Be careful, first I want to clarify that I was already in this body shop in June 2022 and they treated me ok nothing special!! but it seems that it was due to the magnitude of the repair see pic from 2022! They never asked me for any document or report from any insurance corp, they gave me an estimate at the moment for $3,500 for changing only the bumper and polishing the hood, when I offered him CASH$$ they reduced it by 7% which is the TAX, I still have that reciept just in case you want to discuss!!, and when I went to pick up my car when I opened the hood and at first glance boom!! It was painted badly and if I didn't open it I wouldn't have realized that they did it wrong, that day I had to leave the car and return the next day!! bad for me!!. Today 11/20/2023 I went to get an estimate for a smaller dent see pic2, which at first glance means little money, I asked the guy who I think is the owner's son,if he can explain to me how they did the repair, if they filled in the 1/2 inch with bond or not?, and it seems that he didn't like my question, he turned around and said that "we started the talk on the wrong foot" and that they only work with insurance!!!! INTERESTING!!! I called him back over and asked him to listen to me because he treated me very badly and he continued towards the office, I went in and asked the man who was at the reception that I am 99% sure that he is the owner, why do they have someone who disrespects the customers like that? We went out because supposedly my tone of voice went up and there were people waiting for something that didn't suit them, we went out and when he saw the damage and explained to me what they were doing I still received bad treatment after my questions once again!! You guys are both very wrong!! no one should be treated badly due to the magnitude of the damage on a car!! but if you don't see enough money it seems like you mistreat customers!! You are in the USA, not in the 3world communist countries!!, next time be more polite, tomorrow you or some one in your family may be the ones who need a doctor for lack of air or distress!! HORRIBLE customer service. I got inside the reception desk area and the lady is on the phone for 5 minutes helping another customer and doesn't even acknowledge my presence. A "Hi, welcome to X. I will be with you shortly." would've been appreciated. I then step outside to see if I can grab one of the workers and someone comes out. He seems annoyed and says "Next time please make an appointment when requesting a quote." I responded "I will gladly do so" and walked away. I WILL NEVER call them back to make an appointment. Both times I was sent here for fender-bender repairs, I was given a few days' estimation and each took longer than a week. Additionally, when they fixed my front bumper, my front right light was returned non-functional and when my rear bumper was replaced, my brake lights were not connected at all. When I came back to have my "lifetime-guarantee" work corrected, both the owner and his sassy little worker say "light bulbs burn out, we don't guarantee those." That being said, I didn't pay for either time here at West Kendall Collision thanks to Geico but even still, what a terrible customer service experience! I will absolutely not be coming here again and I will do my part to prevent everyone I know from doing the same. read more

Went in to get my bumper replaced and I got it done but the taillights were damaged and the clips holding the whole trunk too. Horrible job and cheaply done. When I came back to tell them, they started being supper aggressive and told me that I was at fault of breaking them and started blaming me for using a different color nut since they only use black but I caught them lying when every single nut on the taillight was chrome after they installed it back. That triggered them really badly and caused them to start cursing me out and the owner of the shop came out to kick me out to the point where he pushed me against my car and I called the police. Horrible shop, if you want the cheapest jobs and worst service be sure to come by so you can talk to the temperature iq people in there. read more

If I could give it no stars I would. I had brought my car into this shop about a year and a half ago to get it repaired and it was an ok experience (they failed to paint the under part of my bumper). I went back again this week to ask for an estimate as somebody hit my car, and was, from the second I stepped out my car, greeted by the rudest employees ever. From the beginning they had told us they only work under insurance, but were so quick to take $3,000 from me last time in CASH. We didn't mind getting it repaired under insurance as that was the plan, but it seemed as they judged from the get go. After we told the owner about the disrespect from the first employee, they all came outside to continue to disrespect me even more even though all I asked was if the car would be repaired with bond (it shouldn't be as it can chip horribly within a year) & the owner continued to say we threatened them They steal your money here unfortunately and are unwilling to repair less major damages. read more

I did not use this place even though they were quite fancy with a nice waiting area that had a coffee machine. However their price was high and they would not negotiate at all . I asked for the owner but was told he was in a meeting. I went to a less fancy looking place that did a great job for much less. I guess they charge you for the accoutrement. Horrible work on my car, had to take it elsewhere to repair their bad repair work! Paint drips, my entire Lift gate was off balance. Light not working because they never connected it. My entire lift gate made noise while I drove and when I closed it. They kept telling me the car was perfect. The car was far from perfect. So much so the insurance had to pay another body shop to fix all their horrible repair work. From broke clips, to clips not installed, to not even installing the light. VERY POOR WORK.
