After being quoted some of the most ridiculous fees by so-called legitimate body shops in Miami…read more(Nothing more than exaggerations and lies) and feeling hesitant about trying this auto body shop, I took the chance based on a friend's recommendation who also used their services, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience at FIXBODYCAR in Opa-Locka. When I arrived at their location on NW 32nd Ave, my concerns were put to rest by being transparent and asking for more reasonable prices for their work product. What truly stood out about this shop was how it delivered on its promises in an industry where reliability and honesty can be hit-or-miss; FIXBODYCAR proved otherwise. The team took the time to explain their process and kept me informed throughout the repair work. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail was evident in the final result. The facility and Its location in Opa-Locka is a somewhat rustic workspace. Nevertheless, the work-product costs and turnaround time were reasonable, and there were no surprise costs or hidden fees--everything was transparent from start to finish. In an Ocean full of grifters... Fixbodycar was without question, pleasant surprise.

Outstanding attention to detail, high standards & quality of work as well as EXCEPTIONAL customer service. They have consistently good reviews for good reason. Their prices were 2/3 of what dealership was asking for same service. VERY PROFESSIONAL, work by appointment & get you in & out like a race pit crew. I had a mishap with a defective part that cracked while getting 20,000 mile maintenance service & they replaced it incredibly quickly at no charge to me with minimal inconvenience. They are A 'WELL OILED MACHINE'! I highly recommend them.

I just needed an oil change on my Porsche SUV and I didn't want to deal with the dealer, who isn't…read morethat close to me, anyway. I reached out to MasterClass and they were happy to take the car that day. Later in the day, I received a price quote that was very high for a standard inspection and oil change - 3 times what the dealer wanted to charge me. I messaged them back and told them that I would collect the car as the price was too high and they re-quoted it to just include a standard oil change/fluid top-up, no other diagnostics or inspections. That was more reasonable, but still slightly higher than the dealer. Despite the pricing, service and professionalism was excellent. The job was done very quickly and my car was washed and shining clean when I picked it up. Their advisors were extremely friendly and I received a nice hand-written note afterward. The facility seems clean enough to eat off the floor. I'll keep them at 5 stars despite the pricing because I know that they don't really specialize in basic oil changes. They're not trying to compete with the dealers or gas station down the street. Asking for an oil change here is like asking a heart surgeon to put a band-aid on your cut. You can see by the cars that they service and their reputation that they know what they are doing. I will most certainly consider them for more advanced work in the future.

I have a very low mileage 10 year old Prius that needed a lot of cosmetic work. I took it to Maaco for an estimate but then read the horrendous reviews on Yelp. I took it Touch of Class and couldn't even get them to give me an estimate. I found Y&H through the magic of Yelp and got a quote from them based off of pictures. When I dropped the car off for the work, Angel suggested some additional work that I agreed to because the pricing was great. I received photos from Angel while the car was being worked on, putting my mind at ease that I would get my car back on time. It took one week to hammer out the dents, completely paint the car, change out the brake pads, clean the engine and detail the interior! That's it, just one week! When I went to get the car, it looked brand new! I was so nervous driving it home, LOL! Bonus - the Uber driver that dropped me off there needed body work, so Angel was able to give her an estimate right then and there! The body work and paint job cost $2,000, and the brake pads, engine cleaning and interior detailing was an additional $360. I thought this was a bargain for very high quality, FAST work! Angel was a pleasure to work with and he made this process very easy!

Last month, I was involved in a minor fender bender. While driving through an intersection, the car…read moretraveling parallel to mine (literally right next to me) changed lanes into the right side of my car. Turns out the driver-at-fault only had a learner's permit. Minor damage was visible on the right side of my car and there was noticeable separation where the front bumper meets the side fender. It turned out that the side fender shifted just a bit toward the passenger door and it was discovered that the door and the fender started to rub against each other. Whenever I opened the passenger door, it made a loud rubbing/bending type of sound which was none too pleasant. I brought my car into Jonathan's Body Shop to get it checked out for a price quote and met with a gentleman named Janeiro. I knew beforehand of Jonathan's being a GEICO-authorized body shop which, to me, lends some credibility regarding their work. That being said, Jonathan's likely won't be the lowest price quote you'll find in the area. But, I wanted the job done right since the driver-at-fault was paying for the damages. Janeiro advised me of his recommendations to 1) fix the scratches by using the same factory paint that he was able to acquire 2) replace a couple of the plastic pieces on the fender around the wheel 3) adjust the side fender away from the passenger door to prevent the rubbing. I took a couple of days to decide, but ultimately went along with Janeiro's quote and I must say that the process went pretty smoothly. I turned my car in on a Thursday and picked it up the very next day which was nice because they're normally pretty busy. In the end, I was very pleased with the work that Jonathan's Body Shop performed on my car. Honestly, it now looks like nothing ever happened to it in the first place. And the passenger door opens perfectly fine without a sound. I ended up having to come back to Jonathan's that same Friday after I picked it up because they forgot to reconnect my front turning signal lights which I guess had been disconnected when they performed the work. They told me to bring it back in and they reconnected the lights while I waited a few minutes. Overall, I recommend this place if you want quality body work done on your vehicle. Again, they won't be the cheapest, but it's rather reasonable.
