice after my accident on a Sunday. The tow Truck took my car to this place and it turned out to be the biggest mistake ever. Customer service is horrible, everyone working are a bunch of liars. They never know when your car is going to be ready and what is left to do. After 34 days and four visits to the place, nothing with my car was resolved so I called and spoke with some rude unprofessional lady and set up a pick up date finished or not. They only except CASH or money order. SCAMMERS not trying to report their income to the IRS. They definitely need to be investigated by the US IRS. read more

I took my car to Transformers Collision Center after 2 horrible experiences with 2 other shops and it was a breathe of fresh air to finally find a body shop with employees whom know what is going on in the office and who were more than courteous and professional. They worked with me and helped me deal with the torture of having to contact the insurance company about the claim. I will definitely be referring my friends and family here and will always come here (hopefully I don't get into any other accidents) !!! read more

Got into a car accident in May. Tow truck came and made this place seem so great, how they would help me on the spot. Definitely a mistake I will learn from, nothing good comes easy in this world and I should've figured it was too good to be true. I didn't expect this car to be done in a week nor did I think it would take more then a month to fix. They kept telling me for next week and that went on for a month. After that I get a call during the week thinking my car is ready and they just wanted me to bring by the check the insurance sent me. I laughed cause I couldn't believe they would think I would do that. I never got into an argument with anyone there I just wanted my car back. Finally when it's ready they said it was washed and ready to pick up. The car was extremely dirty and I didn't want to be there ever again. If I were you I would not go to this place and do research before picking a body shop. Also they stole things from my vehicle. BEWARE read more

Worst body shop in all of south florida... actually all of florida! I was approched by a tow truck driver at my accident scene who introduced himself as a "geico" tow truck driver. He told me that he would take my car to a "geico" body shop another lie! When i get to the shop there are about 50 cars inside getting work done. Once inside i filled out some paper work and was on my way. The next day i call my insurance and asked them about the shop i left my car in. They told me they wer NOT in any way or form a geico shop or a geico tow truck driver. Next day i went to the shop to have my car released and signed the release form and they were suppose to have my car released the next day but they refused to let me know how much it would be to have the car realesed so i had to go in person again!! For them to tell me it was $1200 to have just had my car parked there for 4 days (it was a long weekend) please do yourself a favor and run far away from here! I have since filed a report to consumer protection. if something like this happend to you here please file a report as well lets get this place shut down for good! read more

Do your self a favor and never go to this place. I had an accident at night & all the body shops were closed. The tow truck driver recommended this place. It's a run down shop that is very disorganized and full of roaches. I came the next day to have my car removed & taken to another shop & they charged me 3 day storage fee of $240, one day of yard fee of $100, administration fee of $150, late night fee of $150, tow truck fee of $137, for a grand total of $831.39 for opening up at 8PM putting the car in the yard & did not even provide a quote. This shop is the reason we pay more for insurance. The shop is the perfect example of fraud insurance. They should be put out of business. read more

Stay away!!! This place sells you a bunch of bull only to not kept their word and they keep your car for a really long time. My insurance set up for me to get towed to an approved body shop. When the tow truck got there, the driver said he had a better place he could take me that would have my repairs done in less than 3 days, and that i would also be provided with a car to drive around while the repairs where being done. They had my car for a month!! They sent me to Hertz to get a rental, then when the rental company started calling me saying that my rental hadnt been returned, Tranformers said that they said they would only pay for 10 days of rental coverage and that they had me on camera agreeing to it. That was was a lie because such conditions were never agreed to or even uttered. I told them to let me see it and they never spoke of it again. When I got my car back the contents of my glove box were thrown on the floor of my back seat, my car charger was broken, there was a new charger and an aux cord I'd never seen plugged into my car, and there were a few scratches on my car that hadnt been there when I brought it it. Oh and lets not forget, it's been almost 3 months and they still haven't paid Hertz. I am now getting calls and letters from Hertz saying that they've sent me into collection for $600. I've called Transformers multiple times and left messages with whoever answers the phones and have yet to get any kind of contact back from the manager. read more

This place along with the tow truck company they work with needs to be shut down immediately!!!.on 11/24/2016 I was involved in a car accident so after the cops did everything they had to do the tow truck guys came out I asked them if I could have my car towed to my house the two tow truck guys told me I would be charged 300 dollars but if I had my car towed to a shop in the area it would be much cheaper which was a huge lie I get there and I sign several papers including a release form so that my insurance company could come and get my car. so Monday comes and I tried calling them just to double check that I did indeed sign the release form, but calling them was a waste of time I was told to hold on and all I heard in the background was laughing and talking and I had to hang up. so I decided to drive back to there office before I took my rental back. when I got there I told one of the ladies that I came back to double check all of my paperwork to make sure I signed the release papers so that my insurance company wouldn't have any issues with getting my car from them one of the ladies comes out with my files she shows me a form with my signature so I believe that it is indeed the release form. on Tuesday afternoon my insurance adjuster calls and tells me that he was informed by transformers collision center that I never signed the release which was a total lie. I called the shop to find out what was going on they wasn't any help the lady I spoke to tried to bad mouth my insurance company. on Wednesday I had to miss work i had to borrow my brothers car so i can go back to transformers collision center to sign the release form which didn't make any since because i had already signed it. once i arrived i asked a lady about signing the release form and she hands me a totally different form i just signed it and left. once i got home my insurance company called to inform me that transformers collision center was charging me $1,027 which doesn't include towing fees which is outrageous according to my insurance company. read more
