During the week, you typically won't have to wait too long. There are patio chairs available to sit down while you wait. This used to be a good place to take your car, but now the guys that clean do a very bad job. After the care got out of the washing machine it took the guy 2 minutes to call me and tell me my car is ready. I checked inside and he hardly cleaned it with the towel. All he did was spray air freshener. I would have said something but I didn't want any problems. Go to the Hammocks are was instead. Do the dot is and skip this one. It seems they clean your car as if it were a rental car.. they do all the rental cars next door by the way... so quality isn't a priority here. read more

Worst experience. 1 star. But I'm not those ppl to give ppl 1 star.Most ridiculous. First detail car wash I paid to clean myself. Great funny customer service, if they don't feel like cleaning your car they let u use their pressure washer spray to clean it yourself. Some moldy food was in my truck bed and it was too stinky for them. And I cleaned it myself in 10minutes with their tools. No soap. After you pay and tip them be ready to clean the rest yourself! you guys have one job. Clean. I would've paid $100+ but they're not smart enough to charge extra for heavy cleaning. I'll be back if I need my car to get watered down or I can wait for rain. They do a good job for basic cleaning and the team is very respectable. Just one guy is lazy. I have used this car wash every once in a while because it is near to my home. This car wash has seen better days. I should have turned around when I arrived because the guys were all messing around and watching the World Cup. I had to ask the guys for help. I asked for the $30 wash and went inside to pay. The young lady inside was polite and I paid. When I was done my car was apparently ready. When I took a look inside they had barely wiped down the interior. I still had dust and the carpet was not vacuumed. the back of my Honda Pilot windows were still wet. I grabbed a damp rag and wiped down the inside of my car. I got a dry towel and wiped down the windows. The guys never noticed me working on my car because they went back to watching the World Cup. I'm never coming back. read more

The only reason I came to this car wash, was because I was in the area and needed a car wash really bad. I searched on Yelp, this one had the best reviews. Not sure why though. They cleaned the outside of the car perfectly, but the inside not such a good job. Doesn't look like they cleaned or vacuumed at all. It took an hour and a half to get my car back, when I was told it would only take 30-45 mins. I was not a happy customer, when I noticed that I waited all that time and the inside of car was exactly the same. Don't waste YOUR TIME! read more

Very disappointed, I went twice in hopes to get my car washed, and both times was ignored by most if the staff. The first time when someone finally made eye contact he just signaled me that they were already closed. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back the next day again to be ignored by most of them, and then one guy approached me to tell me "ok park; it will be over an hour and 30 minutes to get serviced" no even hello how may I help you (I could have been that client who asks for "the works" ) he just didn't care. They charged me $45 for wax and wash. They didn't clean it as much as wiped the car off inside. The outside was only ok. I found sap that they didn't even bother try to take off till I pointed it out. For $20, this would've been ok but for $45 - no way! Not going back. read more

Generally nice staff working here, they cleaned and polished my vehicle pretty fast in about 30 mins. they did real good job inside, however they got the polish onto sections of the exterior part of car that now have a white streak over them. aside from that price is good and service was acceptable. will come back, perhaps i just have to give them better instructions on where to be careful with the polish. read more

Fully waxed my car and washed inside and out all for a very reasonable price. I arrived at around 8:45 am and was on my way by 9:30 am. A few streaks left on the window here and there, but my car feels nice soft and smooth. I couldn't be more pleased for the price and speed of service. I have used Executive car care for the last 20 years... It used to be the best in the area, but lately not so much... I got the wash and wax, paid $45.00 for a sedan and tipped $ 5. The wash and wax used to be close to a detail, now there are always missed spots and not much wax.... They want you to pay for a full detail, but in my opinion, if you pay for a detail, it should be perfect. Last time I got a detail, it was not close.... Looking around for a new place.... read more

I went to get my car wash and wax. Have been doing this for years. I noticed the car spending a lot of time drying the rear deck of my 911. They pulled the car up and put another car behind it and opened the door so from a seated position I was unable to see what he was doing. I had noticed him puncturing a tube of something before he got behind my car. I walked over and he had broken the S badge on the car and was trying to use super glue to fix. I am more upset that they tried to conceal it and not tell me. To make matters worse there is now super glue on my paint. They accepted my payment with no apology until I said something. I went and bought the part and brought the owner the receipt. He proceed to tell me he did not like the way I treated his guys. You ruined my paint on my 911 and you are upset about the way I made them feel. Well instead of me sitting there forever trying to get the crazy glue off I will get the estimate from the collection restore my paint and give that to the owner so instead of $45.00 it will now be $800.00 and go to small claims court. read more
