I came to wash my car at 12 noon on 12/26/23 to this car wash place and when I pay to leave I realize that a gift and my Etro (very expensive) jacket was no longer in the back seat of my car. As I knew I had my belongings with me at the time I went to get my car washed, I went back and confronted the cashier at the office and told him my things were missing. He brought me back to where I see my jacket and gift under a chair. Don't come to this place they are thieves working here. I am never coming back. I wish I could give this company zero stars but I can't! My first time going to the car wash and I asked for the #2. Which is in the pictures below! I am so disgusted and disappointed in the lack of effort this business put into my car! My car was not a difficult clean by any means! It is less than a year old and no kids or pets have ever entered my vehicle. The fact that I didn't even get everything that was listed in the #1 option is beyond me. Another issue is that they parked my vehicle on the street in the " pay for parking " area and directed me to pay for my vehicle while my car was left on the street! Which was a lot of traffic so I couldn't even inspect my car! I had to pull over to a parking lot to take the pictures. It's so disheartening that I took time out of my busy day to get my baby a wash and they just did a half ass job. Not even a half ass just practically sprayed some water and charged me! Been here a few times usually good, one time missed a spot on the rear logo. Today came to get a full good clean to address multiple issues: Dirty headrest, big bird bombed poop and other tiny bird poo as well. I think red attracts bomb drops! Also, just generic road grime built up, and asking questions about bumper scratches from road debris impacts! I might have to get this baby wrapped to protect against dirty Miami road n highway conditions. This place always packed with mostly high end autos, heck just saw a matte black Harley motorcycle pull outta here all cleaned up! Despite the volume of cars, they work diligently and quickly to get you on your way. Today I chose their #3 service Full Service Spa Bath and Light Paint Facial which will include the full service spa bath plus leather treatment, and adds on a light clay bar treatment, polymer sealant or premium wax and a renew shine to treat exterior plastic rubber and vinyl. The main guy running the show is always friendly and informative, and just gave me the business card of their partnered service that can wrap the front or all of the car. Expect an update on that later! For now, it's always enjoyable here and especially so in the winter months sitting outside here in the covered entrance in comfy chairs. I have a Ford Focus and I've used Miami Auto Spa twice. The first time I thought they did a good job of detailing but noticed some of the plastic coating around my gear shift was removed in the process which was disappointing. Other than that, they did great and was very happy with the tints I purchased. I just got home from picking up my car for the second time and was extremely disappointed in the service considering I paid over $300 for their "complete" interior and exterior cleaning. The first inconvenience was the fact that right when I got home from dropping the car off this morning I got a call from the auto spa saying that they had locked the keys in the car. Instead of apologizing and taking responsibility for the mistake, they asked me if "this has happened before?"......as if it was out of their control. And no, I have had the car for 6 years and never locked myself out. So I had to waste more time and gas to take the spare key, drive to the spa and unlock the car for them. The second inconvenience was that in between my work meetings I had called to see if the car was ready for pick up and I was told it was. When I arrived it took far too long to wait for the car to be pulled up and once it was pulled up they still had last minute polishing and wipe downs to do. It was to my understanding that when I called the car would be ready to drive off. As a result I was late to a work meeting. Not only that but it appears that they had used almost a quarter tank of gas! I was left rolling out with 9 miles until empty??? Not sure how that happens when the car is in a shop just getting cleaned. And lastly, considering the amount of money I spent I would hope the car would be immaculate. There didn't seem to be any " paint work enhancement", clay treatment, or deep clean of all the mats. But the rest of the car was well cleaned - much better considering I brought it in pretty dirty. Caliper paint job STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! After taking my Land Rover Defender here to custom paint the calipers yellow, the job done was done very poorly. After speaking with Harold, I was advised he would be on top of it and take personal care of it from start to finish and be sure the job was done correctly the second time. Needless to say it was not. There was paint on the rims, brake pads, and the bracket. After trying to contact Harold again many a times, I received no response. I decided to take my car to the dealership. The dealership took the breaks apart and discovered the BREAK SENSOR WAS CUT. See picture. This place does not know how to do this job correctly and put myself in my family at risk. I'm top of that I had to pay for the damage that they caused to my car. Be sure to look this review over, along with all the pictures of proof, so you could know how shady and terrible this place is. Three things..... First, the place is difficult to find. If you blink, you'll miss the entrance. It's located on Calle Ocho and the outside signage blends in well with the rest of the advertisements plastered all over the buildings. Second, the staff just doesn't listen or care. Very good cleaning job BUT: 1/ The yelp "check in" deal is worthless. I asked about it and "John"(?) told me that it is only for a wax. So I couldn't do it without the cleaning. Who has their car waxed without cleaning?? It does not make any sense. So I have to come in with a clean car to get the yelp wax deal??? Lol. Whatever explanation he was trying to make, the point is: there is no deal. Cool but then don't advertise it. 2/ I gave John my business card with my car keys and asked several times to call me when the car was ready, as I live in the Roads I am in walking distance. I asked him at least three times. Guess what, 2.5 hours later I go over there to see what's up, my car is parked in the street in a paying street parking spot!?!!! Luckily they don't come around handing out tickets here. The guys at the cash register were super friendly but John was nowhere around to be seen and they apologized profoundly that he did not tell them anything about this. For $96 a phone call to tell me when it's ready is the least I can ask, I think. 3/ my car is clean but repositioning my seats and not leave them awkwardly would be great too, so it doesn't take me several minutes to be able to take off from my street parking spot... for $96 (yes I'm repeating as this place is not cheap) putting the seats back seems also not a biggie to ask. So in regards to their dent repair service, they're pretty awesome. I had dents all over my roof, the passenger side rail had a huge dent and my back left door had wrinkles... It was beyond messed up. I had plenty of quotes from body shops and PDR guys, and the usual price I got was from 1100 to 1600. I passed by here, and I got a significantly lower quote. Without hesitation, I said let's do it. They have free water in the lobbies, and while you're waiting you have a nice view of luxury cars constantly leaving and entering the place, if you're into cars like that it's a really pretty sure. It's a really high volume car wash, and they deal with the pressure rather well. I was nervous, but they did an outstanding job. They fixed all the dents, and in what other shops said would take them 8 hours or even multiple days of work, they did in 4-5 hours. Most dents look like they weren't there, and one that other shops told me they couldn't do was still back to 95%. I attached pictures of some before and afters My only critique is that sometimes from what I saw, they miss one tiny detail or leave a little speck here and there, but with the volume of vehicles they get, again it's solid work. Also, I really enjoy reading the reviews here, I recommend you look at some of the owners replies, they're rather funny. As someone who used to do customer service, it's nice to see an owner not bend backwards for them. read more

Based on the above, it probably won't surprise you to hear I always go for the cheapest option ($28 for my SUV) which is a basic cleaning. I recently got a dog who left hair all over the back seat after multiple long car rides, so I was charged an extra $10 to get all the pet hair out. Even so, I think that's a fair price for the quality of the service. No appointment is necessary. I usually drive right in and am out within thirty minutes or so. The car leaves sparkling clean! There are waiting areas both inside and out, along with free water and wifi. If you are a car person and want more high end treatments, they got 'em. If I can give zero stars, I would took my car here to wash because it has ceramic coating. I paid $45 for a car wash and the quality of the car wash was horrible. I had to tell the guy to bring me a rag so I can finish cleaning the rims, interior, and dry some parts of the car. I would never recommend this car wash to anybody super overpriced for the work that they do. I wouldn't mind paying $100 if I need to but I come to have someone wash my car not for me to wash it. I wanted to wait six months to post about my experience getting my car ceramic coated here so I could judge the results. The verdict: Exceptional. I vacillated in spending over 500 for the coat but since my car isn't garaged, I wanted that level of protection. Today, the water still beads like the first day. miami Auto Spa also applies ceramic to the black rims and half the dirt washes off just with a hose. I wash it every two weeks and use a ceramic drying aid, but other than that I haven't done anything special other than the ceramic coat. (I did do a iron decontamination spray myself a month ago and it just made it smoother.) I wouldn't hesitate to recommend a ceramic coat or to recommend these guys. Very professional and they had it ready when they promised. Chris is the owner and he always is the one to answer the phone when you call. That's solid customer service. I have a simple VW but they treated me like the Ferrari owners in terms of professionalism. Oh and they use Gyeon product if you want to google it. While closing on a new Lexus, finance officer delivered hard pitch about value of purchasing "Armour All Smartshield" paint sealant and fabric protection for an additional $1,700. Since it was evening, then necessary to bring car back another day. I politely passed on the offer and drove home. Over next several days, I researched and decided I wanted Gyeon DuraFlex ceramic coating. BTW, I never found any "Smartshield" paint coating product sold by Armour All. Maybe, dealerships just sell a paint warranty? In any case, I lucked out, finding Miami Auto Spa certified to use Gyeon ceramic products, in my own Little Havana neighborhood! Drove into Spa at 8:00am, and Harold approached with kind and professional greeting. We discussed the process, 85% paint adjustment, Gyeon Q2 Dura base coat, plus three additional Gyeon Q2 Flex top coats, all cured and dried, including all windows, windshield, and wheels. Also, they were running special reduced price from $895 to $595! Harold told me he would call when ready, about 4pm that afternoon. At 4pm, he called, and my wife and I went to pick up the car. It was so much fun to see that new car pop out at us! We inspected the shine over every inch, not a smudge or fingerprint anywhere! Harold took time to explain maintenance and 5-year warranty. If your competitors bother to leave you fake reviews, means you're doing a great job lol The place is very easy to find - you drive right in and they immediately take care of you & your car. One of the guys even opened the car door for me, so sweet! Offered a free water bottle, too. The place is nice and I loved the hanging chairs. BEWARE! DONE going here as of today. If you have a black car it "WILL"' get damaged here. I have a 2020 911 992 that I have only brought to this Carwash. I started to notice "many" micro scratches on the vehicle. Too many too soon. About 6 washes. I called the owner out on it, and had to listen to him tell me that if you have a black car that's what happens. If you're OCD then don't bring it to a carwash. Is that the appropriate response? He also blamed it on rock chips and iron elements within the air that get stuck on the car and grind into the vehicle with every wash... really? He said "It's a $28 car wash, if you want to pay $50 I'll pull it into a stall, and have them use new clothes and bucket to wash it" which to me is omitting they use the same clothes over and over and over causing these scratches. Reality is, if you properly pressure wash a car and use very clean sponges and drying clothes, you certainly would not be scratching expensive cars or have to master reasons how you have not damaged cars. Am I missing something here? Don't get me wrong, I like these guys and have been going here for some time now but, it's not worth destroying my brand new car or having to spend $500 to get my paint professionally corrected. I 'did' notice and call them out on this with my last car as well. I also noticed what looks like wipe scratches on my wheels which are high gloss back. Bait and Switch Online it says 99+ over the phone he tells me $149.00 (w/o a year make and model- suburban or Prius). I think $50 more what the heck. I get there he tells me $149 is for a windshield. He then quotes me $249 (s500 Benz). When I ask who tints one windshield he goes on to explain about some ceramic film that's real expensive, but the $249 is at $100 less for being in before 9am. He repeats himself saying it's $50 less at $249 in before 10am!!! Note: I screen shotted the ad and sent it to him the night before- didn't see his text message response until after our in person altercation. His response! "It says $99 plus you need to learn how to read" WOW but he's partially right... had I seen this text message response, I would NOT have bothered driving there.
