So I took my car trusting that they would give me honest service. They stole from me repeatedly. I have a BMW 528 and it takes only 5 quarts of oil. I am a single woman and have no clue on car mechanics. They took advantage of my lack of knowledge and repeatedly they charged me 8 quarts of oil for my oil service. This type of behavior is despicable and very sad that business people will treat their customers with such dishonesty. They also would double bill me for certain checkups that could be done simultanously. I used to complain but the receptionist at the front desk would lie to me with a straight face. I absolutely LOVE and trust them! The staff is so nice and their small office is clean and tidy. I normally deal with a female receptionist who is kind and detailed about the service needed for my BMW. She even sent me pictures and emailed me a quote for convenience. I've compared the price and service to the BMW South on US1. I'd much rather go to gold wings. The quality of service you receive is the highest I've ever experienced. They have even called and paid for an Uber to pick me up and take me home when needed. Who does that? As a female client, I've felt taken advantage of in other servicing companies. Great shop for your BMW or Mercedes, they do excellent work. Owner Alex will tell you everything your car needs repaired and the cost, it's up to you after that. Good honest work and fixed on a reasonable time frame. Some people are always wary of car mechanics, I've had several BMWs serviced and diagnosed at both Miami dealers, and find Gold Wing to give me the same diagnoses and quality. I've never had a problem with Gold Wing, and while not cheap, their prices are less than that of dealers. While you car is serviced if you need a ride, they will call you a Uber or Lyft. read more

Can't believe this place has no reviews! They specialize in BMW and Mercedes and are very reasonable and fair with their pricing. We all know you get ripped off at the dealer so I am so glad I found them. They are also very prompt with repairing your car unlike the dealer. I took my Mercedes there and they performed routine maintenance that Mercedes wanted to charge me double for. They also offer to drop you off or pick you up as a free service when you leave your car for repair which was a huge plus. The best thing about this place is the lady that works in the front (don't know her name) as she is so nice and went above and beyond to help me with my car and explained everything so thoroughly. After the maintenance they realized my car needed the shock absorbers replaced and instead of trying to get me to do it there she told me that my warranty would cover it and to call Mercedes directly and insist they fix it even if they tried not to. I took her advice and Mercedes did reluctantly fix my car at no charge and their original diagnosis was right on target. Got quoted $2,757 for removing and replacing valve cover gasket, oil filter housing, oil cooler gasket and oil pan for my 335i BMW. Went to Gables Sportechs LLC and paid not half but 1/4 of the price. Not only did I save money, they did a great job on my car and I got treated like family. I love Gables Sportechs LLC. Gold wing motors are way overpriced and they only care about money. read more

My 2001ML 55 with very low mileage would just stall with all the warning lights going on while driving.The alarm would go off for no reason in the middle of the night as well and the a/c controls didn't work. I took it to several specialty shops around Miami without anyone diagnosing the problem. I actually put it up for sale even though I wanted to keep it forever. As a last ditch effort I took it to Gold Wing. They researched with other electronic experts along with using their computer analysis and were able to diagnose all the problems and fix them all. I went into Gold Wing to address some engine trouble and and an oil change for my 2009 Smart. A couple of days later I get a call: they claimed whoever previously worked on the car had over-tightened the oil pan plug, and the threads were stripped when they attempted to unscrew it. Not sure if there's supposed to be some sort of protocol an experienced mechanic deals with over-tightened bolts (and possibly just blindly using rachets), but now an $100 oil change had become a $1100 oil pan replacement. By the way, the estimate I was quoted over the phone: $800. It's important to note that I was not offered nor given a written estimate either. I decided to call up the accused to get their side of the story. This is the place where I usually get my oil changed. They tell me that's impossible - they use calibrated, Snap-On torque wrenches and follow specified torque values for all car oil pan plugs. They have never had a problem with any of their clients in this regard, including myself. This is where I have usually gotten my oil changed for the last six years and I have absolutely no reason to doubt them. What they added of note is what Gold Wing was doing is highly suspect. read more

They will tell you when something must be done immediately and when a repair can hold off some time. Terrible !!! Brought my Benz , they change the battery and now my radio do not work , they say they can't fix the code . . .? Damage my windshield they were working , now they don't work they say they don't know what happened? , they did a tune up , now it shows they put to much oil, they say just to keep driving it , that eventually it will go away ? When I picked up the car the trunk was stuck ,did not closed , they say ,they do not know what happened , ? Had to bring it back to show them the trunk , they had to fix it, the rest , nothing was fix , now the car makes a lot of noise when I brake , it was not like that !,,, they say it has nothing to do with the tune up , at the end of the day , they win because customers can't do anything about it paid close to $2,000.00 will never come back , you go there with one problem and leave with more problems .
