    Very Happy with the service, Robert was great, highly recommend this body shop the customer service and time to complete the job was amazing,and most importantly the damage my vehicle had was repaired as if it never happened.

    3300$ CASH in damage no insurance document needed to be repair 8/2022

    Be careful, first I want to clarify that I was already in this body shop in June 2022 and they treated me ok nothing special!! but it seems that it was due to the magnitude of the repair see pic from 2022! They never asked me for any document or report from any insurance corp, they gave me an estimate at the moment for $3,500 for changing only the bumper and polishing the hood, when I offered him CASH$$ they reduced it by 7% which is the TAX, I still have that reciept just in case you want to discuss!!, and when I went to pick up my car when I opened the hood and at first glance boom!! It was painted badly and if I didn't open it I wouldn't have realized that they did it wrong, that day I had to leave the car and return the next day!! bad for me!!. Today 11/20/2023 I went to get an estimate for a smaller dent see pic2, which at first glance means little money, I asked the guy who I think is the owner's son,if he can explain to me how they did the repair, if they filled in the 1/2 inch with bond or not?, and it seems that he didn't like my question, he turned around and said that "we started the talk on the wrong foot" and that they only work with insurance!!!! INTERESTING!!! I called him back over and asked him to listen to me because he treated me very badly and he continued towards the office, I went in and asked the man who was at the reception that I am 99% sure that he is the owner, why do they have someone who disrespects the customers like that? We went out because supposedly my tone of voice went up and there were people waiting for something that didn't suit them, we went out and when he saw the damage and explained to me what they were doing I still received bad treatment after my questions once again!! You guys are both very wrong!! no one should be treated badly due to the magnitude of the damage on a car!! but if you don't see enough money it seems like you mistreat customers!! You are in the USA, not in the 3world communist countries!!, next time be more polite, tomorrow you or some one in your family may be the ones who need a doctor for lack of air or distress!! I wish you to be treated the same way you treat your customers!! I don't give them -10 stars because I can't, if you have personal problems, leave them at home!!! NEVER AGAIN check your damn video cameras and see who was the first disrespectful As..l They already replied to my daughter saying we were the rude ones, even though all I asked was if they did it with bond because I didn't want it done that way and he didn't like that question. A mi no me van a putear.

    Accidents occur... in this case, it turned out to be an extremely good experience. I was expecting difficulties filing a claim and getting my car repaired. I can't express enough gratitude for the willingness to help from this collision repair center! Easy procedure, stress free service and professional results is what you can expect at West Kendall Collision! Your team exceeded expectations and you earned my loyalty! No offense, but hopefully I won't be back. If I do need a future repair, I have no concerns because I know exactly where to go! Thanks again!

    Amazing results!!! I took my suburban to get some dents and a paint job for one of the sides and they did an impressive job, the were fast and delivered the SUV in the time frame that I required!!

    Easy as pie. Great experience during hardship. Very responsive and the car looked impecable when done.

    Went in to get my bumper replaced and I got it done but the taillights were damaged and the clips holding the whole trunk too. Horrible job and cheaply done. When I came back to tell them, they started being supper aggressive and told me that I was at fault of breaking them and started blaming me for using a different color nut since they only use black but I caught them lying when every single nut on the taillight was chrome after they installed it back. That triggered them really badly and caused them to start cursing me out and the owner of the shop came out to kick me out to the point where he pushed me against my car and I called the police. Horrible shop, if you want the cheapest jobs and worst service be sure to come by so you can talk to the temperature iq people in there.

    Excellent work, professional and reliable. My rear bumper was hit and they replaced the bumper and matched the paint perfectly. Recommend!

This happened 3 times so I gave up. Now giving them another chance and still no one showed or contacted me letting me know not to wait around. Cannot support a company that does this. I have tried to use this service 5 times and 1/5 times someone Actually comes. Not to mention the one time they did show it was late and the tech added a service they thought I needed and I was then charged another $100 ‍ , I just wish they would be honest if someone isn't going to be coming let me know , I've wasted so much time. Edit: now they text saying the appointment is for the following day when the previous text confirms it was for today. Assuming since no one showed they rescheduled me AGAIN. While searching for a team to transform my interior of my Maserati, I visited/interviewed many shops in Florida. The honest ones refused to submit a quote. By their own admission, the job I needed done was detailed and they did not feel "qualified" or "up to" the task. To be completely honest, some did not even know how to spell Maserati GranTurismo. I really thought I was at a dead end until I happened to find Bahamas Upholstery & Marine Canvas' website. When I was viewing their photo gallery, I was surprised to see photos of Maseratis. With nothing to lose, I gave them a call. Within minutes of speaking to William (the owner), I knew his company was going to do the job. He mentioned items about my car that only a seasoned craftsman with extensive Maserati knowledge would know. Since I lived 4 hours away from the shop, I sent him photos of my interior. Within a day he followed up with a phone call to iron out some details. He provided a realistic quote and a sincere commitment to my 100% satisfaction. Early the next week, I drove my car to his shop in Miami. While driving, I was concerned that once he saw the car, the price would increase. That was not the case. The transformation should have taken at least 8 weeks. William's entire team worked on the car day, night and weekends. The process lasted four weeks (one week sooner than originally quoted) William was in constant communication. Every few days I would get updated videos and phone calls. I would get text messages and videos as late as 10PM. It was truly a collaborative effort. It was a give and take of ideas with several important elements; my complete and total satisfaction and happiness. So today I picked up my GranTurismo and it was a jaw dropping moment. My Maserati has NEVER looked so great!!! I am sincerely indebted to William and his team who worked on my car at Bahamas Upholstery & Marine Canvas. Their attention to detail was amazing. My car looks better than when it rolled off the assembly in Modena Italy. The team at Bahamas Upholstery & Marine Canvas are true artists and perfectionists.
