I have washed my car at Karma for the last few years. I recently took my car to be washed and instead of getting a clean car, I received water stains on the exterior of the car which has a matte finish. We know Omar the owner and love supporting small businesses. We have tried to call and reach out the last few days and have not been able to speak to anyone to correct the situation. When we questioned the stains we were told by the crew that this is what to expect when the car is "neglected". Comical at best if you looked at the odometer and see the car had only 11,000 miles. They sited "look at the state of your wheels", how mis-informed if they know anything about high performance cars and break dust. How disappointing and as someone who lives and works in the neighborhood what an utter disappointment. I don't recommend this place at all which is unfortunate as we are big fans of supporting Omar. His lack of communication is not becoming of a business owner. read more

I complained to Omar upon picking up my car because the wheels had been cleaned and polished so beautifully that they were picking up the sunlight and blinding me. Fabulous! I lost my car wash guy in the Brickell area and took a chance on Karma Carwash because I drive thru the MiMo area periodically. As I pulled in, Omar asked what my wishes were and clearly explained their services. Then as I got out of the car he touched a seat control which extended the seat cushion and revealed crumbs and bits of sand. I've never figured out all the controls on the 18-way seat and hd no idea what was hiding in the cushion! The end result was perfect inside and out. I have found my new cash wash guy! read more

I didn't have a good experience at Karma Car Wash. They charged $50 for a regular wash, but my car didn't look much different. The inside wasn't cleaned properly , and I had to wipe things down myself afterward. When I asked about putting product on the dashboard, they said that's only for "high-end cars and customers," which I found disrespectful. The whole experience felt unprofessional and overpriced. I don't recommend this place. read more

Came here last minute since a lot of car washes were really full. The entrance confused me a little bit, but quickly figured it out and they were able to attend me quickly. For a weekend, i think they were quick with me. My car came out spotless, inside was okay, but maybe i just needed to tell them to clean my cupholders a bit. Anyways, for the price and speed, i think $50 for outside and interior clean was worth it. Theres also a delicious bagel place nearby so the wait was even more worth it if you want to make this your new car washes place read more

If you're looking for a great hand carwash spot in Miami, look no further. Karma carwash is responsibly priced, quick and has a restaurant on premise to grab a drink and do some work (wifi included!) or sit down for lunch while you wait for your car to come out sparkly clean. When I came during the week in the afternoon, there wasn't anyone in front of me and I waited about an hour for the inside and outside to be cleaned. Elite Tip: They accept cash or credit, and I believe you can put the tip on the credit card as well. Definitely check out Karma... you won't be disappointed! read more

This place is great. They have an outdoor seating area, a clean bathroom, and they accept credit cards. Plus on top of all that, they cleaned the shit outta my car! Such a good job inside and out for 35$ read more

I figured I would get by Jeep Wrangler washed while I was eating nearby but, not going to happen. Guy quoted me $60 for a regular car wash for my Jeep Wrangler. It wasn't even that dirty. Now I know why there was no line. I will stay true to Carwash 305 on 79th Street. read more

Omar, How is my review misleading. I have been there 3 times and every time is an issue. 1st time you guys move my garage opener from the center counsel and drop it at, at an almost impossible place to reach it. 2nd they failed to put back my rubber mats, and you(Omar) started to question me and asked if I was sure I had rubber mats. And the 3rd they took my Gucci credit card holder. I would of never noticed, But they tied to take out money and made purchases. Btw I'm still waiting for you call me back. read more

Greater than great customer service and the best car detailing I've ever had! I had heavy white overspray paint on my burgundy SUV. Tiny specks of paint had floated onto my car and it was all over...a lot. I was so worried but when I called, Omar was courteous and really put my mind at ease by explaining how they could get the paint off professionally. I went in a few days later because he had to order the products needed. The car wash is perfectly located next to a bakery where I waited for my ride. Later that day, he called to give me an update and say all was going well, very considerate since he knew I was concerned. Then on the next day, it was ready. He told me how he worked into the night to give me a fast turn around. It looked like a brand new car! He and his team got off every speck of paint and gave it a beautiful shine with wax and buffing; the interior was deep cleaned too. Such a pleasure to find a small business who really takes pride in their work. Thank you so much for taking on such a big project and working so hard to get the best results possible. I hope your sore shoulder is feeling better because I'll be in next week with my daughter's car that also got overspray! ;) read more

Been a while since I've been here buts it's a car show every time. Never know what you're going to see. DO NOT Recommend. - price gouging, although convenient location, plenty of better places with good pricing, $50 for a basic in & out (2door coupe ) unacceptable . Save your time & money. not worth the quality. read more

Great job! Super clean car inside and out. Outstanding job as always. Most attractive and pleasant owner and employees. How are you?

Very good service. They did a nice wash and vacuum on my car. My car looks very clean for a reasonable price. I will be coming back.

Best Car Hand Wash in SF I think. I live in Ft. Lauderdale and revisited Karma today. I moved north and decided to revisit today because I can't find anyone who does a great job. All I can say is my car looks brand new from their work today. Thanks so much Omar and crew I will be back after a Miami flight again soon. Also theirs a cute restaurant onsite while you wait. I had a coffee and delish empanada. They have like 10 different kinds. All hand made there daily. It was a win win clean car and breakfast snackie. read more

I had been wanting to try this place for a while, and was so pleased! The manager who greeted me walked me through their basic wash (didn't try to sell me on anything additional I didn't need). It was quick, but they did a great job. The staff seemed very hard working. There are a couple other cheaper places close by, but they're not as thorough. For $40 my car and tires were glistening, and the interior was spotless! read more

Great little car wash in the Upper Eastside neighborhood of Miami. Friendly & affordable service, with quick turn around. 20 bucks and we now have a brand new car? How is that possible. I kept watching them washing, and basically detailing, my car, thinking...ok...they've misunderstood me. This is going to cost a bundle. When they walked over with the keys and asked for $20, I was so giddy that I tipped them $10. (Hey, Big Spender!) I think this may be a problem for them in the long run. Why get the upgraded wash when the basic is so good? Ok...don't tell them that, please! Our secret. The first wash we got from them was right after driving down from Massachusetts. Our car was hermetically-sealed in road salt, grime, and dirt. When I saw them pull her around (Yes, the cleaning revealed it to be a 'her') I was in love...all over again. That wash lasted 5 weeks. Today, I treated our girl to another car spa day. After all, isn't that what love is all about? read more

My car was very much in need of a detailing. Stumbled upon this place a few weeks ago and have been meaning to bring my car in. There were a few cars ahead of me but I didn't have to wait long. The gentlemen working there were efficient and quick and removed every single dog hair and grain of sand out of my car. They were also very kind. I'll definitely be coming back to them for car washing/detailing needs. I HIGHLY recommend this place! You're definitely getting a bang for your buck. Great job guys! read more

Nice to have shade and seating while waiting for car to get detailed and washed. Paid $28 for the second tier wash -includes vacuum inside and pokosh/shine being added to the dahsboard. I've been here plenty of times and have gotten a great car wash. This time I took my collectible car in on a Sunday for a detail wash. When I get back Omar the manager is sitting in my car with the rearview mirror hanging and a broken front windshield that broke while they were cleaning it. Omar was honest and gracious with the news, took complete responsibility for a replacement windshield. He took my number down and called me Monday as promised. He scheduled an appointment for me at Superior Auto Glass where my glass was replaced perfectly. Omar and Karma car wash really did an amazing job with service. Omar even gave me a ride back home while they replaced the glass. Thank you Karma and Omar see you guys soon for a wash. read more

Karma was a happy accident. After an aggravating argument at Europa car wash, I decided to stop here just to ask how much the car wash was. It turns out they have the same prices as the other, but way nicer staff. John asked me when was the last time the baby had a wax job. Hmmm... I couldn't remember. So, he gave me a good deal for both, wash and wax, and I was very happy with the end results. Definitely coming back. read more

This was the most professional, serviceable, reliable, hit it out of the park service experience we have had in Miami with any business. I was welcomed back by the manager when I arrived. The car was perfection, thoroughly cleaned, not a single crumb left behind. They worked on the vehicle like it was theirs. All of the team were complete professionals. read more

I have been using the services of this place for more than 8 years, usually I am easy going and living in Miami for more than 10 years makes you forget what is customer service. But when people say things in a rude way especially when you are a loyal customer it makes you take the decision or never coming back to this place and also to tell at least everyone in social media the kind of place is this one. Wash is good the one in Brickell city center is better , but the main issue is the attitude of them, they are rude and also let a 14 year old talk to you as if you were another teenager, assume this is the son of the owner or something. As a recap I will not recommend this place as the wait time is 1 hour even if the car wash is empty is still one hour ! And they tell you in the worst way possible. Go to the one in the parking lot of Brickell city center is similar price but good attitude and you can go spend time having coffee in the 50 good places you have in Brickell. read more

They charged me 40 dollars to clean the interior of my car. They did not clean any of my windows from the inside and they did not vacuum in between the cup holder and seat. They even had the audicity to ask me for a tip. I could have done a better job vacuuming it myself for free. read more

Great car wash! Amazing attention to detail. It's not your typical run in and out kind of place, but the on-sight independent restaurant is great place to wait with garden patio and a modern inside. Wait time was about 45 mins for a basic hand wash, costing about $35 before tip. Would definitely recommend this new "regular" for me. read more

Usually I wash my car myself but I seriously upset the bird gods and I'm 200 miles from my home so now I'm at a car wash, ironically named Karma considering I don't know what I did to bring the fury of the ones gifted with flight. I drive an Acura CL. Its gonna run me about $20 to have it washed. Admittedly I think this is pricey because I don't usually pay for a car wash and I'd have gone to a gas station automatic place if I were more familiar with the area, however every vehicle is hand washed and dried and there are some really high end luxury vehicles that are looking fantastic as I wait for my black beauty to be done. There are comfy lounge chairs in the shade for you to relax while you wait and there's a handful of small shops and food places easily within walking distance. read more

Let me tell you about the best car wash I've ever been to. One that noticeably stands out from the rest. Everyone at karma cars about my car, cares about how clean it is when it leaves, and cares about how happy of a customer I am. Karma carwash is so much fun. Just get the basic car wash, unless you need something special. For me it was $17 and they did a great job. Its been said before but this takes a long time. They told me 30 minutes to wash my car. I was expecting this and didn't have anyplace to go so I was happy to wait. It took over 45 minutes but like I said I didn't have any place to go. All their work is hand done, so that might justify a longer turnaround time. While you are waiting why not try Metro diner next door - or even better Le Café one block away? The good part of waiting is there is some supaduper good food all over. The prices are high, but the wait is worth it. 4 stars because the work is high quality, and the whole green car wash they have going on makes me a bit more happy to part with that cash. It does take a long time so be ready for it. read more
