I have washed my car at Karma for the last few years. I recently took my car to be washed and instead of getting a clean car, I received water stains on the exterior of the car which has a matte finish. We know Omar the owner and love supporting small businesses. We have tried to call and reach out the last few days and have not been able to speak to anyone to correct the situation. When we questioned the stains we were told by the crew that this is what to expect when the car is "neglected". Comical at best if you looked at the odometer and see the car had only 11,000 miles. They sited "look at the state of your wheels", how mis-informed if they know anything about high performance cars and break dust. How disappointing and as someone who lives and works in the neighborhood what an utter disappointment. I don't recommend this place at all which is unfortunate as we are big fans of supporting Omar. His lack of communication is not becoming of a business owner. read more

I complained to Omar upon picking up my car because the wheels had been cleaned and polished so beautifully that they were picking up the sunlight and blinding me. Fabulous! I lost my car wash guy in the Brickell area and took a chance on Karma Carwash because I drive thru the MiMo area periodically. As I pulled in, Omar asked what my wishes were and clearly explained their services. Then as I got out of the car he touched a seat control which extended the seat cushion and revealed crumbs and bits of sand. I've never figured out all the controls on the 18-way seat and hd no idea what was hiding in the cushion! The end result was perfect inside and out. I have found my new cash wash guy! read more

I didn't have a good experience at Karma Car Wash. They charged $50 for a regular wash, but my car didn't look much different. The inside wasn't cleaned properly , and I had to wipe things down myself afterward. When I asked about putting product on the dashboard, they said that's only for "high-end cars and customers," which I found disrespectful. The whole experience felt unprofessional and overpriced. Omar, How is my review misleading. I have been there 3 times and every time is an issue. 1st time you guys move my garage opener from the center counsel and drop it at, at an almost impossible place to reach it. 2nd they failed to put back my rubber mats, and you(Omar) started to question me and asked if I was sure I had rubber mats. Greater than great customer service and the best car detailing I've ever had! I had heavy white overspray paint on my burgundy SUV. Tiny specks of paint had floated onto my car and it was all over...a lot. I was so worried but when I called, Omar was courteous and really put my mind at ease by explaining how they could get the paint off professionally. I went in a few days later because he had to order the products needed. The car wash is perfectly located next to a bakery where I waited for my ride. Later that day, he called to give me an update and say all was going well, very considerate since he knew I was concerned. Then on the next day, it was ready. He told me how he worked into the night to give me a fast turn around. It looked like a brand new car! He and his team got off every speck of paint and gave it a beautiful shine with wax and buffing; the interior was deep cleaned too. Such a pleasure to find a small business who really takes pride in their work. Thank you so much for taking on such a big project and working so hard to get the best results possible. Best Car Hand Wash in SF I think. I live in Ft. Lauderdale and revisited Karma today. I moved north and decided to revisit today because I can't find anyone who does a great job. I had been wanting to try this place for a while, and was so pleased! The manager who greeted me walked me through their basic wash (didn't try to sell me on anything additional I didn't need). It was quick, but they did a great job. The staff seemed very hard working. There are a couple other cheaper places close by, but they're not as thorough. This is going to cost a bundle. When they walked over with the keys and asked for $20, I was so giddy that I tipped them $10. (Hey, Big Spender!) I think this may be a problem for them in the long run. Why get the upgraded wash when the basic is so good? Ok...don't tell them that, please! Our secret. The first wash we got from them was right after driving down from Massachusetts. Our car was hermetically-sealed in road salt, grime, and dirt. My car was very much in need of a detailing. Stumbled upon this place a few weeks ago and have been meaning to bring my car in. There were a few cars ahead of me but I didn't have to wait long. The gentlemen working there were efficient and quick and removed every single dog hair and grain of sand out of my car. They were also very kind. I've been here plenty of times and have gotten a great car wash. This time I took my collectible car in on a Sunday for a detail wash. When I get back Omar the manager is sitting in my car with the rearview mirror hanging and a broken front windshield that broke while they were cleaning it. Omar was honest and gracious with the news, took complete responsibility for a replacement windshield. He took my number down and called me Monday as promised. He scheduled an appointment for me at Superior Auto Glass where my glass was replaced perfectly. Omar and Karma car wash really did an amazing job with service. They charged me 40 dollars to clean the interior of my car. They did not clean any of my windows from the inside and they did not vacuum in between the cup holder and seat. They even had the audicity to ask me for a tip. I could have done a better job vacuuming it myself for free. read more

I have been using the services of this place for more than 8 years, usually I am easy going and living in Miami for more than 10 years makes you forget what is customer service. But when people say things in a rude way especially when you are a loyal customer it makes you take the decision or never coming back to this place and also to tell at least everyone in social media the kind of place is this one. Wash is good the one in Brickell city center is better , but the main issue is the attitude of them, they are rude and also let a 14 year old talk to you as if you were another teenager, assume this is the son of the owner or something. As a recap I will not recommend this place as the wait time is 1 hour even if the car wash is empty is still one hour ! And they tell you in the worst way possible. Go to the one in the parking lot of Brickell city center is similar price but good attitude and you can go spend time having coffee in the 50 good places you have in Brickell. read more

These guys are the best probably in South Florida. The staff do an amazing job of hand washing and then going over every inch of my car inside and out. The managers oversee their work and pitch in when necessary to make sure everything is given attention. I'm there at least one day a week and if you want an added treat, go to Dogma next door and have the best hot dog anywhere while you wait. Usually I wash my car myself but I seriously upset the bird gods and I'm 200 miles from my home so now I'm at a car wash, ironically named Karma considering I don't know what I did to bring the fury of the ones gifted with flight. I drive an Acura CL. Its gonna run me about $20 to have it washed. Admittedly I think this is pricey because I don't usually pay for a car wash and I'd have gone to a gas station automatic place if I were more familiar with the area, however every vehicle is hand washed and dried and there are some really high end luxury vehicles that are looking fantastic as I wait for my black beauty to be done.
