DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY SERVICE. Went here for a simple tire plug for a nail and this incompetent shop either forgot to put the nuts back on or did it incorrectly. When driving the tire started shaking and almost completely came off. Lucky for me I was not driving on the high way and could drive slowly until I was able to pull over. After this happened the shop did not answer any of my phone calls. If I was driving fast on a main road this would've caused a serious accident and injured me and others. They should be expecting a lawsuit from me after I find out the total damage and cost of repairs for my car. If you care about yourself or others, go literally anywhere else. Very impressed. We're from out of state and had a car issue while staying at a B&B in Little Havana. The owner-manager worked us in with no appointment, and his guy quickly diagnosed our problem as something that would be covered under Ford's powertrain warranty. He recommended that we have it towed to a Ford dealership for the warranty repair Then they charged us nothing for diagnosing the problem, even though it required putting it on a lift and disassembling the under-carriage cover. I even called them and I can see them working besides the ringing phone they just didn't pick up! I waited 10min in front door and they saw me but no one even come out to talk with me. When you're trying to find a new mechanic in a new city, it's hard to pick and choose. The owner is nice, always gives out what repairs are needed to be done and gives a price of the work BEFORE doing it. I've had my Honda in here and they did an excellent job on it. Maybe a year and a half later, I took my Chevy Impala to them because of the great work they did on my Honda. Now the reason for the 3 stars is because I shelled out $700 to fix a problem with the coolant not properly cooling the engine down. It was first about $400 and change including labor during the original job. They're pretty quick with repairs. It only took about 5 hours for whatever they did. Got there took the car back, the owner (who is really nice) said if there was anything still wrong with it, to bring it back. So I'm driving back home, and the issue was not fixed. I called the shop back sent them a video of the still unfinished job. I was told to being the car back so they can get it done. I bring it back the next day and he tells me that I had to put out another $180 for something to fix the coolant issue. I regrettably fork over my hard earned money to them expecting the car to be fine. But no, again the issue is the same. It got to the point where my wife tells me that I've been duped. It really sucks that this happens. And now that I think about it, this review is going to get two stars because the second time the car was left for repairs, I couldn't pick it up because of work, so I had my wife go pick the car up after work cause she works a few blocks away. She later tells me when she got home, that the mechanics there were cat calling her and looking at her in a disgusting way when she went to pick up the car. 1. Please be honest with repairs because after spending $700, the coolant issue is still not fixed. 2. Having the mechanics cat calling women on the property will help you lose customers. I hope the $700 helped you guys in some way, because I took a loss on both ends. read more

All in all a great experience. My only complaint was the hour wait for the estimate after he said it would only be a half hour. It's a little dirty, like any garage, so no fancy waiting room, but they gave an honest estimate (I called all the top rated garages on yelp to check) and they finished when they said they would. Everyone I dealt with spoke great English, which I was thankful for. I paid $281 for a gasket cover and spark plug wire replacement and then $150 to have the brakes replaced. Was very comparable to what was estimated everywhere else. I asked for them to have it done by noon and they were right on time and right on estimate. For an English-speaking girl in Miami getting honest and clear auto service is no easy task. I was very happy with my experience here and will def go back again, but hopefully not too soon! read more

I badly needed new brakes as mine were screeching and scraping. I dropped off my car early in the morning, they gave me a ride to work on Brickell, and picked me back up around lunchtime. I did not have a good experience here. First, they tried to charge me $75 for an oil change which I think is outrageous-it's more than I pay at the Lexus dealer. Secondly, they quoted me a half hour wait so I decided to stay and wait instead of coming back. This turned into almost an hour and a half wait. Lastly, they couldn't figure out how to remove the change oil light on my vehicle. If they don't have the technical competency to deal with luxury vehicles, they have no business servicing them, and moreover, charging outrageous prices. read more

its really hard to find honest auto service in Miami. but this place is very helpful friendly and definitely they don't try to rip you off. i have hyundai accent causing me problems a lot because i drove it from Maine to here. This guys give free diagnostic and best advises, no charge.. a few times they fixed my car very reasonable price. and also they have shuttle service if you live close by miami.
