This was after I hit the curb a few days back and my car was making a weird noise while driving. This visit cleared that up and they assured me things looked good in the inspection. Alan was my mechanic and was very helpful. Even reprogrammed my old rim's air pressure sensor to the new rim I bought elsewhere. Prices are good, everyone works hard and honestly.

I came in for a simple oil change, and shortly after leaving the shop, my vehicle started making a strange noise. After checking, I noticed that the lower engine splash shield had been left loose, apparently due to a mechanic's mistake during the service. When I returned to the shop, I spoke with Carlos, who seems to be in charge, and I was told that I had to wait in line again like any other customer just to have the screws tightened--even though this issue was clearly caused by their own mistake. Since this was not my fault, I believe they should have given me priority and fixed the problem immediately, instead of making me wait again. On top of that, the vehicle was overfilled with oil, which is very concerning and could potentially cause engine damage. This experience shows a lack of attention to detail and poor customer service. I strongly recommend that anyone visiting this location be very careful and double-check their vehicle before leaving the shop.

Went for an estimate (3rd estimate because the first two gave us differing issues) for wheel…read morealignment and to check for a wiggle in the tires. There were 2 ladies at the reception desk who were less than friendly. We had been to a couple other places before for an estimate and they were super friendly in comparison (Treads near Dadeland and Perez Auto on Bird Road). After waiting one hour (they had told us no more than 30 minutes) I saw the car parked so I asked one of the ladies the status. She said, very huffily, we are trying to contact bmw for the parts price. This without telling us what the issue was. Well, in the end the cost was close to 1200 for non bmw parts. The other place (Perez) quoted us $800. And they took less than 15 minutes for a free estimate. These people wanted $45 for the estimate but they didn't tell us that before. Of course we didn't pay. And we took the car to Perez. You really do have to get at least 3 estimates. The first two never charged us and took less than 15 minutes. I do not think I will go to Miller Auto Care in the future.
