They failed to properly balance my tires and tried to upsell me on an unnecessary service. I went to another location, and they fixed the issue without any problems. Disappointing experience here. read more

Took my car in for first time for service because wasn't running in 4 cylinders. Told by the front desk young man and mechanic that my car engine had oxygen and that it's beyond repair! Then they proceed to tell me they would buy the car! Following day I took my car to the dealer and fixed problem for about $150. My car is running till this day and this incident happened over a year ago. Stay away from this place. They have crooks as employees. read more

Since I've moved out to Miami this has been my go to mechanic. A friend referred me to Johan and I've had a great experience thus far. Whatever the issue is they are quick to take care of it and mention cost before proceeding on work. Alex at the desk always make sure my car is in good hands. The overall cost of service for my car is typically always good and most work done has warranties on it so if you have an issue on job they did you can get it fixed for free. They also work on tires and alignment which 1 time they didn't handle my car the best but that 1 time out of several great visits. These guys are good and legit if ever need your car taken care in the Miami area they're definitely the ones to go to. read more

Completely unreliable, rude and unprofessional I came in for a used tire after experiencing a flat tire on the highway moments before. A used tire was installed. Within 30 minutes of leaving the shop the tire that was just installed was on the flat. I had to stop at two different gas stations to put air in the tire to make it back to the shop. Once I got here they said they didn't have the tire and gave me a refund. They didn't even check the tire that was installed before installing it in my car. Do not trust their service! read more

Gramenzi auto 2 is the best mechanic shop in Miami. Johan the manager was excellently he knew the answer to every question and his prices where 50% less than all the other mechanic shops I have visit. Also I end up buying tires for my car. they gave me great price and 0% financing overall this shop is a A++++ thank you johan for a great service. read more

I brought my GF's Bmw here, to get the alignment done after i had installed new tires and new suspensions. When i got the car back home i noticed the car was significantly pulling to the right... Bringing the car back they said the new tires needed to get 'used to the alignment' ?? And I should drive it for a couple of weeks?? Well after couple of weeks of course nothing changed and I brought the car back... They adjusted something and gave me the car back.. This time the car was slightly better, but STILL pulling to the right! ..so AGAIN, I went back to the store the next day and told them the car is still pulling. After a test drive performed with the mechaninc that confirmed the issue, the Manager/Owner (not sure) tells me these cars don't have a 'cast' adjustment and he cannot do anything to fix it and he starts to look in to business cards to recommend me another place to go?! At this point I told him about the $$ we just spent and to my surprise he didn't even flinch or offer a refund for a job that was not done properly!! After leaving pissed for the time and $$ lost, i brought the car to MIAMI CHASSIS and fixed the problem in 20m. Bad Business. Be aware. read more

I've had a good experiences here with my car. The price is much better than other places (was recommended to me by employee of a major corporate chain). I brought the car in to get some leaky tires checked out and possibly by some new rims. They could have charged a lot and sold me new rims, but they were straight up in telling me the rims are fine on the inside, and it was simply leaky valves that needed replaced. They replaced them quickly and cheaply. They've also replaced my brake pads and shoes for a fraction of the price compared to other places. The manager was very nice to me, always leveled with me and never tried to up sell or nickle and dime me. Fortunately I haven't had any major problems with my car, but for routine and minor problems they've certainly got the job done efficiently and at a good price point. read more
