First of all: it's extremely clean. It's a family business and they are very professional (dad,Robert. his wife and sons). We have been there twice for their services and more than satisfied. No problem with our insurance and they provide rental facility with Enterprise. If it's collision work you need, this is the place to go. read more

Found this body shop near my home through Yelp. Friendly service and quick too. Ok, so my damage wasn't too bad but I had my car back in two days. They did a great job on my car. Too bad I don't have the before photos to show the work this body shop did. read more

West Kendall Collision - A scratch, what scratch! Looks great. - Body Shops Near Me - Miami, Florida

My car was hit and the rear bumper was damaged. I checked a few nearby body shops and decided to go with WKC. Robert Sr inspected the car and gave me a printed estimate. The professionalism convinced me (not the price). It took them a few days to get the replacement bumper cover. The work was done in 8 hrs!! The paint matched very well. It was clean when done. Robert Jr. handled the work with me and he is very pleasant and professional. I am convinced they have done a good job for me. And I will go to them for body work in the future, if needed but hope I never will.... read more

Very easy to work with. Got the mental car through them. The car was ready exactly when they said it would be. All employees were very very nice read more

Be careful, first I want to clarify that I was already in this body shop in June 2022 and they treated me ok nothing special!! but it seems that it was due to the magnitude of the repair see pic from 2022! They never asked me for any document or report from any insurance corp, they gave me an estimate at the moment for $3,500 for changing only the bumper and polishing the hood, when I offered him CASH$$ they reduced it by 7% which is the TAX, I still have that reciept just in case you want to discuss!!, and when I went to pick up my car when I opened the hood and at first glance boom!! It was painted badly and if I didn't open it I wouldn't have realized that they did it wrong, that day I had to leave the car and return the next day!! bad for me!!. Today 11/20/2023 I went to get an estimate for a smaller dent see pic2, which at first glance means little money, I asked the guy who I think is the owner's son,if he can explain to me how they did the repair, if they filled in the 1/2 inch with bond or not?, and it seems that he didn't like my question, he turned around and said that "we started the talk on the wrong foot" and that they only work with insurance!!!! INTERESTING!!! I called him back over and asked him to listen to me because he treated me very badly and he continued towards the office, I went in and asked the man who was at the reception that I am 99% sure that he is the owner, why do they have someone who disrespects the customers like that? We went out because supposedly my tone of voice went up and there were people waiting for something that didn't suit them, we went out and when he saw the damage and explained to me what they were doing I still received bad treatment after my questions once again!! You guys are both very wrong!! no one should be treated badly due to the magnitude of the damage on a car!! but if you don't see enough money it seems like you mistreat customers!! You are in the USA, not in the 3world communist countries!!, next time be more polite, tomorrow you or some one in your family may be the ones who need a doctor for lack of air or distress!! I wish you to be treated the same way you treat your customers!! I don't give them -10 stars because I can't, if you have personal problems, leave them at home!!! NEVER AGAIN check your damn video cameras and see who was the first disrespectful As..l They already replied to my daughter saying we were the rude ones, even though all I asked was if they did it with bond because I didn't want it done that way and he didn't like that question. A mi no me van a putear. read more

Excellent work, professional and reliable. My rear bumper was hit and they replaced the bumper and matched the paint perfectly. Recommend!

Brought my truck there that had some damage from debris that fell off a truck on the highway. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. Also did an excellent job with the body and paint work read more

HORRIBLE customer service. I got inside the reception desk area and the lady is on the phone for 5 minutes helping another customer and doesn't even acknowledge my presence. A "Hi, welcome to X. I will be with you shortly." would've been appreciated. I then step outside to see if I can grab one of the workers and someone comes out. He seems annoyed and says "Next time please make an appointment when requesting a quote." I responded "I will gladly do so" and walked away. I WILL NEVER call them back to make an appointment. They just lose my business. First impression are EVERYTHING. read more

You know that Body Shop's have a bad reputation for bait and switch. Promising that can do the work at one price then after they have your car the price changes... well not at West Kendall Collision - family owned and operated. Honest Honest Honest. You will have piece of mind that the job is done right, at the price quoted and when they promised. Highly recommend them. read more

Both times I was sent here for fender-bender repairs, I was given a few days' estimation and each took longer than a week. Additionally, when they fixed my front bumper, my front right light was returned non-functional and when my rear bumper was replaced, my brake lights were not connected at all. When I came back to have my "lifetime-guarantee" work corrected, both the owner and his sassy little worker say "light bulbs burn out, we don't guarantee those." That being said, I didn't pay for either time here at West Kendall Collision thanks to Geico but even still, what a terrible customer service experience! I will absolutely not be coming here again and I will do my part to prevent everyone I know from doing the same. read more

Went in to get my bumper replaced and I got it done but the taillights were damaged and the clips holding the whole trunk too. Horrible job and cheaply done. When I came back to tell them, they started being supper aggressive and told me that I was at fault of breaking them and started blaming me for using a different color nut since they only use black but I caught them lying when every single nut on the taillight was chrome after they installed it back. That triggered them really badly and caused them to start cursing me out and the owner of the shop came out to kick me out to the point where he pushed me against my car and I called the police. Horrible shop, if you want the cheapest jobs and worst service be sure to come by so you can talk to the temperature iq people in there. read more

If I could give it no stars I would. I had brought my car into this shop about a year and a half ago to get it repaired and it was an ok experience (they failed to paint the under part of my bumper). I went back again this week to ask for an estimate as somebody hit my car, and was, from the second I stepped out my car, greeted by the rudest employees ever. From the beginning they had told us they only work under insurance, but were so quick to take $3,000 from me last time in CASH. We didn't mind getting it repaired under insurance as that was the plan, but it seemed as they judged from the get go. After we told the owner about the disrespect from the first employee, they all came outside to continue to disrespect me even more even though all I asked was if the car would be repaired with bond (it shouldn't be as it can chip horribly within a year) & the owner continued to say we threatened them They steal your money here unfortunately and are unwilling to repair less major damages. read more

Highly recommend this shop. These guys run legitimate business. A1 customer service, great quality work and good turn around no bs!

Had to have my car repaired after a minor accident and was referred to West Kendall Collision by my insurance company. I dropped off my car Friday and it was done Monday afternoon. Fast service & looked brand new. They do a great job. Highly recommend them if you're in need of body work. read more

Great customer service and very professional! They really made the process very smooth for me.

I did not use this place even though they were quite fancy with a nice waiting area that had a coffee machine. However their price was high and they would not negotiate at all . I asked for the owner but was told he was in a meeting. I went to a less fancy looking place that did a great job for much less. I guess they charge you for the accoutrement. The place I went to was Falls Auto Collision Center who did a fabulous job for far less. read more

I would love that see this video you speak of Mr Robert because never did I do any of those things. You and your worker that was drawing on my car are just mad that I didn't want to blind sign something when your guy was the one that was rude to me shoving the clipboard for me to sign when I was clearly speaking to the enterprise lady, which by the way I could have not been discriminatory towards her because me myself am Hispanic.. like I said I was going to sign the forms but you chose to not explain something so simple to me. Instead you chose to yell at me like if we were in a commits country, this is America and I do not have to sign something without an explanation like you expected. I will follow up with my complaint over and over again with GEICO because I will make sure you send the video from the moment I walked in not when it's convenient for you. You sir are super disrespectful and the poor woman in the front was so scared of you that she had to apologize over and over again to me for your disgusting way of speaking to someone. You can treat your staff with disrespectful remarks and make them intimidated but you will not do that to me. You have terrible manners, and your staff is scared of you. Just remember this is NOT Venezuela read more

I finally found a honest shop in Miami ! I had both if my vehicles pending from repairs and did my research to get the one with the best results, from the beginning the owner was straightforward and told me what was needed and a legit estimate ( not like the ones you get and a minute after you left the shop they start calling you with the " I forgot to add" excuse). The results were above my expectations Robert and his team produced a quality and detailed job on both my Pilot and Scion and within my budget and received my military discount on top of all. THANK YOU BumperDoc of Kendall for all your hard and honest work! read more

Horrible work on my car, had to take it elsewhere to repair their bad repair work! Paint drips, my entire Lift gate was off balance. Light not working because they never connected it. My entire lift gate made noise while I drove and when I closed it. They kept telling me the car was perfect. The car was far from perfect. So much so the insurance had to pay another body shop to fix all their horrible repair work. From broke clips, to clips not installed, to not even installing the light. VERY POOR WORK. I complained and after 4 tries had to take me vehicle elsewhere. Save yourself the headache. read more

I heard of this body shop Bumper Doc from several car enthusiasts who had some of there classic cars for being a very professional and high quality work body shop. The owner was described to me as very quality orientated. When my vehicle needed work I got various estimates from competing shops but further inquiries of other shops regarding quality helped me make the decision to try Bumper Doc. The work in my vehicle exceeded my expectations. The shop took me thru the process and after my car was finished, I was very impressed with the quality, materials used and the delivery was as promised, on time. I would not hesitate to recommend the shop to friends and family, simply put because of quality, professional service and price. read more
