I think I found my new Porsche place even if it's an hour drive. Very meticulous, knowledgeable and professional. Very clean bathroom and waiting area was nice and even provided munchies, coffee, cold sodas and water, gratis. They've been doing this for a while and are doing things right (as you'll see from the many awards they've won over the years). Did a great job with my annual maintenance, mostly consisting of changing oil and checking electronics, sensors on Tire Pressure Sensors (which were off) which they filled tires, reset sensors (no additional charge) and everything else was good to go. Alerted me to substantial tire wear without trying to push tire purchase on me as they would many other places. Prices very reasonable and without a doubt a long way from Dealership prices or some of these HOIDY TOIDY shops, (no names of course). Thanks for your GREAT SERVICE (hard to find these days). I will be back!

After being misled and overcharged at South Dade Range Rover and 71st AUTO, I finally ventured onto…read morethe Costco website and decided to give their list of approved auto shops a try. The closest one to me, was Miami's quality auto repair, which was an hours' drive away. I have to tell you that it was worth the drive. From the moment I walked in, I received professional service that started with a brief summary of what they were going to do to my car to assess the problem, while I filled out paperwork. Their nice waiting room had refreshments and snacks with clean chairs. They informed me they were going to do an inspection, how much it was, and once I approved the repair quote they would immediately get started on it. 30 minutes later, they were able to tell me what the problem was in a detailed report with pictures and video that was emailed to me. I really do appreciate the timely professional service and the transparency when it came to how much it was going to be to fix my car. They also provided a free loaner car. It was not pretty, but it handled like a dream and purred like a kitten on the palmetto expressway. thank you so much to Andre and Carlos and their team of mechanics. I will definitely go back to this family owned business with Bertha(birthcontrol)the loaner car. As someone who is not that Car savvy, I really appreciated their whole timely, transparent process that was thoughtfully explained to me in a patient manner. If you're a female, you will appreciate how this auto shop operates. *Polite *Patient & explained everything in detail. *Answered questions *Clean waiting area/not smelly or dirty. *My car runs great *Reasonable prices *Price transparency *Free loaner car *if available I did not use the restroom so I cannot speak on it. But everything else was above average. I will be back.

The problem was diagnosed, a part was ordered, and I popped by again when I was back in town to get the service done. It turned out the code the reader gave them was not the right one, and despite the fact that the new part had already been installed, Mike and his team did more diagnostics, ran tests on the old part, reinstalled it, and didn't charge me a cent for the service. I expected to at least pay for the 6-8 hours of labor the mechanics did in trying to figure out what was going on, but Mike wouldn't let me pay or even let me tip! His reasoning? "You're paying me to fix your car, and we didn't fix your car." If you're looking for a reliable mechanic who will charge fair prices, get work done in a reasonable amount of time, won't try to upsell you on parts and services you don't need, and will be honest when he doesn't think he can help you, come to Pinecrest Automotive Center! I will certainly be back.

They are affordable and efficient. Their mechanics work hard, get it right, and are efficient. As for the price they really do have great rates ($155), I worried that it would have cost twice as much. The only thing that takes one star away is "checking out". I saw my car moved in to several bays as they worked on it and finally sat parked for quite a long time before I had to approach the counter and ask if my car is ready. I probably would have been out an hour earlier if I was paying closer attention. Ultimately I finally found a service center I can count on to get honest work done at a fair price. This will be my go to center from now on.

It is extremely disappointing to see a company of this size taking advantage of its workers instead…read moreof treating them fairly and compensating them properly. There are serious concerns regarding the company's employment practices, including hiring undocumented workers and allegedly paying them below minimum wage. Additionally, workers are classified as "independent contractors" despite being required to work set hourly schedules, typically 9 AM to 5 PM, under the company's direction and supervision. There are also concerns that the company uses this classification to avoid providing employee benefits, insurance, and other protections that employees may be legally entitled to. Being labeled an independent contractor does not automatically make someone one, especially when the company controls their hours, schedules, and working conditions. These concerns have also been reported to the Department of Labor. It is incredibly sad to see workers being exploited by a company that should have the resources and responsibility to treat its employees fairly. Everyone deserves to be paid legally and fairly for the work they perform, regardless of their status.
