Poor customer service from the manager. He tried to upsale car detailing on a service animal. Basic pricing $55 but double for minor fur. He also said do not try down the street for better pricing as we own that location too with a smirk. They are not to be trusted or valued as a service. This was my first time going to Magic Hands Car Wash. I only wanted the inside of my car washed because it was going to rain every day this week and I found it pointless to wash the outside. I paid for their full detail service and they did not deliver. While I appreciated that my car was done in 5 minutes because 7-8 people were working on it at once, they didn't really focus on the details and left a bunch of areas in my car dirty. I would've happily waited longer if it meant that they were actually cleaning my car correctly.. Overall, I won't be coming back. Rushed job even though it wasn't busy, exterior wash only scrubbed parts of the car leaving film in many places. Windows were not sprayed and cleaned... you'd expect better service for $60!!! I've been a customer here for years... so I do not know what happened today. read more

To say it was a Horrible experience is an understatement. I was greeted with an employee saying the f word which scared my child who was accompanying me, as he touched my car window which he said was hot. Throughout the outside cleaning service, the team was very rude but it gets worse. When I'm in the guest lounge with my son waiting, I hear the staff person- the rudest person I've ever encountered shouting to the inside person and to everyone in the lounge to call the lady from the black Mercedes to come outside because her car was all dirty inside, which was kind of the purpose of taking a car to a car wash. When I come outside, I am yelled at by the rude staff person berating me to take the stuff from inside the car and other impoliteness.I again made my point that If I can't have my car cleaned at the car wash- I asked the minute I got in if they did clean inside of the car and they said yes- what's the point of their service and if I had to do their job for them, I wouldn't have come to a car wash. It was a total harassment against me. I have never encountered such rude people in my life. Paid $60 plus an, undeserved tip, if you ask me for a midsize suv. My mirrors, windows, and sunroof were still dirty. I don't know if they used a dirty rag to clean the glass. They don't even seem to be able to reach the sunroofs with the actual soap and water. Even my son pointed out that it was still dirty. Don't waste your time and money. Go elsewhere. read more

Out about $200 for taking my Jeep here. Took my vehicle in for a cleaning and afterwards noticed they had cracked the custom Rubicon emblem on my hood and they "washed" their hands of any responsibility. I explained that the part would only cost about $100, which is the price of about two car washes, and they didn't even have the decency to offer me that. $70 after tip plus $110 for the part. The exterior of my car was well washed, but the interior left a lot to be desired. Several areas were left uncleaned or very poorly attended. Even after bringing to the attention of the staff, the spots that needed extra attention, these areas still remains dirty. This wash is not worth $50+. read more

Pretty good but pretty pricey as well. You usually can just drive right in and there will be people washing your car from the outside. Then you get down from the car and they will clean the inside. They have a nice waiting area where you can read magazines, buy snacks, and even pay to use a massage chair. It's usually pretty quick. If you want them to pay attention to anything specific, you need to point it out as this place runs like a machinery. read more

Been here multiple times over the years, but this weekend was the worst experience yet. Things have really gone downhill. I paid $40 for a bare minimum job. The car was ready in record time. I had to ask 2 employees to come back and finish drying the car. There were 4 different areas with water spots and the trunk had a trail of water coming out. They rushed through that as well. I then looked inside and it appears they did nothing to the interior. I could still see dust on the dashboard, and the passenger chair was still dirty. At this point I was over it, and left. Quality of service has declined. A lot of yelling between employees. No coordination between them. Also, same service being quoted different prices. The tag system for the service requested has flaws. The first person w/power hose blew the tag from windshield, ergo service requested was not provided. Rims were not detailed. Front windshield or top of car was not washed. I had to tell them they were not washed before leaving tunnel. The wax job (body and night trim) was not to standard since I had to point out missed spots. I was expecting a better job for the price paid. Also, I just realized when I got home, that the trunk was not vacuumed since he said it will be done in the waxing area. This place is awesome. I have a Black Escape and ran over some heavy white paint on the road. I took it there and got the full deep detail (their high end one) and they were able to take the paint out. I took it a little bit before they were closing and got an estimate so I left it the next day. Amazing spot for a hand car wash and vacuum! They're super fast, do a great job for the amount paid, and the people there are very friendly. We paid $26 for the "Premium" option for a sedan-sized vehicle. We received the soap wash, water wash, hand dry with towel, interior vacuum, and they hand wiped down everything again so the car looked quite clean. Everything took a little over 10 minutes. For comparison, automatic car washes nearby are $10 - 15, and while those are great for a quick wash, they usually have lines and in total take around 30 minutes including wait time. Without any hand/mania scrubbing, those washes only clean off superficial dirt/grime, but usually leave a thin layer of dirt/grime that needs manual cleaning to remove. Would 100% recommend this spot for a deeper exterior clean than you'd receive at the automatic washes, and/or if you need an interior cleaning or wax as well. read more

Probably one of the worst experiences I've had washing my car. I paid $350 plus a $50 tip only to find my car still dirty outside and inside. I paid for the clay and polish and found smudges of dirt still in the paint and scratches on some parts of the paint from the polish. I was told to come back 4 times because every time i came back I found something new and they'd say don't worry about it give us 10 min and we'll fix it. Hour and half after waiting there and having to clean my windows and parts of the car myself and then they still did not throw away all the trash inside the car. They made me wait for the supervisor only to tell me to come back and they would give me a free regular wash. Definitely do not recommend at all! If I could give 0 stars I would! read more
